We have been working with this company for some time and everything is a problem for them, starting with booking process through the phone, follow up on pick up or delivery. The service is miserable. Call centre agents are untrained and instead of admit errors and try to help customer, they invent and lie. The most common is that upu are promised a call back, but they never call you. The level of incompetence is overhelming. We are based in Abu Dhabi. The services from UAE TNT are not recommended.
Ive been is transport for 30 years, worst service ever. I admit there was an address problem which is on me. But no call, no follow up to find right address. I Literally got an email saying it was my responsibility to track my package not TNT (they signed a con-note to pick up and deliver my goods) and they admitted they don't employ anyone to follow these up. So do they just get dumped in the rubbish? I onl;y got the email after multiple complaints to my supplier. That was 3 days ago still not delivered, still sitting where it was three days ago. And don't try to call their help centre its run by AI so no people to talk to. Ill be driving my Ute into the middle of their warehouse tomorrow, lets see if they like their business disrupted and cost them money. I have attached the email where they say they take no responsibility

A 2 day delivery has taken weeks, and they continually insist on more and more money to pay for local road taxes, insurance, Covid insurance for the handicapped in Massachusetts (2024), and another $525 for insurance on a $100 parcel. They wanted more than $3000 from me and promised to refund it all. Very very shady...stay away.
The service is rubbish all three times they never pressed my buzzer I was waiting in for then all day and one of the times they went to wrong address. Never called me even though they had my number. Customer service just as bad. I even posted labels on doors to show them my door why the passport office chooses to use this company is a question? Bad bad service no help whatsoever and then ti be told not to be upset really? I am due to go on holiday in three weeks if I reschedule it again and they do the same they automatically send back to passport office

Incomprehensible how this company is still in business. On a Tuesday I paid Sfr 85 for express delivery from Geneva to Munich. It's now Saturday and my parcel just left Cologne.
Tracking my parcel I see it has been to Basel, Paris and Cologne. So much for speed and reducing emissions … I will make sure never to use TNT by always asking who the merchants use for deliveries. If it's TNT - cancel the order! Or demand they use another courrier.
This was not the first time it happened, and it's badly affecting our business...the last time it took almost a month for my courier to arrived.
This time.i really have no.clue how they handle my courier how did it reached Austarlia.when the address is crystal clear as Dubai united Arab Emirates, until now I have not receive my courier.and that is extremely important to receive on 25th Feb. Thats why we selected express and paid more. They collected the courier on 22nd Feb.in China.
Till date I'm left with.no clue where has my courier gone.

I was expected to receive my parcel on 13/01/2024 in the relay point, the relay point open at 10:30AM but the delivery man passed at 08:00 and said the relay point is closed, they just postponed the delivery to monday, they don't care about the delay
Paid for Express delivery. They delayed for 1 day. Been waiting since 10am.and got a text message asked to pickup from local pickup location.
They care nothing at all, even its an expensive item and paid for Express delivery.
An order from the UK was sent to Madinah through Jeddah Airport, but it was held up due to authorization required in Saudi customs. However, we did what we needed to do right away, so it will be fixed as soon as possible. But you will be disappointed with how TNT, FEDEX, and Sabexpress handle urgent matters, though they are in the same company.
1) It's hard to get in touch with them because their landline number doesn't work when you are calling from other countries.
2) When you call their customer service, they'll make you feel like they don't care.
3) When plans are communicated via email, a response time of one day or longer than six hours is anticipated.
4) They are also sending back and forth messages to their own team, which can be fixed with just one call.
5) This company does not deal with urgent matters.
If your package is going to be handled by TNT or FEDEX, it is very stressful. There is a lack of simplification in internal processes. I am extremely dissatisfied!
Definitely bad service. Delayed passport delivery for 2 days already, and it's still in unknown state. Hello! It is vital for people, absolutely unacceptable to do business like that, and super stressful, when you stuck somewhere without a passport, because it was delayed. How are you building your schedule with "expected delivery" dates, if ALWAYS missing it?
My shipment number - *******, I gave it to support, with all my contact data, but nobody still reached me to explain the situation. When delays have become normal for you, maybe it's time to improve something, isn't it? Very unreliable, unpredictable, and disrespectful to customers.
I ordered a dress for homecoming 2 weeks in advance- it still hasn't arrived yet and the dance is in 3 days. Their "express 3-5 day shipping" is more like 3 weeks, so don't trust them with your important deliveries.

Tnt is truly a very unprofessional and unreliable company. They do not serve but the easiest to reach addresses, the rest they give it to other affiliates to transfer! They make a mess with deliveries. The hours they serve are completely unfavourable for customers who have a job to do, because they need to stay at home during working hours in order to wait for TnT! Plus, I have received an utterly destroyed package, which had been opened and broken! It's an utter disgrace of a company!
Online tracking status is inaccurate, call centre has no clue about the actual shipping status and delivery time.
Only choose tnt if you want very late delivery, zero real customer support and if you enjoy banging your head on the wall out of frustration.
Please do not use TNT Express. My shipment has been for 2 months, partially delivered, no feedback or communication. One employee answered my call, but could not assist because he did not have a laptop today. No system in place and I think they should rather close their doors. So disappointing and frustrated!
Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Twice in two days I have had "receiver not home" as an excuse for not delivering. Somebody wasted my time on both days. Take responsibility for your failures, don't blame the receiving individual. Sickening on so many levels. You are a disgrace.
TNT cab service in Mansfield Ohio has been really quick to get to me to keep every appointment without being late in the last 2 months of me using their service. The other cabs in Mansfield take forever to get to anything (c &d taxi). They don't seem to care about any appointment times always late. But TNT is Johnny on the spot. TNT is 49 565 2602 if you want to be on time.
