Accidentally ended up on this scam site instead of the actual concert venue. Tickets should have been $75 a piece X2 but when I received the email, I discovered they charged me $537.00! This was for a NAS concert at an outdoor venue! Tried the customer service phone line - just an endless circle of pressing keys and no rep. The online "chat" was another rabbit hole with no person to talk to and cancel this mess. Thankfully, my awesome bank was sympathetic to this scam and put the money back in my account but had to cancel the credit card and get a new one. Run away - far far away from this site.
I rated this company a 1 because there was no the 0 rating. I was overcharged twice the price of 2 tichets at Radio City Music Hall I would have paid on ticketmaster or Radio City Music Hall box office in New York City. Plus they added more than 50% of the price I was supposed to pay after I made my purchase. I called customer service as soon I realized the charges were wrong. I stayed on the phone with a Manager for 40 minutes and she did not gave me the refund I asked for. I do not recommend this company under any circumstances.

They charge you 10x as much as the tickets on other websites. I got tickets because they said they were limited for 150 dollars, I didnt check the Lexington Legends website because it was limited and didnt want to miss out on tickets. After I purchased I found tickets for 25 dollars total! I tried calling to refund or even resell and their customer service number does have a live person and their chat is a set of questions and wont go to a live person, never use them again.
I don't know how to express how frustrated I am but this company are bunch of thief the donut care about their customers no one answer the calls never received the tickets
I feverishly bought tickets here hoping to get them before they sold out, once I realized that ticketmaster hadn't even posted tickets. I realized a few days later I payed four times more for crummy seating than I needed to and an agent there told me they do not offer refunds and that it would be best to resell my tickets, which I have not received yet, four days after purchasing. Absolute rip off.
I was directed to their site through google. Thought I was on the sports teams site, not realizing it, purchased tickets that would have been MUCH cheaper if was on the actual site of sports team. I am stuck with them, they were NOT willing to help me out at all. Super sketchy.
So grateful that the representative that helped me to recover my tickets. Very professional and knowledgeable. Thanks again I will always use this company for events.
I sent an email to The 5th Avenue Theatre in Seattle re my horrible experience with this outfit. They deplore ALL ticket broker's since almost all of them cheat the buyer. They suggest I write my legislature to describe what happened. Everyone needs to get the word out about these crooks!
My wife ordered two tickets to the West Side Story@ $150 each; the total cost was $390.15 which she thought was a reasonable service fee. We received two tickets, each with a face value of $43! I looked into this and realized she was switched somehow from the ticket venue she searched for to these crooks. I will be communicating with the 5th Avenue Theatre in Seattle, the BBB, Seattle Visitors Center, etc., and anyone else who will listen to get the word out about these crooks.
I give this website 0 stars. They charged me 215.00 for 2 46 dollar seats. It is a total ripoff. I tried to cancel immediately but wouldn't refund me at a dime. Sadly when I looked up tickets it directed me this scam website

THEY GET THERE WEBSITE TO THE TOP OF THE GOOGLE SEARCH ENGINE SO THAT YOU PICK THEM FIRST AND BUY TICKETS, THEN REALIZE AFTER THAT YOU PAID 4X THE ACTUAL VALUE OF THE TICKET WHEN YOU LOOK AT OTHER SITES. SCAMMERS
Ticket-center.com obviously pays a lot of money to push their website to the top of Google searches but their tickets are way over priced and they do not provide customers the option for a refund if purchased within 24 hours. Poor customer service.
They are not an official site. Their final bill showed way less than what they charged our card. When I called the venue they said they are not a distributor for them. The site buys tickets and then sells them at a ridiculous marked up price.
I was very upset with this site. I'm not even sure how I ended up on this site to purchase my tickets in the first place, but it turns out they Jack the prices way up, they charge you for over night shipping and a service charge, and then you don't even receive your tickets. I should have read the reviews first I will be very cautious from now on. I should of noticed the lack of information not included on my confirmation. We paid by credit card luckily so we cancelled our card, but I sure hope it was before they got paid for our tickets that we never got.
Absolutely a scam. Buyer beware. They re- sell tickets according to "market price" which means some seedy middleman is doubling the price of available tickets ready to scam you. We attempted to purchase lion king tickets at the Adrienne Arsht center in miami and were directed to this ticket purchase third party link. Our purchase price for each ticket was $115.00 and when we received our bill it was $560.00 dollars. When we checked again the regular price tickets for the same seats were still available for the price of $115.00. We attempted to resolve this issue with customer service and requested a refund. We received a reply stating " I'm sorry you feel disappointed, but these tickets are based on market price". We explained that we wanted a refund based on the fact that the tickets were still available at the face value price and this company accepted no accountability and refused. What a scam. Shame on you we will not be fooled again.
I will NEVER use this company again. They called me back 2 times because the tickets they sold me were already sold to someone else.
My ticket was overpriced and not delivered on time as promised. I will never order from this site again. It was a scam, I lost my money and I never got to see the show.

Web looked like official venue, but it wasn't. Charged 4 times the face value and after 2 min while order was still pending tried to cancel. They wouldn't refund, help resell tickets, completely unethical!
