Don't bother ordering anything from them, they will scam you. They also do not allow reviews when u order online. Indian scammers who will rip you off if u let them. I already wrote what happened to me twice by this lousy business. 0 stars if possible.

While the prices are great, I can't comment on the product quality as I haven't received it yet. Lost by the shipper. But when I called to check on this, that's when things went south. The first call ended abruptly when I expressed my displeasure at them not using the carrier I requested (I was firm, not yelling), they hung up on me. Second call ended when I asked to speak to a manager. Third call ended when I asked to speak to someone who spoke English as a native language. 4th call was dropped after they connected me to FedEx. They should have at least stayed on the line to verify that the package was being found. I have to say, I will NEVER but another item from Tiger Direct.

I was fascinated by the positive reviews on this site especially compared to all the horrible negative reviews on other sites. Check out Epinions.com for all reviews in the past 3 years. I buy a lot of electronic and computer equipment. These guys are scammers - bait and switch, delete negative reviews (including mine), misleading product listings and false deals. They cheated me out of money and now won't acknowledge their false product display. I'll stay with Newegg.com and Amazon from now on.

I have ordered refurbished PC from this agency. Computer works good, but was missing Wi-Fi adapter. Emailed customer service, took them 2 days to respond. To make long story short, I never got my Wi-Fi adapter. Would not buy from them again!

When buying from TigerDirect, keep in mind it's generally closeouts and clearance items, so you probably are getting older models. However, you're also paying substantially less in trade-off.

I've bought three times through Tiger Direct: a laptop, a monitor, and the components to build a desktop. In each case, checkout was easy and delivery was fast. The products were exactly as advertised. I had no reason to contact their customer service as a result, so can't speak to how that would work.

I'm looking for an inexpensive laptop for a family member who literally doesn't have a computer right now - will probably buy one from Tiger Direct, because their prices are consistently the best I've found.

If I could give this company more stars I would! They are great! My computer arrived within 10 days and it was packaged so well there was no damage even though it was clear it was thrown around during shipping. I did a lot of price comparing too before purchasing and they had everyone beat! I'm not very tech savvy so I asked for their help when setting it up and they gave me step by step instructions and made it very easy. I appreciated all their help and how nice the young man was.

I just bought a new computer monitor on this site for a very low price compared to other major electronics retailers (Best Buy, Amazon, etc.). I used Google Checkout to buy it, so I didn't have to give the website my info, and everything came as ordered in slightly less time than they promised. The site's a bit of a mess, but overall it was great experience. What I can't vouch for is Tiger Direct's customer service because I didn't have to deal with it. But if you're looking for a deal on electronics, this seems to be the place to go.

I recently purchased an HP computer from this site, as a friend suggested the link. The ordering process was very straight forward and I received my item very fast. I was pleased with the ease of ordering, I just had one problem, and that was they continue to send you various e-mails on using their "free" one month trial of norton or one of those other virus protection programs. I hate those programs, and the majority of times, they are placing virus's in your computer, and detecting them, and making you feel like the program is actually doing something. Other than that, amazing deals.

At tigerdirect.com you can always find great deals. I get calls from "one-source" IT suppliers who want to do all my research for me and then save me money. Nine times out of ten they can at best match the tigerdirect price, but most of the time tigerdirect is a much better value. Buying and shipping are a snap, and customer service is always knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. First place I shop for IT hardware, and usually the last.
