Possibly the worst company I've ever dealt with. Sent a very poor quality and completely smashed photo frame and then refused to make refund without us paying for it to be couriered to Hampshire, with only a vague offer to refund "part of the postal cost". Item sent completely unfit for purpose, but Customer Service (e-mail only) just repeat that it is their policy for the customer to pay for and organise returns, despite this being illegal when faulty goods have been sent. Cheap prices, but you get what you pay for... in this case, terrible products and appalling support. Truly terrible.
***UPDATE*** Please ignore the "helpful" response posted below. This is a smokescreen - they have all my info and I've spoken to that mailbox over 20 times. They refuse to help. This is just PR lies. This company would be shutdown in in the UK, but they are untouchable as operate from China. Tomtop are liars and thieves.
I shop a lot online, being in a wheelchair. I bought almost all of my Christmas gifts from www.tomtop.com I find just about anything I want, except for my perishables. I do truly love their pricing and their products. Shipping is prompt and their suggested delivery date has been on the money every time. You just cannot beat this store, they are great.

I provided them with my e-mail, my bank credit card statement proving my purchase and further more my shopping cart still appears on their sight with the model which I bought but NOT the actual purchase as once more appears on my bank credit card statement?

I purchased a product from Tomtop in December 20 2016.
It never arrived as of 17th March 2017
Contacted customer support many times via email without any reply from them.
I used their online chat service to contact them, but as soon as I told them my problem they terminated the chat.
If you buy from them you are most likely to lose your money!
They have contacted me and offered to pay me money to leave good reviews on here, I am sure this is so they can take more innocent peoples money!
I wholly recommend you do not buy anything from them!

I bought a tablet from TomTop. When received the Wifi did not work. TomTop refused to take the item back to the US warehouse and gave me a dodgy address in China (that I afterwards found differed from TomTop's registered business address). After 2 months, they still refused having received the delivery.
Their online product reviews are censored if not positive, and some are simply "manufactured" (review copies with reviewer's name changed to elevate the average rating).
They are big on the net (Ebay, Alibaba,,,) with competitive prices and free worldwide delivery. A great scam that cost me $100.
This has been my worst purchase experience to date. Purchased 2 air planes, one of which never functioned, right out of the box. After getting the run around via email support for a few weeks was told to ship it back to China at my expense. Very disappointing and frustrating. What makes it worse is it's very difficult to communicate with them as you'll see by the reply below. I'd strongly suggest avoiding this company and spending your hard earned money with a retailer that values your business.

Product was faulty, got utterly no response from support after several attempts. I only had a single email after a opened a PayPal complaint against them, nothing further. They didn't bother to respond to PayPal either, so I had a full refund quite quickly.
I've bought other products from them with no issue, but the products worked on those occasions. Assume the product will fail and they will ignore you, pay them with that in mind!
Don't expect to get any kind of response from TomTop, make sure you only pay with a means that will allow you to claim it back if things go wrong, PayPal etc, otherwise you are taking a big risk with your cash!

Recently I have been shopping frequently on this site.
So far I have no complaints about the products I buy (sound equipment & stage lights).
Prices are very good, and often there are flash sales where the price may even drop by half.
Delivery from China takes about 20-30 days; from the German warehouse - about 10 days.
The site also supports bonus points for each purchase or written review.
Overall - one of the best sites I've been shopping for.
Horrible customer experience, would NOT recommend this shop to anyone. Had numerous problems with it, and customer service just keeps on ignoring me and not sending out my orders for more than 2 weeks.

I bought a mobile phone. The item arrived fast carefully packaged. Even when I asked to include my order into a sales campaign tomtop.com with professionalism accepted it and reversed the credit card transaction. I feel that I am going to buy again from this site without hesitation.
You could find some items that are hard to find in other ones. Average prices from others. Shipping time is good. Could be awesome if we can contact seller to solve issues with the products such as manual or instruction where there are no included in the package.
Spent $650 for 3 items with free shipping and got billed an additional $60 for shipping for which they promptly debited my Paypal account.
Clicked on their order confirmation email and promptly got a computer Trojan / Virus despite up to date computer protection. I spent the next 3 days getting rid of it.
They sent an email stating 1 item had been shipped with a Chinese shipping website tracking number with no estimated delivery date.
Sent them an email regarding the rest of my order but still no reply and I am now too scared to open any emails from them!
I will register a complaint to my credit card company to have charges reversed if possible but suspect that will be a dead end. I'm saying good bye to my $$$.

I've ordered a few items on there, and all of them are of amazing quality. Their customer service is great too, I had a question about one of the products and they got back to me as soon as. I love the fact that you get can get coupon points for buying products or leaving reviews, so you can use those points in exchange for your next purchase, very clever. I highly recommend.
Do not buy from Tomtop! Tomtop stated a 5 to 21 business day delivery. After 25 business days (5 weeks) ordered item didn't arrive. Shipping link did not work. After four attempts to contact TOMTOP with no reply I entered a dispute with Paypal.
TOMTOP finally contacts me saying if I should contact their service department. Obviously my previous communications went ignored. Eventually TOMTOP admitted that the item was never sent in the first place! They went on to say that they would send it if I dropped the dispute. Yeah right. So all the shipping info was fake so why trust them. I did eventually get a refund via PayPal but suggest you buy from Banggood who have proven to be reliable and do not lie.

They lie and do the opposite of what they communicate via email. I never received a replacement or any apology. My original review of this disgusting company stands. Some government entity / law enforcement should investigate this company for fraud.
Received a defective phone with a usb port that will not securely/connect to usb cable port and easily disconnects with the slightest touch. The customer service is disgustingly horrible and they to convince you to accept a cheap 25 dollar refund on a 479 dollar cell phone. Good thing I went through a 3rd party payment center that will help me receive a replacement or refund.

"Usually ships in 72 hours" = wait for two weeks and my phone was still processing, I give an email asking what's up since I paid for expedited shipping and 3 days later they say sorry something happened to the batch (phones) of products BUT if you wait 10 more days we should have a good batch in. Okay, if it said something on the product page that it might ship later, or somebody reached out after the order or a week or two and explained, maybe ok. But this phone is on pre-sale on other websites, and guess when the estimated new shipping time would be?. The same as the other sites - about a month after I made the order. Also why would you tell a customer that there was a defective batch of phones? Even if that was the truth - that makes me just not want to buy that phone.

The worst shopping experience ever. I've ordered a product and paid premium shipping service which means I'll have it within 3-6 days. It's a month now and I didn't receive the items. Contacted them no answer till I reviewed them as they deserve. Then they contacted me that the item was shipped back to them because they put the address wrongly. Now I'm asking for refund and they want me to change my review and give them 5 stars first. It's like hostage situation negotiation! Disrespectful and disgusting. Avoid avoid avoid.

TOMTOP’s customer service is excellent when they are selling or in the process of selling you an item. The problem starts when you have to make a claim or return an item. Well they kindly assured me to wait all the way until eBay’s money back guarantee was gone (I think this is within 30 days). I could’ve gone through my credit card for refund but since this was only $5 it was not worth it. Writing the bad review here was fulfilling to me. The second time I bought the tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay arrived quickly this time. The only difference was that they were under different Ebay account holders. I would have liked to leave them bad feedback but didn’t since I did receive the tackle box. Now why did I purchase from them the second time? It was because I didn’t expect to receive it and wanted to go through eBay for the money back and leave the bad feedback……………. Moral of story…. Don’t purchase from TOMTOP unless you can eat the loss.
