This website doesn't even DESERVE 1 star. Their customer service suck so much that makes me really mad. Also, I ordered small size dress and they shipped me medium size dress and returning an item is so complicated. By the way, on their website, their clothes 'may' seem good quality but when I got my dress, it looked really cheap the quality of the dress was REALLY REALLY bad. Don't ever shop here.

They have fast delivery but the return service is horrible, I return the same day I received the items in the mail. I tracked the return and they received it within a day I am located in the same area of the where house. But so far its been a total of 13 business days and still no credit of return to my account. I order from a lot of companies online and I have never seen any take this long to process a return.

I never read any reviews before ordering because my friend had recommended this site to me. After reading the reviews, needless to say I was terrified! However, I think most of the people who rate this website rate it badly, as the ones with something good to say don't even know they should rate it! I LOVE this website, and will be making many more orders soon. The clothing was in perfect condition and everything was made with quality fabrics and made well. I ordered on Wednesday night and it arrived on Monday with free shipping. Their clothing may be expensive but with the sales and free discounts given the clothes are reasonably priced. Everything fits and is super cute, not so sure why so many people have had bad experiences with this website but I definitely love it and will continue to buy their clothing!

Just received my first order from tobi and I'm very pleased. Both the dresses I ordered fit perfectly and were of good quality. I was afraid they were going to be thin, see-through fabric but they weren't. Shipment arrived quickly as well. Only downside is I'm going to be spending too much money on this site in the future!

I decided to try this site because of the 50% coupon they sent me upon signing up after I had looked at their stuff and decided I liked it and wanted to place an order. I didn't have any problems with shipping or missing items as some people had said, however, every single piece of clothing was like getting exactly what you paid for. It was cheap and nothing fit correctly. I'm a thin person. My clothing size doesn't really change from brand to brand. I ordered a blazer with sequined sleeves and no where in the description did it say 3/4 sleeve, however it fit me that way. I had several problems with my other items as well either being off color or not fitting properly. None of my items turned out to be anything like what I saw in the photos online. Of the 7 things I ordered, I only kind of liked one of the tops but ultimately decided to return everything because keeping 1 of 7 wasn't worth it given the quality of my overall order. I do not recommend this site.

This was my first time using this site and despite all the bad reviews I decided to give them a chance anyways. I shopped here during the 50% off site-wide promotion and received a confirmation email listing everything i ordered. However, when i received my shipping confirmation email, i noticed that two items were missing. Now, I read this in previous reviews about items being dropped from your order, so i went back onto the tobi website to double check. Long and be hold both items were still available to be ordered in the size and color i wanted. I sent a email to the help desk and she never offered to ship those items back to me. I also noticed they didn't apply the 50% off coupon, doing the math out, they only took off about 36%. After emailing the help desk again they inform me that there are certain brand exclusions to that promotion. This was not mentioned before nor does it state what brand the items are when you click on the description. On top of that, it was 50% entire order when i applied the coupon code at checkout. I advise everyone to check order totals when using promo codes if you do decide to shop here. I will never shop on this site again regardless of how cute some of their clothes might be, because there are better places out there that will be less of a hassle.

I ordered a shirt that I'd been checking up on every day because it had been sold out for weeks. When it was finally available in the color I wanted and my size, they sent me the wrong item! I didn't mind the confusion as much considering it seemed to be a popular item, so it seemed understandable that there was a slight mixup. What really pissed me off was the fact that when I returned it, and they refunded me, they didn't refund the shipping! I don't think I'll ever shop there again considering that.

I just received my first purchase from Tobi and I am so pleased with it! I made my order before reading these reviews so after reading them I was so anxious about all the things that could go wrong but I had nothing to worry about.

I qualified for free 2-day delivery and as expected, my package was delivered 2 days later to my apt in Boston. I bought 4 sweater shirts in size small (I'm 5'3,110 lbs) and they fit perfectly and are so soft. I also got a black jumpsuit and a romper both in XS and they both fit true to size. The only thing I'm returning is a flowy blouse that is made of a weird fabric that is so staticky that it clings to my torso. I ordered when they were having a 50% off deal so I'm even more excited that I got such cute clothes for such a good price.

UPDATE:
My return was processed really quickly and I had no troubles.

OK, I am obsessed with this site. Super trendy clothes, abundant selections, always a sale, FREE SHIPPING right now (no minimum order). The models make the clothes look better than they probably actually do but, isn't that the point? Anyway, I have placed probably around 7 orders through this site within the last 6 months. I can pretty much always find something to buy. Everything is smelling of roses BUT there are some pretty annoying flaws. 1- If you order an item that says it's in stock, it might not ACTUALLY be in stock. Not only that, but NO ONE will communicate to you that the "such and such item" is not available despite the fact that you did order it, and it will mysteriously disappear from your order. That being said, you won't be charged for it but the fact that it is dropped from the order without acknowledging the costumer is irksome. 2- I have received a damage item before and they require you to send in a photo when you receive said damaged item. Kinda annoying. It's like hey I just received a damaged item and now I have to do work to let you know that you sent me crap?!

Other than that, I love the clothes and will shop again. Just be on the lookout if an item vanishes from your order! Hey TOBI- maybe let us know if an item we thought we bought was out of stock? K thanks!

Good site. My order always comes in 2-4 days, the quickest shipping of any online shop, not to mention the shipping is free! The clothes are all decent quality, and there are always sales. I do suggest, however, to only purchase basics, sweaters, cardigans, bralettes, jewelry, etc--things that aren't too fitted. I have tried to purchase fun, tight dresses or wild tops and they are never very flattering to me or my friends. Wonderful costumer service as well, any questions I have are answered quickly and thoroughly. Easy returns/exchanges, too. Overall a good site to shop from.

I ordered a dress for my friends wedding, even paid £20 extra to have it delivered in time (2 weeks), for the first 5 days my order was 'processing', then I get an email telling me that my order has been cancelled because they don't have it in stock, now it's less than two weeks until the wedding and I still have nothing to wear, fabulous. Why sell it if it's not in stock, and why did it take 5 days for them to find that out!? Don't order from this site, it may go right sometimes but according to the majority of these reviews, most of the time they're just useless, and not worth the hassle. Should have listened to the reviews on here!

I do almost ALL of my shopping online (basically everything that isn't fresh foods or refrigerated). One of the many reasons I only shop online is the deals, which I find often at Tobi. Another reason is I like to make a wardrobe in my own style, and I do not like to wear the same clothes as everyone else. A lot of the clothes at Tobi are not my style, but I can find plenty that fit right in. I love the free shipping and free returns. At that point, I am not losing anything if something arrives differently than I expect. Online shopping is a gamble. If you expect everything to fit you perfectly and come exactly as you expect in your head, go to the mall. Plenty of my favorite clothes have come from the site, and I love to check the new arrivals everyday. I understand that people have had problems, and people with negative reviews are typically the ones to write a review, but I have always had great service from Tobi. I do get disappointed when things are One Size or come in only 2 sizes, but it comes how it comes. If you order it, you cannot expect it to be tailored to you. Someone commented that a One Size bra was too small. I think the idea of a one size bra is ridiculous, so don't expect it to fit you perfectly. Bottom line: I love the unique clothes I can get here, the great deals, the free shipping, the free returns, and the ease of ordering and keeping items in my cart to come back to later.

So I ordered about $520 worth of clothes since it was 50% off and figured I would be able to return items I did not like. I receive my shipment fairly quick. But when I open it, it is somebody else's order, worth only about $120. Non of which are my size. And there is even a sorry we messed up your order, note here is a comp. Bracelet. So I'm thinking, geez... they messed this girls order up twice! I kept waiting for my package and wrote them saying they sent me somebody else's shipment. They responded quick saying sorry and here is another 50% off code for us messing up. They asked if I received my order and I said I wasn't sure... I still need to check w my apt office. Once I finally realize that is the wrong package is the same tracking # as what is linked to my order... I write them again the next day saying... I still have not received my order & they basically sent me somebody else's instead... and at this point want a refund and I'll send the other girls stuff back. No Respone emails now! I've emailed them twice! Thankfully I'm sure my credit card will refund me the money if I report it within 30 days. So wish I would have read reviews first.

I ordered about 260 dollars worth of merchandise almost a month ago and I still have not recieved my package. There is no 800 number, no matter how many times you ask for it they will not give you a phone number to call. They said they would send me a replacement package and when I asked when, I got some snarky email back about how they're doing me a favor (yeah tell that to my bank account) and that my package would be shipped on the next business day (it wasn't and still hasn't been shipped) I asked for a refund and they won't refund me and they won't ship my package. So if you want poor customer service and no clothes, then tobi is the place for you. If you actually like getting what you ordered, and if you like to recieved good customer service when something goes wrong, I suggest you look elsewhere. Tobi, as far as I am concerned, is a scam. Way to scam a struggling college student!

TOBI.com has cute clothes but TERRIBLE customer service. I ordered several dresses from this website using a valid credit card with sufficient funds. However I received an email (which honestly should have been a phone call) that night, asking me to contact my BANK for a 6 digit approval code, and that I had 2 days to reply (one of them was New Year's Day...). Luckily I checked my email on the 2nd day and replied with the approval code, and I also called to make sure my items were shipped, which they assured me they were. Well two days later, on a Saturday, I found out that nothing was shipped and everything I ordered was sold out. And because it was during the weekend no one at TOBI answered the phones or emails. Thanks, TOBI! Now I don't have any of the dresses I ordered for an important event that's a few days away. I would never order from this site again, and I would never recommend this site to anyone because of the awful customer service (or lack thereof, really).

I was very excited to receive my package since the clothes looked so great online. However, I was displeased with some of them with how they actually looked and felt. A One Size bra was WAY too small and I sincerely don't think most girls are that small of a size so be careful with one sizes. The material of a coat and shirt was not what I was expecting. The coat looked big and warm, however it was super thin insensible jacket material. I'm not too disappointed because I got everything for pretty cheap, and 50% off. I'd say their clothes are cute but be really careful with sizes and don't expect super nice material.

I would like to give Tobi.com negative stars. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. I ordered an item for my daughter. It was defective (busted seam). Trying to return the item has been a nightmare. I do not recommend this enterprise. The quality of the merchandise is shoddy and overpriced. To add insult to injury, the customer service really is pitiful! Caveat emptor! Run... do not walk... away...

I've ordered from Tobi twice. Both times that I've ordered, I haven't had any issues with shipping. My orders always came within a week, and none of my pieces would be missing. The first time that I ordered, the clothing quality was alright- a sweater wasn't how it appeared on the site, and a skirt that I ordered in a size small appeared to be more like a size medium. But I was convinced that I wouldn't buy from the site again, so I didn't even bother returning the items. However, I did ended up buying from them again- this time a sweater, dress, and skirt. The sweater exceeded my expectations. It was soft, and oversized (which I loved). The skirt I could not even pull up past my thighs and the dress I couldn't even zip up. Both these items were a size small, which is my usual size in ALL other stores- which was a let down.
Their clothes are adorable, but the sizing is pretty strange. Also, the customer service needs a lot of work. I never got an order confirmation, nor a shipping confirmation with tracking and when I emailed them about this, I never got a reply.
Overall, I think your experience on this site is really just a hit or miss.

After hearing much hype about this popular site I decided to give it a try. I ordered 5 items: 3 dress and 2 shirts. 2/3 dresses were a miss I ordered the Vdara dress in a small, it was so short I couldn't even wear it as a dress as for the other dress the material was so thin you can see everything. The shirts were very low quality both were very sheer however on the site it was shown opaque. Out of the 5 items 1 of my dresses were a hit.

For Canadian customer's please be aware of the customs fee that you will be paying once your package arrives.

My verdict- Other sites have better quality and pricing but if you are looking for something unique this is the place but beware of sizing and the quality. I def hope others have a better experience with Tobi than I have. This will be my first and last time ordering.

Ordered an item on Thursday morning. Received an email that said it was processing and thank you for ordering. On Tuesday, I got an email that said my ordered was cancelled because they were out of the item... Why would you let me order it if it was out of stock? Now I'm waiting for my bank to refund me.
