I must edit my previous review of Tomtop. My item finally arrived after more than two weeks instead of 3-5 days as promised and it is in order. If you order from this site, just be patient. Their distribution system is a bit funny and communication is not their strongest side. You must trade patience for great price I suppose...

Tomtop are a very dodgy organisation, do not buy from them. I purchase a battery operated mini chainsaw which came with the advertised two batteries but one is faulty. I had it checked out and reported back to them and asked for a replacement. They strung me along by keeping asking for a video of the problem, crazy it is a faulty battery. In the end they offered me $5 to go and get it repaired which by the way is impossible but even if it were would cost me more than the whole tool. They are in contravention of our Consumer sale of goods act. Again a very dodgy crowd, stay away.
I bought 3 phones and one mouse from Tomtop and my experience with them has been great so far. The goods are well packaged and had no problems with shop ROMs on their phones. The only problem that I can identify is that it takes some time for them to send the items, but that's not a big problem, since everything arrives so quickly with their shipping method.
First of all, I was emailed by their company saying they would pay me to leave them positive feedback. They have terrible customer service. I ordered a dash camera from them and it was horribly made. I could not get it to work correctly and it would constantly freeze up. I asked to return it and Tomtop finally responded after 4 days. They did everything in their power to avoid taking responsibility for the issue. I even made a video showing the problems with the camera. It took about 2 weeks of going back and forth with them through emails, waiting days in between each email to finally get my money back. This company does not value you as a customer, they value your money. Once they have your money then you are pretty much on your own if you have an issue.

Very bad service! The support staff barely speaks english and does not answer your questions. They will just send you copy / paste answers.
Currently i have two times the same order because of their mistake and their support just won't help me.
Ordered a low value product (£10) and when it arrived it did not work. They requested a video which I sent then they offered me 30% refund. The item did not work so clearly this was no good. I ended up getting Paypal involved who I am pleased to say sorted this for me. But I will never use this site again. I find it mad how a company has such a sort term view with their customers, they could have sorted this normally and kept me custom, but for £10, they were prepared to exchange many emails to avoid returning the money. This appears to be a standard approach from a Chinese company as I've had the same experience with several other Chinese companies. I am giving up buying from China now.

Like most, I am always looking for the lowest price when looking for Li-Po batteries. At first glance, price seemed higher than another site, but when you factor in shipping cost as well, Tomtop was a better buy. Service was also great.
I ordered a item on dec 2 2016 for Christmas. It is now dec 31 2016 and still don't have it. They say wait another 5 days. Will NEVER order from them again. It was posted on FaceBook so beware that they don't do a good job of filtering the bad companies. Now going to request a refund from my credit card. What a pain

Great site for a variety of products. Prices are reasonable generally but there are some fantastic deals when TomTop offers huge discounts. These discounts are real and not fake ones because these discounts have always worked for me. Delivery is superfast too. They are very professional in answering queries as well as refunds.
My order is not delivered even after 60 days of dispatched, even in tracking it shows the parcel is with China post still they are not helping out neither refunding my money nor issuing replacement. Their customer support is very weak, takes 7-10 days to get reply from them. Product is very good.

Like many people here I ordered two items from the web site stated shipping from US warehouse and in stock with expedited shipping, items stayed in processing stage for 3 weeks, no answer to any email, filed a resolution via paypal and now one of the orders moved to dispatch stage with a tracking number that no shipping company has. Waiting for paypal to get my refund or the item whichever comes first. Never again!
I haven't received my order which was meant to be shipped in 10-20 days. Its been 42 days and I've tried contacting TomTop 3 times. No answers to any of my emails or online chat messages. I'm leaving for overseas next week and won't be back for 3 months. I needed this item for my trip. Very disappointed in TomTop.

My orders are processed immediately after my bank releases the funds, and in no time it's shipped to Ghana, West Africa, after about 17 days my package is in, and collected from the post office without paying any charge. I am very satisfied with their response time, and shipping times. Products cost less and overall, I receive my items free of charges
I have now shopped at TomTop for well over a year on and off. Overall the shopping experience has been well above average. Most of the products arrive in a timely fashion and work as well as or above expected. Of course, there are anomalies and when you are spending pennies on the dollar and buying knock-offs, this can be expected. They have been pretty good at resolving issues with both shipping and product issues, usually resolved within a couple weeks from the issue itself.
I bought more than once with Tomtop (pedal effects, spinners, etc) while living in Brazil and now that I´m living in Spain. Had always positive experience, concerning price, quality and delivery time. I really do recommend them.
First found Tomtop in early 2013 and as with all sites that appeared from the China and Japan regions i did a cheap order just to see if it was a scam or not.
My order came pretty fast to the UK compared to a lot of international purchases via ebay/amazon etc and the item was well packed and of good quality. Since i have ordered quite a lot of items (elec, clothing etc) off them at great prices and they have all turned up in perfect condition and in good time.
There is currently a massive flood of stores like Tomtop appearing the internet and you hear so many bad stories of loss of money, bad service, scammers etc
But i 100% trust Tomtop to deliver and they always have.
I cannot comment on their customer services as have never been given a reason to do so, but i expect it to be as good as the rest of their service :)
I bought several products from Tomtop, great prices, excellent quality. Unfortunately, one item had problems. With the support of their customer service, we went through a process of troubleshooting to determine whether it was convenient to have the item repaired locally. I have long been familiar site and have a positive opinion about it. Sam I order products from China are often rented and unpacking. Tomtop I am glad that the relatively high prices and good quality products and fast delivery! This pleases me greatly because not every store can boast. My story a while back is... I made a $5 purchase for a tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay. TOMTOP seems like they have several accounts under eBay. I have made a total of two purchases under their different accounts. Both items were for a tackle box. The first purchase was never received and waited 2 or 3 months (I can’t recall) for it to arrive as they described in the listing. TOMTOP’s customer service is excellent when they are selling or in the process of selling you an item. The problem starts when you have to make a claim or return an item. Well they kindly assured me to wait all the way until eBay’s money back guarantee was gone (I think this is within 30 days). I could’ve gone through my credit card for refund but since this was only $5 it was not worth it. Writing the bad review here was fulfilling to me. The second time I bought the tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay arrived quickly this time. The only difference was that they were under different Ebay account holders. I would have liked to leave them bad feedback but didn’t since I did receive the tackle box. Now why did I purchase from them the second time? It was because I didn’t expect to receive it and wanted to go through eBay for the money back and leave the bad feedback……………. Moral of story…. Don’t purchase from TOMTOP unless you can eat the loss.
