My order was rescheduled several times over the past while from April 2020 to September 2022. The new date doesn't work at all and I want my $500 back. When I contacted the online platform, because you can't speak directly to an agent on the phone, they refused to return my money. They suggested that I resell my tickets, even though it is an e-ticket with my name on it and there are anti-scalping laws in my country. So unhelpful and way more expensive than tickets my friend found on a different website.
After writing this review I decided to contact the Better Business Bureau. Within a week of my complaint and submission of receipt and copies of correspondence with Tickets Center I had a complete refund in my bank!
Purchased tickets November 2019 for Journey concert May 2020. Canceled due to Covid-19. They refused refunding my money. I am so angry about this. If had the choice I wouldn't even give them one star.
If anyone else is in the same situation with this company and is an attorney there should be a Class Action lawsuit filed!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They don't answer the phone. They don't reply to emails. If an event is cancelled, they issue a credit for future purchase instead of a refund. Terrible.
They charge over twice what Ticketmaster charges. I expect they are buying and reselling tickets. They make it seem like the venue is selling out when it isn't.
Purchased tix to see the nutcracker. Tickets were supposed to deliver 12/16. When they didn't, I contacted the site and was told to watch my email that they'd be coming. On 12/17 I still didn't have tickets, so I contacted again. Was told that there was a hang up at the box office and that I needed to wait until 12 hrs before the show before I got my tickets. 12 hrs before the show is 12/18 at 7 am. 7 am on 12/18 came and went, still no tickets. Reached out to Ticket Center again and was met with the same generic answer that I needed to watch my email for tickets. Here we are just a few hours before the show and I still do not have tickets. Will be filing a paypal claim and a complaint with the BBB. They say they are willing to help you but they arent. I am $600 into tickets for an event that I cannot get my tickets for. This is a huge scam!
Event was cancelled without any onward date. Not possible to request a refund, cancellation, change, transfer or anything else! I was told I can resell the ticket! A ticket for an event that doesn't have a date! Good luck. Do not buy from this website!
I was looking to get tickets for the Alton Brown Live show in Minneapolis but discovered that the show was playing at the same time in Cleveland. I messaged the tour site and was told that they had already played Minneapolis, the tickets they're selling are worthless!
My nephew purchased tickets weeks ago and still has not received his tickets. In the chat, which is the only way to communicate with a representative unless you are within 48 hours of your event, he is being told to repeat same steps over and over to get a "retransfer" of tickets. No tickets but removed the money from his immediately. "All sales are final" policy but not really a sale because you took his money and gave him nothing in return. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
I bought tickets for Disney on ice and the ticket transfer was never made. The day of the event I still had no tickets. I just wanted a refund for my $240 but they just gave me the runaround about how their team was going to investigate. The tickets were for November 6,2021 and it is now December 13,2021 and they told me they're still investigating. I don't know what they have to investigate, just check the emails that were sent to me and they'll see there's no link to download e-tickets. Apparently it happens a lot with this company.

Do not buy tickets via this sham of a site. They were the first site to pop up on google (first mistake) the prices were jacked up by at least double. Read the fine print and don't get scammed.
This company is a scam. I emailed Tickets-center within minutes of my purchase asking for a refund. The site stated that they would refund you if tickets had been received. My email request was never answered. Instead I received tickets that cost double what any other site charged. I have called Tickets-com but only got a recording. I have attempted an online chat, only to be abruptly ended once I requested a refund. I have reached out by email and have never gotten a response. This coming is a scam.
As a paid Google advertiser I found Ticket-Center.com and other advertising ticket agencies listed on the Google search results above the actual venue that produces the show and sells the original tickets. Not a problem in itself. But when I bought a pair of tickets I found that I paid more than double the price for tickets with row number but no seat number than was currently being sold by the original vendor in same row for this event which was still 13 days away.
So if you are in a hurry like I was you can get burned by Ticket-Center. And since all the tickets they were listing for this event had this similar excess pricing it was clearly no accident. Ticket-Center.com scams people as far as I can tell. Avoid them!
On Aug 18th, I learned that JacksonBrowne and JamesTaylor were going to appear locally in Dec. I got on line and saw that the tickets were on sale and not a large selection. The tickets for 2 were $945. I thought they were awfully expensive but they seemed to be almost sold out so I bought two ticketrs. These are two of my favorite performers. I then learned that the tickets had not even gone on sale yet and this company is a reseller, I could get 2 tickets from JacksonBrowne for $288. Within 2 1/2 hrs I tried to cancel. They would not let me cancel. I contacted AmExpress. They kept going back to the seller to try and get me a refund to no avail. I have since cancelled my AMEX card. I refuse to pay thr $945. I know this is going to ruin my excellent credit rating fo 825-850. I am 74 years old, Tickets-Center's solution was for me to sell the tickets. I am not a reseller nor a scalper. I don't even know if that would be legal, I believe this Tickets-center is a scam and I would NOT RECOMMEND. I want my money back. If anyone has any suggestions to help me out, it would be appreciated, I would rate 0 if it was an option!
I am trying to cancel my $1000 order for TSO tickets. The exact same Section seats are on sale for $320 on ticketMaster. I called TicketsCenter and they not willing to cancel the order. A 200%markup is a scam.
My credit company reports the sale is pending until the seller (ticket center) completes transaction, therefore can not stop the transaction. I will have to subsequently dispute it.
I've tried for a month now to get assistance without a single response. I've tried live chat, email, and phone without a single response. The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. Do not use this service for event tickets. The worst!
I like Tickets- Center.com, but I received a survey and not an answer to my question. It's a good service for getting tickets. Just make sure you click on the right day and time.
We had bought tickets a long time ago, but due to COVID the date was moved several times. Totall understandable. The final date we could not attend due to a family out of town wedding. I tried Emailing, Calling and could not get any help. Calling was automated and told you to email then hung up with no chance to talk to a person. Emailing I just got an automated response asking how they did. They did NOTHING! So we never got our money back and never got a response from the company on the multiple emails asking for help. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
They clearly state that all sales are final. AND, THEY MEAN IT. We made a mistake in ordering our tickets and asked for a refund within 10 minutes of ordering. "Too bad," they said. "Nothing we can do about it." This company has no desire to cultivate return customers.
This site sold tickets before they were on sale for 3 times the price. They are not easy to reach and when you send the message they never reply. This site is a scam. DO NOT USE IT!
Answer: They will not refund your money. They are scam artists who mimic real ticket sites and venue box offices and take advantage of consumers. They are dishonest and horrible and should not be operating.

Answer: I was unfortunate enough to innocently purchase 2 tickets to a Broadway show through Ticket Center. I assumed I was purchasing tickets from the theatre not through this third party website. I asked for a refund and they said NO so I contacted my bank, the better business bureau, and getting a lawyer. This company needs to be shut down!
Answer: It is a problem they buy the cheapest seat they can find and when they send you the seat there isn't enough time to get it resolved or a refund. GET A REFUND if you can and go to Ticket Master or another real honest site. I paid 385.00 for a great seat yes one seat and deceived a 65.00 garbage seat in the back.
