My daughter and I Had one of the worst experience's today 10/06/2020 at the Tiffany's location on Michigan Ave. From the first point of contact I sensed her unpleasant demeanor and then came the very unprofessional attitude and very cold answers to a few questions. Needless to say I didn't make a purchase because of her. And probably won't return to that location after that experience. Ironically she's African American and so are we.

One of my earrings lost a stone because of poor craftsmanship. They were extremely rude and wanted to charge me more for the one stone than I paid for the pair. Beware. They are not at all what they used to be at all and have abandoned their loyal customers.

***revised review from 1 star to 3 stars. I called back to talk to another rep named Tawanda. She turned out to be a hero & realized how heart broken I was. She got one time approval from her manager to replace the bracelet at no cost to me. Thank you to Tawanda! I'm glad I took a chance & called back.

I received a infinite bracelet as a matron of honor gift mid-July 2019. It was beautiful and I was so happy with it as I would never spend money like this on myself. Sadly it broke, fell off and was lost forever shortly after I received it in September 2019. I was heart broken. In an attempt to hide the fact that my beautiful gift was lost, my husband re-ordered the same bracelet from a re-seller (as we could never afford this full price item, $225 for a simple bracelet). A few weeks have passed and this new bracelet BROKE AND FELL OFF to be lost forever AGAIN. Two different products and they both broke and fell off. I would also like to reiterate that I received my first bracelet in JULY! It fell off in September. New one was received October 1st and broke in a few WEEKS! I called customer support and nothing was done. They said they didn't have a lost and found policy but they were looking into using a different vendor, so clearly they have found problems with their current products and continue to sell them... I am so absolutely disappointed. This brand is supposed to be one of the best. Clearly it is A COMPLETE SCAM. I am so disgusted and will never support this brand again, who sells crappy and low quality items for hundreds and thousands of dollars. Will be reviewing the company wherever I can so others don't get screwed.

I love their extensive collections, and also how there are affordable pieces as well as more indulgent items! I personally asked for a Tiffany ring for my recent 5th anniversary, and could not be more pleased with the platinum diamond ring my hubby picked out for me! Their diamond quality is phenomenal and I love Tiffany's overall!

This is for internal manufacturing at the Cumberland RI ( FHF) facility the Sr. Director hired someone from his last facility to run the machine shop at the Cumberland facility her first day she needed to be told what a lathe was, nothing against her she was brought into the factory because she was a friend. Fast forward three years and the failing department needed to be saved after repeated meeting with the director Danny B. What did he do, he blamed the manager from three years ago when the product was shipping in the 90% on time delivery now its between sub 40% and 70% when the scrap rate went to high in the facility he changed the way its reported to hid the scrap dollars. All this time he thinks the people who make the jewelry are not smart enough to figure his lies out.

I went to a Tiffany store on 12-2-2023 in Tampa Florida at the International Plaza. I left my diamond earrings to be cleaned while I shopped in the mall. When I picked up my earrings one of the earring backs was broken and would not stay on the earring. When I dropped off the earrings a lady examined my earrings and could see that both earring backs were in great working condition. I asked for a replacement since it was not broken when I dropped off my earrings. I was wearing the earrings and took them off to be cleaned. I could not have worn the earrings if the earring back had been broken. I was told that I would have to purchase one for $120.00 plus tax, ($129.00). I have bought many pieces of jewelry over the years and have spent thousands of dollars at Tiffany. This same day I even purchased a men's gold wedding band for $1,569.50 at the same time that I dropped off my diamond earrings to be cleaned. I am extremely upset with Tiffany for treating me (a long time customer) this way. At this point I will never purchase another Tiffany product again. I purchased the earring back because I felt as if I had no other choice, because I cannot wear the earring without a back on it. I would appreciate it if Tiffany made things right and refunded me the $129.00 for the earring back. I would also appreciate a response from Tiffany. Beware of Tiffany's treatment to customers AFTER you purchase an item, they are very nice until you have a problem.

I got nice pair of earrings four diamonds with white, red and yellow gold. I left the earrings in a Toronto Tiffany to be clean for my surprise, a very small piece of the red gold were missing from both earrings. I went to the same location I got the earrings to express my disappointment. I will not trust anymore.

DO NOT BUY FROM TIFFANY & CO, YOUR MONEY IS NOT SAFE!

I recently ordered a ring from this company and received the item within a couple days, no hassle. Until the morning after I woke up to having a text from my bank saying I'm in unarranged overdraft... I checked my bank and Tiffanys had taken the money for the product again from me 6 times!

I have contacted them several times over and only recently been told that they are issueing a refund for the money they have stolen from me. This has taken them 4 days to even get to this point, as i am writing this on Christmas eve. I will have no money over the Christmas period due to these lot stealing money from a customer. They have ruined mine and my families Christmas as I have no money to do anything. To add to that bills need paying which i dont have funds to cover it.

Go to any other company other than these bunch of clowns.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I purchased a gift card over the phone as you can't order online & there are no stores near to where I live to go in & purchase and had to pay $25AU for delivery. When I asked why it cost so much the lady said it was a card not a piece of paper. I still think that is was too much to pay for delivery of a gift certificate.

19 MARCH 2023 I PURCHASED BRACELET FROM TIFFANY & CO, BOLOGNA, ITALY AS A GIFT WORTH £3,000. MY WIFE HAS WORN IT ONLY A FEW TIMES. RODIUM PLATING COMING OFF BADLY. BIRMINGHAM BOUTIQUE INSULTED MY WIFE WHEN SHE TOOK THIS TO THEM. CALL CENTRE CANNOT EVEN SAY THE SAME THING. GET DIFFERENT STORY EVERY TIME I CALL. THIS BRACELET IS TOTALLY UNFIT FOR PURPOSE YET THEY REFUSE TO REFUND.
100%, IF SAME ISSUE WITH CLAIRES ACCESSORIES, THEY WOULD HAVE GIVEN REFUND.
TIFFIANY & CO, ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT WANT TO GIVE IT BACK DESPITE THE INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY.

After a long time debating, I finally gave in and bought a Tiffany Blue Double Heart Tag Pendant. I was so excited to own my first Tiffany product and was expecting great quality. I started wearing my necklace as soon as I got it last week and only wore it in the day time and take it out when I shower or workout and before I go to sleep and leave it in its bag as instructed. I don't use any perfume or cream as I am a healthcare professional. After just a few days, I noticed multiple scratches on the back of the two hearts, which I guess is normal as they keep touching each other but I was shocked to see that in one week I started getting tarnish around the hearts! I understand silver tarnishes but in one week?!? I called to see what can be done as I really was hoping that Tiffany would have much better quality and the lady just offered to have it assessed at the closest location which is 2 hours from my home. She sent me an email with instructions and options: 1) send it to the location to basically clean and pay for the shipping myself 2) buy their jewelry cleaner. I asked if there is any point in doing the former as it will tarnish again in one week and all I got was not necessarily. I honestly wish I didn't waste 300 dollars on a jewelry that does worst than a knockoff jewelry from amazon!

I went to this site years ago and purchased a sterling silver tiffany oval return to tiffany's necklace It was beautiful. I paid $ 300.00 for just the necklace. I wanted to buy the matching bracelet but never got around to it. Since then they have added so many new items, they are so beautiful that I wished I was still working. When I purchased my first item from them it was shipped to me very fast and was as brilliant as the pictures they show. They show the actual size and width of all of there items. They are pricey, But everybody should spoil there self sometimes. I love the return to tiffany sliver bead bracelet with the heart shaped charm in rose colored silver that says return to tiffany. About 5 years ago while I was still working they had not yet designed this new bracelet or I may have purchased it also. I hope everybody who see's this review visits the site, even if you can't afford it right now. It is nice to dream about it anyway. I had to save for along time to get my necklace. I still wear it to this day. I never take it off, never. I shower with it, I sleep in it. I even bought a cleaning cloth at a regular jewelry store to keep it clean. Tiffany's has been in business for years. They sell some of the finest jewelry I have ever purchased in my life. I have had my necklace for about 7 years now. I will continue to review this site for the rest of my life. I hope those who have not yet had a chance to see the beautiful jewelry they have, see it soon. So take a quick look at www.tiffany.com.
