“$ 350 dog collar worn a few months has come apart. Purchased less than a year ago x”

Contacted customer service and that said that it is " normal wear and tear" and they do not refund or repair.
I find it hard to believe they knowingly sell poor quality constructed leather that by their own admission is not expected to last a year being used in the way it is intended, as a dog collar.
