The worst quality and customer experience I have ever experienced. I placed an order for my wife to be to open before our wedding of 4x bracelets as the one I wanted from there was out of stock, so I was hoping to find an alternative.
When they arrived the quality was extremely poor and not suitable. When I started the return it looked like there were only 3 bracelets listed on the returns form, so I called them. They advised me to write on the returns note, add a copy of the invoice and sent me a link to print a returns label.
A few days after returning these, I got an email with a refund for 3 of them. I tried to contest this with them and they have outright refused a refund, despite all evidence given. They have given me no information or proof as to why they have made that decision and been very unhelpful.
I am now having to take them to small claims court and will never buy from them again. If you do decide to order for them for any reason and want to return the package, take photos of packaging it up and send it via the post office on a recorded delivery. However, I would recommend going to a competitor like Mikimoto - better quality and customer service.
Beautiful ring. Just want I was wanting. Exactly as pictured online. I would buy from Tiffany over and over.
Unfortunately, the "Tiffany" name is no longer what it used to be. Their website lies about their delivery dates in order to trick people into purchasing items that can't be delivered on time. According to their customer service rep, it takes them "10 business days" (~ 14 calendar days) to process their orders even though the date their website guarantees is less than a week away.
I purchased a product online from them as a gift because their website told me it would arrive at least 5 days before I needed it. I sent them an email on the day it was supposed to arrive to inquire about the product's delivery status and mentioned I needed it in the next 5 days. After not receiving a response, I called the day before I needed it. The customer service representative told me the order was still being processed and wouldn't arrive until about 14 days after the day they originally told me.
They took no responsibility for their product being delayed, even though the delay was caused by them taking weeks just to process the order. They refused to expedite the order, even though they were drastically wrong about their delivery date. I would expect this type of customer service from Walmart, but I was under the impression TIffany would be more accomodating.
I just received my pair of earrings and I love them! They are so beautiful and you don't really need to break the bank to get them, i'm getting so many complments
Recently, I've had issues with one of your local store representatives Bryan Jackson at Walnut Creek. My husband and I purchased wedding bands and rings and was told we can bring it in to have it resized free of charge. In the meantime, my engagement ring's prong broke, and the diamond fell and needed to be fixed. I also asked about getting my diamond wedding ring cleaned and he had instantly rejected my request. I went to Tiffany's location in Las Vegas and was able to have my engagement ring cleaned there without any issue.
At first, Brain had told us that there would be no charge to resize the ring and then later sent a very unprofessional and rude letter stating that we would have to pay for the resizing. And to fix my ring he was giving me a hard time about it and was charging me $500 to fix it ( just the prong to hold the diamond). I called around other stores and they were less expensive, labor was $300!. I felt Brain was doesn't value customer services without a fee. And he felt there was no need to give a timeline as to when the rings will come back and never made the effort to keep us in the loop of any updates unless I give him a call.
I find it very unprofessional when a representative is inconsistent with his words and then has the audacity to write such an unprofessional letter to its customers. Not sure why he had cc numerous people on the email?. It is not okay to treat customers in such an ignorant manner!
I am writing a review about this location, Walnut Creek and Bryan Jackson so other customers are aware of his rude behavior. Tiffany & Co. States the following on their website
Sustainability
At Tiffany & Co., sustainability lies at the heart of everything we do. With a 185-year heritage, we believe it is our responsibility to be at the vanguard of sustainable luxury.
Yet, you employ staff who lack everything that is stated.
Very beautiful jewelry in the shop. Quick delivery and pretty packaging. Someday will buy everything from this shop.
Best jewelery I bought for my girlfriend. She likes it very much and always waits for something new.
Awesome site and beautiful jewelry. I can't afford all their items, but I recently bought a necklace that is super beautiful.
Purchased as a gift for my girl friend. Really nice bracelet! She loved it! Better than expected. :) :)
Omg Beyonce ang j z new faces of tiffany. Like Ralph Lauren catering to a so different clientele. I will not shop here again. Gross
***UPDATE**** I heard from Tiffany's and they apologized for the incidents and said that they would address with the staff. I felt that they heard my complaint and I am satisfied with the results.
I WILL NEVER enter the Century City store again. I gave them another chance to clean several more pieces of Tiffany jewelry and when I went back today before a "Soul Cycle" class I walked into an empty store with 3 employees at the front of the store that just stared at me, didn't say welcome may we help you nor a greeting. I told them that I was there to pick up jewelry and the women in a very unfriendly manner asked for my ID. I hadn't been asked that when I was dressed with my diamonds and a sun dress. NOTE TO EMPLOYEES! NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY THEIR COVER!
I have never felt more insulted and shocked at the service I received when I dropped off my jewelry to be cleaned! I've been going to the Beverly Hills store for years, but since I was going to see a film I thought I would try the Tiffany store in Century City, CA. The customer service rep that assisted me was not only unprofessional and rude, but spoke to me in a demeaning and condescending tone. She accused me that one of the 18k gold with diamond rings was not an authentic Tiffany's product and they would not clean it. This is definitely not the "Tiffany & Co" standard. I can't help but wonder if it was because I am Chinese, if i were a white woman would she have accused me in the same rude manner? I would have thought that she would have brought it to management to make that decision and handle the situation more professionally. They definitely need to have protocols in place and not make accusatory accusations to life long customers!
I just love their design, classic and elegant. The price is comparatively acceptable
Great place for breakfast. - Wonderful site and amazing products.
