Hi I ordered a drone from them had a problem from the outset. I contacted support they just gave me the same answer all the time. They said that they would refund me and that they applied for a refund and that I should look at my account in 1-3 days. I email them again after three days and I get the same robotic answer. Over and over again. Support is helpful to a point, but should you "raise your opinion" about the matter then they become rather rude. This is a not go for me. I will not do anymore business or risk my money with them any longer. I have three other items that I ordered beginning of the month but have not seen them as of yet. If I send an email to them at 12:00 their time due to timezone I only receive a reply the next day. Do not even expect an answer from them again the same day.
I ask that anyone who has been victim to the promises please dispute and log cases against them. We need to make a stand against those who take advantage of the internet for dishonest gain.

On the 09/06/2017 at 08:29:23 I ordered a mobile phone from TomTop online store. I had to make the payment online. According to the tracking the product has been sent from Germany on the 13th June. On the 14th June it has been forwarded to Hungary but it has never reached the Hungaran Post Office who would have delivered it to my address.
I contacted DHL Germany but they told me that only the sender can take action. I contacted the Hungarian Post Office as well but they have not received the item.
I wrote an e-mail to *******@tomtop.com and to *******@tomtop.com but nobody replies. Is it legal in the European Union? In 2017 why is it impossible to get in touch with the sender? Neither by email nor by online chat?
On Facebook I could chat with someone who promised me that he would help me. But after a while he stopped answering.
Anyone can see the current status of the item with the track number. So it should not be a problem to find out where it is. TomTom is not helping me at all to find the product that I have ordered.

My story a while back is... I made a $5 purchase for a tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay. TOMTOP seems like they have several accounts under eBay. I have made a total of two purchases under their different accounts. Both items were for a tackle box. The first purchase was never received and waited 2 or 3 months (I can’t recall) for it to arrive as they described in the listing. TOMTOP’s customer service is excellent when they are selling or in the process of selling you an item. The problem starts when you have to make a claim or return an item. Well they kindly assured me to wait all the way until eBay’s money back guarantee was gone (I think this is within 30 days). I could’ve gone through my credit card for refund but since this was only $5 it was not worth it. Writing the bad review here was fulfilling to me. The second time I bought the tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay arrived quickly this time. The only difference was that they were under different Ebay account holders. I would have liked to leave them bad feedback but didn’t since I did receive the tackle box. Now why did I purchase from them the second time? It was because I didn’t expect to receive it and wanted to go through eBay for the money back and leave the bad feedback……………. Moral of story…. Don’t purchase from TOMTOP unless you can eat the loss.
