I purchased tickets through this site and was never sent them. I filed a complaint with BBB which is still in process but the representatives at tickets center essentially stated they aren't responsible for anything else besides collecting payments so it is not their fault that I did not receive my tickets. Total scam, buyer beware!
Got ripped off on a Seether concert and we are sick and they won't give us our money back, don't use them!
I've started calling 48 hours before the event, after waiting 45 minutes, the office hung up on me. I called back, the guy issues a re-transfer, telling me I received ticket but never got any emails or texts. They have use another mail, they send me the tickets minutes before the concert. I physically couldn't make it in time, I was late with VIP tickets I purchase which was a waste due to being late. THE worst company ever. DO NOT USE them. Got tickets at 4pm with a 3 hour to get to event. Even some reviews are labeled "pissed off consumer."
We live in Ontario, the Windsor/Detroit border is closed to us Canadians, therefore we can't attend the concert. Presently it is closed until October 21, the concert is October 7. I have tried three times to get in touch with Tickets Center and no one responds. Very frustrating as they were quite quick to get my money. Not my fault we can't cross the border. If we could, we would in a heartbeat. If I had known this company would not respond, I wouldn't have gone through them to purchase tickets. Very disappointing customer service. I can't even mark this with no stars because it won't post the review. Save your money don't use this company to get tickets
I purchased Austin FC vs. LA Galaxy tickets for $193.50 on 9/17/21. I was supposed to receive an invite to accept the electronic tickets on 9/21/21. It never came so I called the company, waited for an hour on hold, and they said they would resend the email. The representative asked me to be patient. I called again and waited another two hours on hold on 9/24/21 when the email still had not arrived. They told me to register for TicketMaster, which I did, and still did not see the tickets. I gave my partner's yahoo email and still did not receive the tickets. They again asked me to be patient. I called on 9/25/21 and expressed the urgency of receiving the tickets because the event was the next day. They said that they would again contact the seller to send the tickets. They asked me to create a new gmail account and then wait to be sent the link. They finally sent me the link on this newly created email account within 3 hours of the event! This was not enough time to accept the tickets, create a SeatGeek account, and make the long commute to the stadium. In sum, I paid for my tickets on the day I purchased them, but yet I had to wait on the phone with Ticket-Center for 5 hours, create 2 different ticket accounts and one new email address, completely stress out, and they sent me the "accept tickets" link 3 hours before the event so I did not make it! This horrible company presumes that you have the luxury of simply sitting by your computer and waiting until they give you an electronic product that you purchased over a week before. The positive reviews MUST be bots. Please BEWARE, there are many commonalities in the negative complaints. Ticket-Center.com needs to be put out of business.
$438.84 on canceled concert tickets! No refund, a coupon! For what since most public venues are canceled! Disgusting! No one answers their customer service numbers.
They never sent the tickets as promised and I opened a complaint, which was past the credit card deadline. They then said they won't send the tickets because I opened a complaint, so they basically stole my money. Their head quarters is in Chicago and I am tracing the call center location and will post that shortly.
My tickets have been charged 10 days ago. They are still not issued. Customer Service said he won't do anything unless it's 2 days before the event, now it is 4 days. I explained that I wasn't comfortable waiting till the last minute, as it's a gift. The rep said nothing he could do and ended the chat. I tried again later, the same result. The price was x3 higher than the actual venue, but I wanted good seats. Terrible service and I'm not even sure if we'll get the tickets...
The venue changed the date but ticket center did not notify me and when I notified them they were unable to exchange or refund the tickets
Ordered tickets for a concert 3 weeks in advance. Checked tracking when hadn't received tickets 3 days prior to event. Emailed provided email, no response. Emailed next day, no response. Tried chat help line, they dropped my chat THREE TIMES after waiting for next available CSR between 10-15 each chat. Literally never got through to "chat" with anyone. Called number, still holding for over 45 minutes now, though message said wait time was 13 minutes. The event is TOMORROW and I cannot get anyone to help get the effing tickets that I PAID for. Will never buy from this scammy site again,
The tickets I bought for the Roger Waters show in 2020 are constantly being rescheduled due the pandemic. They refused to reimburse the nearly $700 I spent on the show (whoever bought directly with the artist or any other serious company got reimbursed) but they just postpone it indefinitely (new date now is July 2022).

We purchase tickets for the Luke Bryan Farm tour and we're charged double for the concert ticket and 10x more for park if. When we printed our tickets they said $56 and we were charged $111 plus fees. Our parking pass said $5 and we were charged $50. We were completely scammed!
On August 23 we purchased two tickets to the Colorado Buffalo football game on October 16,2021. As of today Sept 11,2021 we have not received the promised email to enable us to download our tickets. Further we have sent three emails to Ticket_Center.com with no reply. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND PURCHASE YOUR TICKETS ELSE WHERE. THESE GUYS ARE THIEVES.

Myself along with many others had events cancelled due to Covid. During our several support help emails, I was told we would be receiving credit. I have unsuccessfully been trying to get ahold of anyone with help in how to access our credit. Support emails not going through. Chat is automated and quits with a message of "your event has been cancelled see email…". We don't have an email, and no way for a deaf person to get the help needed.
Do NOT spend your $$ here. You're better off at StubHub.

Purchased tickets on Dec 21,2019 for Hamilton for $954.95 in Atlanta originally on April 7,2020- after multiple reschedules, was going to attend on 8-31-2021 at 7:30 PM EST. Seller attempted to deliver tickets on 8-13-2021, but had a 48 hr window to accept and due to travel I did not accept in time. So, I began to call, email and online chat with Tickets-Center.com. They guaranteed that the tickets would arrive, and (even though never disclosed to the buyer) said they had an internal policy that the sellers could deliver the tickets up to 2 hours before the time of the event. Only after calling Tickets-Cetner.com within the 2 hour window missed by the seller, did the seller try to send the tickets at 6:18 PM EST, 1:12 minutes before the start of the event and missing the stated internal policy of Tickets-Center.com... they refused to give me a refund and said they had no responsibility, even after guaranteeing the tickets would arrive. They tried to ask me to accept the tickets that were sent and tried to say the tickets were delivered. I asked the agent to re-state the policy I had been told multiple times about the two hour window, and asked what happens if the seller does not make the two hour window... NO response and no admitting that they did not even meet their own internal policy with the seller- instead, it is OK for Tickets-Center.com and the "Seller" to steal my $954.95.
I purchased $352 concert tickets in Jan 2020. They will NOT refund my money and concert is happening August 2022, supposedly. I want my money back. They refuse. 2+ years?! They suck! Do NOT purchase anything from Tickets-Center.com. Just don't!
Purchased tickets on March 2020 for the Schitts Creek Tour; I paid $801.95 for 5 tickets. I didn't realize this was a 3rd party since it was the first company that came up when I did a google search for the event.
The even was postponed and was officially canceled last week.
I received an email from tickets-center.com that I WILL NOT receive a refund but only a credit to future events. This DOES NOT work for me since I will never use this service again due to their rip off fees.

We bought Luke Comb tickets for his concert in CMAC (Constellation Brands - Marvin Sands Performing Arts Center) Canandaigua, NY in 2019 Before COVID the concert was rescheduled for this August 6th 2021, we asked for a refund due to the border still being closed for Canadians to enter the US last year and way before the concert this year. They replied that refunds can only be made if the concert gets cancelled, wow never again will i use Ticket Center!

Answer: They will not refund your money. They are scam artists who mimic real ticket sites and venue box offices and take advantage of consumers. They are dishonest and horrible and should not be operating.

Answer: I was unfortunate enough to innocently purchase 2 tickets to a Broadway show through Ticket Center. I assumed I was purchasing tickets from the theatre not through this third party website. I asked for a refund and they said NO so I contacted my bank, the better business bureau, and getting a lawyer. This company needs to be shut down!
Answer: It is a problem they buy the cheapest seat they can find and when they send you the seat there isn't enough time to get it resolved or a refund. GET A REFUND if you can and go to Ticket Master or another real honest site. I paid 385.00 for a great seat yes one seat and deceived a 65.00 garbage seat in the back.
