Tomtop is the worst peice of hustlercompany I ever have dealed with.
They sold me a drone (Hubsan H507A) and the charger was no good, would`nt charge, the battery was defect, and when I wrote to them, they keep on asking for pictures, and they get them, but then they want video and sfuff, but I NEVER get a new charger and battery.
SO I was nessesery to buy a new charger + battery from another dealer her in AliExpress: WZ Global store, and THEY sent it fast, and it was working, so about TOMTOP, is my recomedation: DONT EVER USE TOMTOP, ITS A HUSTLERCOMPANY, AND THEY NEVER REFUND THE DESTROYD STUFF THEY SENT TO PEOPLE, IF YOUR ORDER IS BROKEN BY ARRIVEL, YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH IT YOURSELF, BECOURSE TOMTOP NEVER REFUND ANYTHING...
So relieved that they finally came! It took about a month by they are here!

I ordered a quadcopter from them on 11/30/15. I paid the extra shipping charge to get it here faster. First my order said SHIPPED then it changed to ON HOLD. When I finally got ahold of them via e-mail they stated the item had been returned back to them because the shipper wouldn't transport it because of the lipo battery's. They stated they could resend it by another shipper and It would take 10 to 15 days to recieve. So I agreed and they also gave me a refund for the difference in shipping. Most of my wait time was not from them but from the ISC Sort Facilities where packages comes into the US. I got my package 12 days after it shipped out from china. It took a day and a half to leave china then entered the US at the ISC Sort Facility where customs are and it set there for almost 9 days. Then finally once it left there it was a day and a half from Miami FL to East Tennessee on my doorstep. THANKS TOMTOP.COM HOPE TO DO MORE BUSINESS IN THE FUTURE! ALSO SPECIAL THANKS TO RONA AT TOMTOP.COM FOR ALL YOUR HELP!
