Scam-they direct folks from legit websites to theirs. Elderly and others are not able to tell they are buying from a scam website, and are charge 2-4 times the actual price-for readily available tickets.
Almost 2 years, 4 reschedules (covids fault), 18 (at 45 minutes each) phone calls in 4 days, hung up on 3 times, 4.5 drive to show and told nothing more they can do for us the tickets were transferred. They were never transferred, if they were I wouldn't have wasted my time calling. Believe I'm out 545.00 because the transfer never went through. They just want you to keep doing the same thing, not listening it didn't work any other time. Oh and supervisors DONT take calls! The original tickets were refunded back to them. Wish I could give negative stars
I purchase two Nutcrackers tickets of San Francisco Ballet for Dec 10, Balcony J for a total of $408. After the purchase, I felt suspicious and went on to the official website of San Francisco Ballet, only to find out that the same tickets were being sold at the official website for $19 apiece. What a rip off. Tickets Center claims that all their sales are final. I called their customers service, but could not talk to anyone. Buyers be aware! Never buy tickets from Tickets Center, buy them directly from the company offering the show.
More than double the price for Nutcracker... feel taken and will never do again. I'm 72 and this was a first for me, ther was no explaination that they where brockers, acted like they where Kauffman ticket agent.
Bought 2 tickets back in 10/15 and never got my tickets delivered to my account or via text message. Spent 1hr on the phone trying to connect and never got thru. This place seems like a complete scam! Want my monies back!
Sold tickets they did not have at six times the selling price. No refunds. No contact. You can't speak to anyone. They violate California state law in their transactions and have an extremely low Better Business Bureau rating. Avoid at all costs. Digital ticket scalpers
Do not buy tickets through Ticket-Center! There customer service is a night mare! You will never talk to a person until the day of your event and even then they are no help when your email states ‘link not found' Rip off scam artist is what they are! I am giving them Zero stars!
They will not refund you even if you mistakenly order your tickets through them and they also sell tickets that are three times face value when you can still purchase tickets elsewhere for a reasonable price.
This company is a scam artist, they have representatives to take your money on tickets, but no on is there to help out if your concert has been canceled or rescheduled to a date you can no longer attend. I called 17 times from different numbers for they block you or divert your call to customer service which is a crock of bull for there is no one to help. Stay away. I have filed a complaint against them on the Better Business Bureau. Save your time the headache had I known. If I could give them a negative 100 I would.
I ordered tickets off them and it turned out I didn't need them so I've called, emailed, and even started a live chat. Their customer service SUCKS! I can't get ahold of anyone and I want my money back! Stick to Ticketmaster their tickets and service are legit and WAY cheaper!
FAR over priced tickets. They market themselves as though you're getting a deal but it's a rip off. Also, buyer beware - if an event is postponed (even to a year later) they will not offer a refund like Ticketmaster or the venues do. You are locked in unless the event is canceled.
This ticket scalping company charges 2X or 3X the ticket prices. I'm surprised the Broward center for performing arts allows this link through when on their website.
I purchased 3 tickets for "Regtime" play, order #*******. Paid for the delivery. Day of the performant is 10/29/2021. The message says that Ticket Center will send tickets on 10/29/2021?! It's too late
I paid $966 for 6 tickets to a show in Boston that was just cancelled. Ticketscenter will not answer calls, and only provides canned responses to my email inquiries asking for a refund. Horrible business.
I got tickets for TLC it was canceled because one of the girls got sick and they are blaming it on COVID and won't refund my money only a credit and nothing else I wanna see and they still refused to pay me my money back
Paid over $1k for tickets / insurance for my mothers birthday and showed up to the show only to find that my tickets were not for the seats I PAID FOR. We were downgraded and they were at capacity so I could not get the seats I actually purchased. I HATE THIS COMPANY
Ticket-Center.com is a 3rd party vender. Purchased 8 Tickets, $1000, were not transferred and was unable to attend event. Several calls were placed in effort to receive electronic of transfer. 30-60 min wait times for an agent.
Several agents attempted to help but ended in them saying you were receive an email with your ticket transfer and the link they sent would not work. Required me to call back and start all over with a new agent. When calls were dropped, their agents say they have no access to make outgoing calls and I had to call back and start over from scratch. Agents follow a script in their protocol and when I tried explaining where I had previously left off, I can to repeat all previous steps to follow problem solving. Drove to the event with agents on phone, trying to get transfer links to work. They promise 100% guarantee and I did not get my money back.
This site is a scam. If an event is cancelled they hold your money hostage by giving you 'store credit' which is just another way of saying 'sorry but we're keeping your money'. I've tried emailing support but they just keep sending me the same message no matter what I say. Their phone support is non-existent since it is all automated and you can't actually talk to anyone. Please do not buy tickets from this site and get them directly from the box office if you can. I am now out $300.
Bought 2 tickets for an event in Seattle. Received email but could not transfer tickets to print. Called them, they could not figure it out. They said they'll call back before show. Never did. Could not get hold of them... could not go. Called after event. They promised to send forms to fill for refund. Never did. Called again, they hung up!
Answer: They will not refund your money. They are scam artists who mimic real ticket sites and venue box offices and take advantage of consumers. They are dishonest and horrible and should not be operating.
Answer: You have to call or chat. They aren't very good at communicating and won't if you don't try to get in contact with them.
Answer: I was unfortunate enough to innocently purchase 2 tickets to a Broadway show through Ticket Center. I assumed I was purchasing tickets from the theatre not through this third party website. I asked for a refund and they said NO so I contacted my bank, the better business bureau, and getting a lawyer. This company needs to be shut down!
Answer: It is a problem they buy the cheapest seat they can find and when they send you the seat there isn't enough time to get it resolved or a refund. GET A REFUND if you can and go to Ticket Master or another real honest site. I paid 385.00 for a great seat yes one seat and deceived a 65.00 garbage seat in the back.
