TopResume definitely helped me to get my resume to the next level. On the whole, the service was completely worth the investment but I did have a few minor issues with the service. First, there were small grammatical errors in the first draft. My writer also made a mistake transferring my address from one version to the next so I'm glad I reviewed all the areas that were not meant be modified. Finally, my writer backed out and a new writer was assigned on the due date. That said, my resume was received only one day late, so it wasn't a huge problem.

I couldn't be happier with my experience with TopResume. They are very detailed and it feels like you are working with a personal service. The writer I worked with emailed me back and forth and went through a very detailed list of information I sent him. He didn't skip a beat. The pricing was also the best I could find online for the type of services. I also really appreciate that they guarantee a rewrite if you don't get an interview in 60 days.

I use Top resume services to redo my entire resume. The turn around time was fantastic. There draft was sent to me the next day from the time I signed up for there services. I reviewed the resume and sent it back for finalization. Once, I received the final resume, I submitted for two positions. A week in a hlaf later I was called by two financial institution requesting interviews with me. I highly recommend Top Resume services to anyone.

Submitted my current resume for revision and the writer that was assigned to me took a good while before reaching out to me to tell me that a delay was expected due to the volume of orders. A few days later I was notified that my resume was assigned to another writer. No questions were asked from the writer before I received my first draft. Manager was misspelled... When I contacted the company for help with my issues, I was offered to have my resume written by another writer, which would take more time, and nothing else.

I was able to provide a less than stellar CVV to this company and they were able to word all of my past and current accomplishments in a way that is to the point and geared to making one seem as professional as possible. -Andrew H

Let me give this to you in points
First writer assigned did not know to even change the job designation properly, she argued it was the right one as copied from email even after telling twice. It shows that your writers dont read the resume word by word
Second when I called in your customer support guy "will" talks to me as if he owns the company by saying the words "ok ok you listen to me?" Like ten times cutting me in the middle, interrupting me many times. Is this customer service?

I tried to take it to his manager and it went to some manager and when I told him im in a meeting please call back, he goes we are email only company, we work by emails and he wasnt even ready to listen as well. What a bunch of non customer centric company this is? When the manager cannot set an example what is the use of even paying 250$ + amounts. This is exactly what I didnt expect.

The second writer assigned doesnt respond for two days in between and I had to reach out to customer care to get her to respond.
She mentions that she had to do guesswork, but there is no guesswork here? I have mentioned every point on what the corrections are in the email.

She mentions as a standard practice she wanted it in the document, she could have mentioned it when I sent the first or second revisions in email?
There is absolutely no guesswork, There is when I dont provide anything and you have to do it all by yourself.

If I hadnt provided all the info needed to be changed, they can check the communication between me and the writers

Update -- They have emailed me on sunday saying that they dont have staff to deal with my issue and I would have to reach out on monday, but apart from that no one has been working with me. If you really take customer service seriously, I think someone from higher up the ranks should give a call to me and know about the issue. Not the other way round.

This was the first time I have ever had my resume professionally written and I was not sure what to expect. The writer I worked with was very good, I had a lot of questions and some minor revisions, he worked with me to clearly answer those questions and worked with me on the revision. I bought the service that was a resume, cover letter, and Linkedin profile with 2-day turn-around for the first draft of the resume.

If I have anything negative to say, I wish the LinkedIn profile rewrite was a little more unique. It felt mostly like a set of directions on how to copy and paste your resume into LinkedIn.
