I ordered three dresses a week and a half before thanksgiving so they would be delivered in time for me to wear on Thanksgiving Day. The dresses were scheduled to be delivered the Wednesday before, but I did not receive them until yesterday (12/16), almost a month after I ordered them.
My experience has been awful and will probably never be buying here again, only now I'll have store credit if it ever comes. It thought 2 weeks for my order to come in which was passed the day I needed the dress for a graduation photoshoot. I rescheduled the shoot and was excited when it finally came in only to discover it was the WRONG DRESS. So now I had the wrong dress no dress for the rescheduled photoshoot and the dress I ordered was now OUT OF STOCK. I am now waiting for my refund which is sadly store credit because I would never order here again.
Waiting for a month and the shipment is shown delivered, I contacted the customer service, they said it's delivery company's problem. And just lose my US$70. It's my first time trying to buy from this company. And will not recommend anything from them in the future. Stay away from TOBI

This has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a company. I returned 3 items valued at $132 almost 2 years ago, and I never received a refund for it. They even emailed me, saying that they had received my items and would work on processing the refund. However, I checked my bank account and they never credited it to me.
To make matters worse, when I emailed customer service, they were incredibly rude. They accused me of not sending anything back in the return package. They asked me to verify the contents of the return package, as if I could just get the package back and send a picture of it? I even sent them receipts of the confirmation email, of the order number, of the USPS tracking number of the return, and they just accused me of lying. When I followed up with them, they didn't say anything. They just stopped responding and ghosted me. This company is actually awful. Don't ever order from them. They WILL SCAM YOU
My top came with makeup/tanning lotion stains all over it, which is pretty off-putting (not to mention unsanitary) during a pandemic to see a stangers makeup all over your clothes. I reached out to customer service and never heard back. The clothes are cute, but it's always a risk to order from Tobi because they don't always come in good condition and the customer service is bad.

I ordered three items. And after I had ordered, I got a notification stating they were only sending 2 items because one was sold out (the main item I wanted: jeans). I don't love the other two items and am attempting to return but the return label section says it's "not available" even though both items are returnable and it's been less than 30 days.
The fabric was very thin, bunched up around the hips and was already a size larger than I typically order. It was too small and cheaply made. It reminded me of something I would expect from an overseas manufacturer for really cheap that gets immediately tossed because it is not worth returning.
