I am reading the reviews and I "get" it that you can't please everyone but, if I am not satisfied with the service, what guarantees do I have to have my money refunded? Why would your establishment not have a phone contact? Also, I am reading the BBB rating is an F. How would you counteract that to good, reliable service

You will not get your money refunded, no matter how bad the result is. I tried.

I reached out to Elevated Progression they did a wonderful job with my resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile. The best part they had amazing customer experience and they did everything for $140.

Top Resume immensely helped with reformatting my resume and now it can be readily reviewed by employers in my industry- Biotech. I cannot speak for everyone but it would help to put out links to a short You Tube or Vimeo video of yourself either on LinkedIn or in the body of your resume. You have to be able to articulate what you are about and what you are looking for and what you can bring to the table. The video can be 1-2 min long. Employers can see and hear you and get an idea of your personality including body language. Give it a try.
