I was charged about $150 for a Styx ticket for Feb 19 concert. When I recieved the ticket the face value was $49. This is a 200% markup. Greed man
Every show this company is selling tickets to lies about the amount of tics... they lie so prices inflate and you buy their tiicket while the place isn't even half sold out. Liars Liars liars
I purchased two tickets to an event and immediately learned that I would not be able to attend. I called before my order had even processed to request a refund. I was put on hold while the customer service agent "inquired" about the refund. She checked back in on the call every could of minutes to assure me she was inquiring. Then came back to tell me that she could not issue a refund and that there was no appeal process and she would not and could not transfer me to anyone else. She told me the only circumstances for a refund would be an event cancelation. So why waste my time pretending to investigate the possibility of a return? If I had waited days to request a refund, I would understand. But I called immediately. I didn't even receive the tickets for another couple of hours. I am furious. And out $170 dollars. I was told I could resell my tickets "on social media." Pretty sure that's not even legal.
Bought expensive tickets to a basketball game scheduled for Dec. 22nd, which game was then cancelled. After first saying that the game was not cancelled Tickets-Center finally emailed me (after I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau) that I would be getting a full refund. That was over a month ago. Still no refund, and no explanation, and no way to speak with anyone about it. Contrast that with StubHub, who issued a full refund the next day under similar circumstances.
I went through my credit card to have the charge reversed and Tickets-Center.com immediately offered up store credit to stop the chargeback.
This was acceptable to me but when ii ordered tickets at a later date I found the store credit had been cancelled. I've tried to reach them via phone and live chat but they have redirected me to email support. To date I have forwarded 6 emails with no response of any kind.
I'm at a loss as to my next step and I sincerely question the validity of their so called 100% guarantee
I will never deal with this company ever again.
I purchased 2 tickets to the Grand Ole Opry on February 15th for a March 25th show that was cancelled. Received an email on March 13th from Ticket Center saying I would be refunded in 2-4 weeks. Called after 4 weeks and the refund was promised in a few weeks, delay was due to the high volume of cancellations. Called again after 9 weeks and their policy changed, I was given store credit in lieu of the $390 I paid for the tickets.
This is absolutely ridiculous, I'm an older individual with underlying health issues. There is no way I will be going to an event anytime soon and if I did the store credit has an expiry date. I've lost my money to this rip off which I can certainly use during this difficult time.

Purchased tickets and didn't pay attention to it being a resale site. Tickets were for a time that didn't exist and the closest time, a half hour later, had all the tickets for that row and section still available. How can it be resale if there has not been a sale? Complete scam company
I am so upset and feel completely deceived. I was originally on Ticket Master to purchase my family's 1st event to Disney on Ice next month (3 tickets). How bizarre I was rerouted to this site after selecting our seats and proceeded to the payment page. This is my first time ever ordering tickets online of any type, so I didn't think much of it at the time when navigating the website. Well, $300 later... ($80/ ticket and $50 for "service fees" and almost $10 for an electronic transfer) HOLY CRAP! I then realized I was not on Ticket Master because after the payment, I went back onto Ticket Master to view their available seats for the event and just as I suspected, they were half the price ($40/ ticket). I am devastated and feel robbed. That difference could've gone towards gas to travel to and from the venue, dinner for my family that night, souvenirs for our daughter, etc... But instead, the company's sellers are hijacking the prices and ripping families off who are currently trying to make it through this pandemic and trying to have a nice evening out together. Truly heartbreaking.
Today is 2/12/22 and I am told I will not receive my tickets until 3/22/22 and the event is on 3/24/22, this does not seem right and I am still waiting for a confirmation email. In the meantime, I have called their automated line and have provided my info and the system states that there is no record of my purchase, yet my credit card states otherwise. Very unsettling.
If this company wants to improve their ratings, I highly suggest that they hire a new web designer to give their website a facelift. Important information that is in small print, not phrased properly, and not easily noticeable or understood to the buyer, should be improved on. A great business does not exist with unhappy costumers.

It's 12 hours before the event and I still don't have the tickets. Two days now I've heard rest assured you'll receive your tickets. Still nothing. I'm a 2.5 hour drive from the event and it looks like I'll have to start the drive hoping the tickets finally get emailed and arrive before the play starts. Customer service has been no help.
You will NOT get a refund from this company even if you pay for insurance. So now your out not only the money for the event but also the money you paid for insurance.
Purchased Orchestra seats for a Jay Leno event for $310.96 when I arrived to claim my seats, the tickets I was sent by Tickets Center were for general admission 2nd to the last row of a face value of $40. I called Tickets Center to get my money back and they said that unless the event was cancelled by the venue or Jay himself they were not going to credit me back anything. I filed a charged back with my credit card company and filed a complaint with the BBB
I purchased tickets to see Joss Stone at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville. I received two confirmation emails fo her back in December. Joss Stone never performed. It was not until the opening act came out after intermission that I learn Joss was not performing. Another couple who purchased tickets through StubHub was notified three days earlier. Ticket-center refused any kind of compensation because there was no complete cancellation. I'm out the airfare, hotel, meals and tickets. A $2,000 concert I didn't see.
We purchased tickets for an event that was postponed. We could not attend the new date due to being away for the weekend. I reached out to customer service to ask for an exchange game. I was ultimately told they don't exchange tickets for postponed events. I fully understand if the event was not postponed. However, a new date was chosen after we purchased tickets. This policy needs updating. Incredibly inconvenient to your customer.

Tried to purchase ticket early for an event and they never sent the email to actually claim the tickets. Their support just told me over and over that it had been sent. I looked through all sections of my email and there is nothing. Do not buy tickets from this place! They just took my money and never sent the tickets.
Ordered tickets, received a message that their is a problem with my order. Called their customer service and here comes THE SWITCH. Offered less comparable seats for a discount. I said HELL NO, refund my money. A day later I get an email and tickets magically appear. Guess what my schedule has changed and i have moved on, but "unfortunately we can not cancel". BS, YOU CANCELLED on ME. Stay away from this $#*! company. Now I have to dispute it on my CC because "unfortunately we cannot cancel." by the way the customer service is overseas... GHOST COMPANY!
Be very careful purchasing a ticket with Ticket Center. My ticket date was postponed to a date in which we can not attend too and they will not issue us our refund.
Customers buy tickets in dates they can attend, not days they change it too. Not cool.

Don't buy from them. Still no tickets, I bought straight from the company instead, way better seats for a 3rd of the cost. I got those tickets months ago... yet still waiting for the tickets from Ticket-center. They sent out an email saying that you needed to be vaccinated to go to this venue, which was a lie. I called the venue. They said they can't verify these tickets are even legit. Buy straight from the venue.
A scam site. Mimics the venue site. Charges twice the amount of the ticket. Offers not refunds, even when I realized my mistake immediately. Customer service is non-existent - just recorded message hell.

Scalpers paradise. I spoke to an agent named 'George'. Would not process a refund. Pretty sure it's just one guy buying tickets and scalping people. Not sure how this person sleeps at night. The owner's mother must really find him to be disappointing.
Answer: They will not refund your money. They are scam artists who mimic real ticket sites and venue box offices and take advantage of consumers. They are dishonest and horrible and should not be operating.
Answer: You have to call or chat. They aren't very good at communicating and won't if you don't try to get in contact with them.
Answer: I was unfortunate enough to innocently purchase 2 tickets to a Broadway show through Ticket Center. I assumed I was purchasing tickets from the theatre not through this third party website. I asked for a refund and they said NO so I contacted my bank, the better business bureau, and getting a lawyer. This company needs to be shut down!
Answer: It is a problem they buy the cheapest seat they can find and when they send you the seat there isn't enough time to get it resolved or a refund. GET A REFUND if you can and go to Ticket Master or another real honest site. I paid 385.00 for a great seat yes one seat and deceived a 65.00 garbage seat in the back.
