When considering the purchase of a Tiffany & Co. Ring, one must weigh several factors to determine its worthiness. Undoubtedly, Tiffany rings are synonymous with luxury, craftsmanship, and prestige. The iconic Tiffany blue box alone evokes a sense of elegance and sophistication that few other brands can match.
However, when it comes to the intrinsic qualities of the ring itself, such as the diamond cut, clarity, and setting, one might find that the value proposition varies depending on individual preferences and priorities.
I purchased the Tiffany silver double chain bracelet with an inscribed heart for a friend's special birthday. A size medium was child sized and extremely flimsy. I had to pay extra to have it lengthened. What an embarrassment and disappointment.
I spoke to a few friends who had also purchased bracelets only to have the charms fall off within months.
First and last time for me!
Beautiful ring. Just want I was wanting. Exactly as pictured online. I would buy from Tiffany over and over.
Do NOT but from this company. Look up he reviews on consumer affairs. They are notorious for sending the wrong items and not making the situation right and then want you to pay for the return or will only offer you a 10% refund. Horrible and fraudulent company
DO NOT BUY FROM TIFFANY & CO, YOUR MONEY IS NOT SAFE!
I recently ordered a ring from this company and received the item within a couple days, no hassle. Until the morning after I woke up to having a text from my bank saying I'm in unarranged overdraft... I checked my bank and Tiffanys had taken the money for the product again from me 6 times!
I have contacted them several times over and only recently been told that they are issueing a refund for the money they have stolen from me. This has taken them 4 days to even get to this point, as i am writing this on Christmas eve. I will have no money over the Christmas period due to these lot stealing money from a customer. They have ruined mine and my families Christmas as I have no money to do anything. To add to that bills need paying which i dont have funds to cover it.
Go to any other company other than these bunch of clowns.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I went to a Tiffany store on 12-2-2023 in Tampa Florida at the International Plaza. I left my diamond earrings to be cleaned while I shopped in the mall. When I picked up my earrings one of the earring backs was broken and would not stay on the earring. When I dropped off the earrings a lady examined my earrings and could see that both earring backs were in great working condition. I asked for a replacement since it was not broken when I dropped off my earrings. I was wearing the earrings and took them off to be cleaned. I could not have worn the earrings if the earring back had been broken. I was told that I would have to purchase one for $120.00 plus tax, ($129.00). I have bought many pieces of jewelry over the years and have spent thousands of dollars at Tiffany. This same day I even purchased a men's gold wedding band for $1,569.50 at the same time that I dropped off my diamond earrings to be cleaned. I am extremely upset with Tiffany for treating me (a long time customer) this way. At this point I will never purchase another Tiffany product again. I purchased the earring back because I felt as if I had no other choice, because I cannot wear the earring without a back on it. I would appreciate it if Tiffany made things right and refunded me the $129.00 for the earring back. I would also appreciate a response from Tiffany. Beware of Tiffany's treatment to customers AFTER you purchase an item, they are very nice until you have a problem.
We bought a wire ring, and bangle in 18 k white gold for our 20 years anniversary, but sadly my husband ring after wearing it for 6 months, it's discolored, it's turn to yellow. I brought the ring back to the store in San Diego to get it fix, they told me I have to pay $100 for repair. Why do I have to pay when it not our fault. The sale representative keeps saying I'm sorry, I can not do anything. I tried to email them, no response. It's very disappointed,
I made an appointment to visit the westchester Tiffany store. I wanted to sit down with a proffessional to look at engagement rings. The Lady who helped me was clueless. Absolutely zero experience in diamonds rings. Just presented the rings and was just looking at us. All she had to say is " would you like to look at something else? I am in shock. No way am I giving my thousands of dollars to this store for this type of service. They lost me for ever.
I am in awe of the horrible reviews of this company. I had my own awful experience but had no idea so many others have experienced the same. Tiffany and Co should be so ashamed of themselves for charging high dollar costs and providing essentially no customer service. My boyfriend does not shop online EVER, so he called Tiffany's 800 to order a bracelet for my birthday. After spending over $700 for a charm bracelet and an engraving on the heart charm, Tiffany advises that it's not exchangeable for the next size up. My wrist is large so the standard medium doesn't fit. I wrongly assumed that I could just call Tiffany's and get an easy exchange for the large and they would transfer the heart charm to the larger size. Oh no. The profit they made on an overpriced $700 bracelet isn't enough. They want another $70 to fix this issue so that I can actually wear the bracelet. I have better customer service experience with Walmart, Dillard's, Macy's, you name it. This overhyped brand doesn't meet expectations. What exactly are we paying higher prices for if not for customer service?
I was schocked to learn that the litttle blue box does not have a warranty after 30 days. I purchased a pair of heart earrings with tiffany blue enamel. The enamel fell off and the Tiffany store at Sherway stated that I would have pay $95 to have it fixed. The manager there was not helpful at all. She simply stated that this was the policy and she had to stick by it. Disappointed with their customer service.
Brought for a 16th birthday the two heart necklace
Within 5 days had gone black not been swam or bathed in
Called up they said I need to get a cleaning kit
Had silver all my life first time ever that within a couple of days it's so discoloured.
Really poor!
Now in process of packing up then will have to wait for replacement!
Not a great gift at all wish we hadn't bought it!
I called Tiffany because I needed some help regarding a missing piece from my Tiffany charm. I called costumer service and a lady called MELISSA was extremely helpful and kind. I would love to compliment her for the incredible help and kindness and give her 5 stars plus. Thank you Melissa!
Recently, I've had issues with one of your local store representatives Bryan Jackson at Walnut Creek. My husband and I purchased wedding bands and rings and was told we can bring it in to have it resized free of charge. In the meantime, my engagement ring's prong broke, and the diamond fell and needed to be fixed. I also asked about getting my diamond wedding ring cleaned and he had instantly rejected my request. I went to Tiffany's location in Las Vegas and was able to have my engagement ring cleaned there without any issue.
At first, Brain had told us that there would be no charge to resize the ring and then later sent a very unprofessional and rude letter stating that we would have to pay for the resizing. And to fix my ring he was giving me a hard time about it and was charging me $500 to fix it ( just the prong to hold the diamond). I called around other stores and they were less expensive, labor was $300!. I felt Brain was doesn't value customer services without a fee. And he felt there was no need to give a timeline as to when the rings will come back and never made the effort to keep us in the loop of any updates unless I give him a call.
I find it very unprofessional when a representative is inconsistent with his words and then has the audacity to write such an unprofessional letter to its customers. Not sure why he had cc numerous people on the email?. It is not okay to treat customers in such an ignorant manner!
I am writing a review about this location, Walnut Creek and Bryan Jackson so other customers are aware of his rude behavior. Tiffany & Co. States the following on their website
Sustainability
At Tiffany & Co., sustainability lies at the heart of everything we do. With a 185-year heritage, we believe it is our responsibility to be at the vanguard of sustainable luxury.
Yet, you employ staff who lack everything that is stated.
19 MARCH 2023 I PURCHASED BRACELET FROM TIFFANY & CO, BOLOGNA, ITALY AS A GIFT WORTH £3,000. MY WIFE HAS WORN IT ONLY A FEW TIMES. RODIUM PLATING COMING OFF BADLY. BIRMINGHAM BOUTIQUE INSULTED MY WIFE WHEN SHE TOOK THIS TO THEM. CALL CENTRE CANNOT EVEN SAY THE SAME THING. GET DIFFERENT STORY EVERY TIME I CALL. THIS BRACELET IS TOTALLY UNFIT FOR PURPOSE YET THEY REFUSE TO REFUND.
100%, IF SAME ISSUE WITH CLAIRES ACCESSORIES, THEY WOULD HAVE GIVEN REFUND.
TIFFIANY & CO, ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT WANT TO GIVE IT BACK DESPITE THE INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY.
Contacted customer service and that said that it is " normal wear and tear" and they do not refund or repair.
I find it hard to believe they knowingly sell poor quality constructed leather that by their own admission is not expected to last a year being used in the way it is intended, as a dog collar.
Bought the blue bracelet with "please return" heart and after 8 months it broke (I think because of the heart, it was a perfect cut in the wire). Charged me 85.00 to fix it 40.00 for freight (both ways) and I paid 700.00 for it. Now I have got it back and the beads are strung so tightly together I can't even put it on my wrist because it's just straight now…WTF
I ordered a bracelet as a Christmas present for my wife, only to find it was delivered scratched and tired looking! It's beyond me how this would slip through Tiffany's quality control but it did. My wife went to the Aventura store to look at alternatives, and make an exchange. Rather than making her feel welcomed and valued as a returning customer, she received a cold greeting, had to explain the situation to two different sale associates, to just be dismissed and told there was nothing they could do and she needed to call customer service! She was with a friend who witnessed this terrible service. They left feeling totally snubbed and were so upset by the whole experience they had to cut their shopping afternoon short and go home! We are now having to go back and forth via phone calls and email with customer service, who take days to reply and are making us, THE CUSTOMER, jump through hoops and suffer further, despite the fact that we were sent an inferior product. My wife has said she never wants me to spend another dollar here and her friend has also decided to never shop with Tiffany again. This terrible store experience was just the icing on the cake for a brand that clearly doesn't care about it's quality control or customers. This could have been easily rectified in store but none of the staff gave a damn. Outrageous and avoid at all costs!
My daughter bought me the open heart earrings chain and bracelet set for Mother's Day and after a short period and a few times wearing the earrings they began tarnish. The chain got caught on my sweater and broke. I immediately replaces it with Tiffany's 24" sterling silver chain on September 2,2022. On November 23 the second chain broke. I called Tiffany's customer service and they said I would have to talk to someone in repairs they didn't have anything to do with that. I'm November 28 this is what I received: Dear -- JONES:

So in less than 2 months they are saying the chain was WORN,TARNISH,SCRATCHED (BROKEN - that's why it was sent in). INCORRECT!
I will NEVER purchase anything else from Tiffany's and I will discourage all my friends and family to never buy anything from them because it's a waste of money and the only way they stand behind their product is if you pay more money.
I looked at "the great Tiffany's" website and all I have to say is that the website is complete garbage, the products all suck, $#*! I wouldn't even give any of that $#*! you have on there to my $#*!ing dog lmao! What a joke!
Answer: Yes Legitimate co. But I believe their Reputation is a thing of the past. Sadly like many other companies.
