I will never again purchase tickets from this company. First off the tickets were a mistake and there is absolutely no returning them not even for a credit. They do not tell you what tickets you bought. They will not give you the tickets until 2 days before the show. There customer service was rude. Never again do your self a favor stay away.
Tried to deal with them to swap tickets for an event that I inadvertently hit the wrong date.
Called them literally with-in minutes. Should have been an Easy swap. They were rude, cocky and arrogant. Even on chat a day later their rep insinuated I was "fraudulent". They wont change anything once the order is placed, and they seem to enjoy that there's nothing you can do about it.

Don't buy tickets with this company! They will take your money and don't honor the ticket then when you call to get a refund they want to act like they sold you the ticket. This company is LIARS and can't be trusted
Purchased two tickets for Ain't Too Proud at the Fox Theater in Atlanta. Seller on sent one ticket and could not be located. We planned to attend the event but filed a fraud claim through American Express. This was a scam and do not use this service unless you want to be disappointed.
Completely useless, claimed they sent the tickets but I never received them. Called multiple time order, they called it a re-transfer and wanted a different email to send to, order was "Pending" up until the time of the event. They claim they sent the tickets and so no refund.
Bad customer service, bad policies. Will never do business with this company again. Absolutely the worst I've ever had to deal with. Turned a good experience into a bad one.
I received three tickets for a show in Portland (Imagine Dragons) no problem. But the additional service (parking) I paid $80 for never arrived. I got the email from tickets-centers saying an email had been sent, but it never was. (This was confirmed.) I contacted tickets-center on two separate occasions, and once had a lengthy text chat with a very nice customer service rep. Bottom line, they could not help me and I was defrauded. I cannot recommend this service for that reason. The concert was great, by the way, and I found parking elsewhere, but I hate being taken for even $80. Hilariously, I FINALLY got an email AFTER the concert saying my parking voucher (the one I never received) had expired.
I bought tickets for a performance and immediately realized that i selected the wrong date. Customer Service said that there was NOTHING that they can do. UGH
On top of that they charged almost 3 times the ticket price. I learned a very expensive lesson- Don't ever use this site!
I bought tickets for my husband to see Elton John's last tour@ Nassau Coliseum. We drove 45 minutes and paid $40 to park. When We reached the ticket line, we were told the tickets were invalid. When we got to the customer service line, the staff informed me that I had purchased the tickets, and then the ticketing agent refunded the money back to themself and resold the tickets. Someone named Margaret was sitting in my seat. I missed out on everything and will now never get those memories back. Now I have to fight to get my money back. When I called Ticket Center, the woman I spoke to was supposed to email me a Denial of Access form to complete to start the investigation. That did not happen last night, and then they were closed. I will retry today. Buyer beware! Things like this happen.
Don't buy from here. I am fighting a purchase where they charged me $280 for tickets that should cost $70 as I later found on other websites and directly with the event website. I tried to cancel hours after and they said I can't. Gross price gouging and I reported to the state.
Ticket Center is a total scam. I bought tickets for Beth Hart concert. I can't get my tickets printed or transferred to my phone. I've called and get a recording. I've reached out to customer service, also nothing. I tried cancelling my purchase. When I opened the website, they said my tickets were confirmed. I couldn't cancel... I'm out $300 and don't have tickets. They were quick to collect the money... DON'T USE THIS COMPANY... They should be investigated for fraud. ******* rating.
Purchased tickets thru this place for 2 preseason mlb games in az. Mlb lockout so of course games cancelled. Tickets worthless. Place advertises 100%guarantee but they refuse to refund for tickets even though event canceled! DO NOT PURCHASE thru them!

Fight any charges they make on your account. We got our Banks Fraud department, and they got our refund. They also are on this like hot on ice. They have contacted federal officials to get their scam shut down. I hope they fry the crooks behind the keypad no matter what country they may be in. They are coming for your guys 20 deep.
Ticket-center charged me 3 times the venue rate. They will not refund my money. Total scam. The insurance they recommend (Allianz) is of no help. Read reviews of this company before using them
I recently have purchased two Paul McCartney tickets. My part where I didn't pay attention on who I was buying them from. I should have did it locally. However, I also feel a company should be understanding and have help for people who are concerned on if a company is even real or not if that makes any sense. Not once so far have I talked to a real person. They don't respond to emails at all I've sent them two emails. You can only talk to them over a "live" chat. I noticed I payed way to much for my tickets and have been arguing with them the past two-three days now. They won't return my money, all they want to do is "resell" the tickets. Never use these people again. I'm on hold right now writing this review to make sure even if this a reliable and real company. Let's just say I spent over $2000 when I should not have. Do not use these people I know I never will again.
I purchased a ticket for an event and mistakenly set a wrong date. After realizing of this, I called to try to correct the date (as I was not able to attend otherwise).
I then was said changing tickets is not permitted and refund is not possible either.
When I asked for a complaint form, I was totally dismissed. None of my attempts asking for it were responded and they just dismissed me.
I purchased tickets to see Michelle Obama for a showing on 4/2020 in Sacramento. The show was canceled due to COVID since then I've tried reaching out to get my $681 returned. They did not offer me anything because the show was postponed. Nothing In the purchase did it say that they would take my money and not provide me the tickets ñor an option to buy insurance. Likewise the credit card company said it was too late to cancel or process a claim against the company. I'm dependent on the company to reimburse me.

I purchase insurance on monster jam tickets. I have attempted three times to submit for the claim due to the winter storm that blew in that weekend. Their website always seems to fail as I'm submitting the claim. It's fraudulent. I'm not able to get anybody on the phone to fix the problem. I'm just told keep trying.

Answer: They will not refund your money. They are scam artists who mimic real ticket sites and venue box offices and take advantage of consumers. They are dishonest and horrible and should not be operating.

Answer: I was unfortunate enough to innocently purchase 2 tickets to a Broadway show through Ticket Center. I assumed I was purchasing tickets from the theatre not through this third party website. I asked for a refund and they said NO so I contacted my bank, the better business bureau, and getting a lawyer. This company needs to be shut down!
Answer: It is a problem they buy the cheapest seat they can find and when they send you the seat there isn't enough time to get it resolved or a refund. GET A REFUND if you can and go to Ticket Master or another real honest site. I paid 385.00 for a great seat yes one seat and deceived a 65.00 garbage seat in the back.
