Ordered a wifi bulb, and after a long wait, the tracking said it was in the UK on the 23/8/17. Still not received the as at 16/10/17, and after being told to wait a while longer in September, they haven't responded to any of my subsequent emails since. Not sure what else I can do as they're non-communicative. Had no problems with GearBest who are a similar company.
Cant believe their response to this review. 10 emails sent and one reply telling me to wait. Tracking only went as far as landing in the UK.

Site took my wife's paypal account immediately. No email from the website/company with details of the order. The website does not work when you try and look up the order, no one answers the live chat, and both phone numbers I got went to what sounds like an old answering machine with a message by an Asian person with poor English.
All emails replied within 1 business days.

China famous cunning. Alert your credit card is stolen without your knowledge and data pay, their store credit card data in the database in use for personal purposes. I have traced it all through TOMTOP database. You better buy in the official online stores such as Amazon and ebay.

After placing my order I soon came across a lot of negative reviews which made me a little nervous. However I received a great deal and I'm please with my purchase. They did take a long time to ship my order. With shipping being a major factor in business anything longer then a couple of weeks or even a week without an email can seem too long. I would give them 5 stars if they shipped my purchase faster or sent me an email as for the delay.
Avoid, avoid, avoid, scam website.
I placed an order on an item that showed 'in stock' on the website and paid for expensive quick delivery, only to find they have taken the money but a week later my account shows the order as still 'processing', i. E. nothing shipped. I now find I can't get hold of them to ask what is going on as their 'Live Chat', it is permanently unavailable and they never respond to any messaging, or emails. I am about to contact PayPal for a refund. My advice is to skip this one as they are not genuine.
Be warned they keep spinning lies so you can't leave negative feedback in the time period that ebay allows. 4 items I bought, none worked. They promise to send more, they apologise a lot but don't do anything, it is a scam! Don't bother for a refund as they lie about that as well.
TomTop has good description, amazing pricing and a great selection. Quality of goods is good.
Shipping to the Russia takes 20-30 days (but it's the fault of Russian mail).

I tried to track my order but although they give you a tracking number they don't tell you where to input it. Tried to find contact details but was only able to message through app. I message twice but got no reply. I eventually contacted then through online chat but the operator would not accept that there was no options to email or call via the app. He actually started to mock me and when I asked for his name he ended the chat. I have emailed the company but had no response. Will never buy from these idiots again

I ordered a Panorama Tripod head in March and it took almost a month to be received by general mail. When I received it the box was open, the USB cord was missing, the unit was broken and the instructions showed signs of wear. Despite continuous efforts by myself and by Paypal our requests for support were ignored. Finally I was asked to take a video or photos (of what- an empty box!) Now, if I pay the shipping (about $60.00) they will replace the unit. This company needs to be avoided. There are other similar products to be found in North America and their guarantees & warranties are excellent.

I must edit my previous review of Tomtop. My item finally arrived after more than two weeks instead of 3-5 days as promised and it is in order. If you order from this site, just be patient. Their distribution system is a bit funny and communication is not their strongest side. You must trade patience for great price I suppose...

Tomtop are a very dodgy organisation, do not buy from them. I purchase a battery operated mini chainsaw which came with the advertised two batteries but one is faulty. I had it checked out and reported back to them and asked for a replacement. They strung me along by keeping asking for a video of the problem, crazy it is a faulty battery. In the end they offered me $5 to go and get it repaired which by the way is impossible but even if it were would cost me more than the whole tool. They are in contravention of our Consumer sale of goods act. Again a very dodgy crowd, stay away.

My story a while back is... I made a $5 purchase for a tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay. TOMTOP seems like they have several accounts under eBay. I have made a total of two purchases under their different accounts. Both items were for a tackle box. The first purchase was never received and waited 2 or 3 months (I can’t recall) for it to arrive as they described in the listing. TOMTOP’s customer service is excellent when they are selling or in the process of selling you an item. The problem starts when you have to make a claim or return an item. Well they kindly assured me to wait all the way until eBay’s money back guarantee was gone (I think this is within 30 days). I could’ve gone through my credit card for refund but since this was only $5 it was not worth it. Writing the bad review here was fulfilling to me. The second time I bought the tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay arrived quickly this time. The only difference was that they were under different Ebay account holders. I would have liked to leave them bad feedback but didn’t since I did receive the tackle box. Now why did I purchase from them the second time? It was because I didn’t expect to receive it and wanted to go through eBay for the money back and leave the bad feedback……………. Moral of story…. Don’t purchase from TOMTOP unless you can eat the loss.
