This is the worst shipping company ever. Ive ordered my package over a week ago and its in japan instead of the USA. It was suppose to be a gift to someone. Well, ive missed that party to gift them. Smh. My order date was took down after it was 4 days passed that delivery date and checking the tracking online boils my blood just go to see my package tracker saying "delayed " every time. A poor company
They change the date of my "express" delivery 2 times, even when I call before to check the delivery date, hours after the call and confirming that u was gonna receive it "today" they just change the date of it without telling me an specif date of when I'm supposed to get my order. $#*!ty service af
I ordered a dress for homecoming 2 weeks in advance- it still hasn't arrived yet and the dance is in 3 days. Their "express 3-5 day shipping" is more like 3 weeks, so don't trust them with your important deliveries.
Definitely bad service. Delayed passport delivery for 2 days already, and it's still in unknown state. Hello! It is vital for people, absolutely unacceptable to do business like that, and super stressful, when you stuck somewhere without a passport, because it was delayed. How are you building your schedule with "expected delivery" dates, if ALWAYS missing it?
My shipment number - *******, I gave it to support, with all my contact data, but nobody still reached me to explain the situation. When delays have become normal for you, maybe it's time to improve something, isn't it? Very unreliable, unpredictable, and disrespectful to customers.
Such terrible service. Item arrived 4 weeks back, and still not delivered. Chasing it every day and rasing it, but yet not delivered. Received call that time is misplaced. Next minute received call item is onbored for delivery, and yet after 4 weeks not results. Not recommended at all. My parcel showing Ersin Park.
Please do not use TNT Express. My shipment has been for 2 months, partially delivered, no feedback or communication. One employee answered my call, but could not assist because he did not have a laptop today. No system in place and I think they should rather close their doors. So disappointing and frustrated!
Absolute scums. Arranged 4 times for a collection, 4 times no show & no word of 'please dont wait for us, we cannot make it today'. They obviously do not own a CRM; I wonder if some big lad does the schedules in his mum's garage on a spare bit of paper. Literally the worst of the worst.

They lost my Official documents and for 5 weeks now they can not track them down.
10 minutes into the call the girl realized that she did not put me on hold, this of course after discussing with her colleagues what they had for lunch, time in which I was waiting for her to check for my documents.
They are not doing their job, can not track my documents, are extremely unprofessional when I call and talk with them.
Avoid at all cost sending something with them.
Absolutely unprofessional! My BRP is supposed to be delivered by them. I did not even know I had a package from them. 28 June they attempted delivery but I was not emailed/called/left a postcard nothing. Eventually, when I call the EU department asking where my biometrics card is, they say they have sent it out long ago and give me a tracking number. That is how I find that TNT has been sitting with my package since 28 June and did not even tell me about it! I set the delivery date for 11 Aug, track my package at 7pm because I still did not recieve anything, and I see my package is back at the delivery station. The driver did not come to deliver, I was at home the whole day waiting for it as it said "out for delivery" earlier today. And then you call the number, and no one ever answers the phone. Someone needs to either change their staff or give them training on customer service.

That's the worst company ever! The customer service is awful! They're so rude and keep saying I have to stay at home to receive the delivery and they don't even inform me that they are so incompetent and that they won't deliver it that day! I've been at home for a week telling my boss I can't go to work because this company keeps lying about my delivery!
Honestly, I don't know how it is still working but I swear if I don't receive it by tomorrow I'll take legal actions as I will get fired for not going to work!
Je suis de Bruxelles. Colis non enlevé à temps (vendredi) et $#*! de 3 jours vu que le service clientèle est fermé le w. E. Leur chauffeur a scanné comme quoi le colis a été enlevé à temps. Obligation de faire un nouveau bordereau et une nouvelle réservation. Le chauffeur ne s'est pas présenté à temps et $#*! de quelques heures.
Le service clientèle n'a pas de réponses satisfaisantes pour nos problèmes.

Problems still to this day because of one delivery. First they completely messed up the invoice and just didnt correct it, then they charged double the money and I am waiting to this day, that they pay me back the money that is mine. This is going on for 2 years and since it is just a couple hundred, it is not worth it to go to the court. This is how they actually operate
TNT severely damaged my air conditioner in transit (cracked exterior in multiple places, scraped and dirty up the front face). Instead of returning it to the supplier, they knowingly delivered it anyways damaged. This is called wilful negligence. I had to take a day off of work to receive it, as its extremely heavy.
Upon request of a replacement they refused to allow me to keep the cosmetically damaged unit, due to the hassle of moving it back out to the front, and compensation for having to take ANOTHER day off of work to rectify their wilful negligence, or to provide any financial compensation, and asked me to source a printer for their label and purchase repacking materials for their return.
Shocking behaviour from a Dutch company, I would expect better. Avoid this company at all costs.

We paid for a door to door service, from China to Tunisia. It took 3 days to reach Tunisia, then... then... after 1 week, we are still waiting for our parcel, lost some where 5km to our door in Tunis...
The crazy thing is that we spent a lot of time to understand what happens... all time lost in a maze of lies, of lack of skills and laziness from TNT/FedEx Tunisia 'customer' service.

I've been waiting almost a month for my package still never received it they always keep saying they backed up but they only got two people working at the whole facility
Had a parcel from Italy due to London the 25th of March, shipped out a week before. Is the 13th of April and still nothing. So my parcel has been out since 4 weeks, 5 including this one. The customer service keep telling me that the parcel is in London but they can keep it how long they want without giving a timeframe. Very disappointed. Sure not using this service again even if it was the last on the face of the earth. Let's hope I'll receive the parcel by the end of 2021.
TNT has worst pathetic service.it's 3 months now my biometric keeps going back because delivery person can't find my post code (SL1 3JE) yesterday consignment says it will be delivered yesterday now it says it will be delivered today. I think UBER & DELIVEROO should sign contract with UK govt for passport delivery
