Bought tickets.
At the door when they were scanned the tickets were unavailable.
The seller had returned so they would have to be repurchased and my sale was no longer valid.
I had to purchase new seats (different seats) at the box office.
I am still fighting for a refund.
Don't do it.
I could be dead before the performance for which I bought tickets takes place! First off, not sure how I got on Tickets-Center web page rather than the box office for the venue. It was not exactly crystal clear that this was a re-seller. But I bought 4 tickets for a performance that due to Covid-19 was cancelled and has tentatively been reschedule for some time in 2021. Who knows if it will actually take place! I called the theater and they said if they had sold the tickets, they would have refunded. And I tried my credit card provider to no avail. I am pissed and think Tickets-Center sucks.
Keep you on line for extended periods of time (40 Mins) for us. Didnt send forms as told we would get to file our declaration of denial access. Appears to be outsourcing customer service to another country.
They come off like a legitimate site. I clicked on a facebook ad for a monster truck show and ticket. Com popped up so i thought it was connected to the show but it is NOT! 85 for 2 tickets costs me 150 bucks! I realize the true cost of ticket after doing research. I am so upset! Do not purchase from them SCAMMMMMMMM!
I bought what I thought were original tickets from my website but they snicked in and didn't realize it. They charge double the $$ and customer service is horrible, absolutely refuses to refund. I checked with the original seller and they don't put tickets out on 3rd party sellers so I don't know how there people get hold of tickets! Makes me think they are fraudulent. I can't believe they get away with this! Please beware!
They charged be $960 for tickets that I could buy for $285. I tried to cancel the order and get a refund and you can't talk to a person. This is such a rip off. I don't have the tickets yet and I'm very concerned that they won't work. They are E tickets.
They should NOT be allowed to do business in our state.

I bought tickets for a show that was ultimately cancelled due to covid19. Their own policy states refunds are issued if an event is cancelled. They are now refusing this, siting "all sales are final". They are instead issuing a credit voucher that is good for 1 year, with no guarantee that this can be used within that time frame. I filed a dispute with my credit card company, but it has been closed due to the "all sales are final" disclosure. They contradict their own policy of issuing refunds if an event is cancelled.
Purchased tickets from Tickets-Center.com for a concert which was cancelled due to COVID. They refused to refund the money even though the product was never provided. Sounds like the true definition of fraud. Ticketmaster and others that sold tickets for this event gave full refunds. I will never purchase from this company again and will steer all other potential victims away.,
I really like the service, it was clean and easy I'm on the people that hate purchases any objects online but this make it good so I definitely recommended for those who alway have trouble in purchase any type of tickets for any special events.
I paid over $300 US for two tickets with a face value of $70 CAD. That is 3 times the cost and the event wasn't even sold out. I thought I was buying through ticket master and paying face value with a service fee. Buy direct! This is such a scam.
I bought tickets for Aladdin in San Antonio in March. The event was cancelled due to Covid-19. I keep getting the run around either on the phone or live chat. Cannot get answers or my refund. Do not use this site!
They will not give a refund for anything except cancellation of the event.
This is not fair. And is not clear in any of their pre sale information. I would advise Buell Theater to not do business with them at all
I bought a parking pass from Ticket-Center and I received it in the mail. It did not have the correct information for the stadium so I contacted the company. They had me email a photo to them and I received a response stating it would take up to 72 hours. I never received a response so I contacted them again. I received vague answers and only was told that they are working on it.
I purchased tickets from Tickets Center and realized I picked the wrong dates. I immediately called (within 10 minutes) into their customer service department and spoke to Bernard. He thought he could help me and put me on hold a couple of times before hanging up on me. I called back and spoke to Florence who said their was nothing she could do and when I requested to talk with a supervisor said no. Her suggestion was to sell the tickets. Not a great suggestion because she told me my tickets would arrive two days before the show. No time to sell them and I will probably be stuck. My suggestion is to avoid this organization and find another ticketing service.

The thing this company is good at is manipulating google SEO and getting you on their site to buy tickets at twice the price. I wasn't paying attention, and could have bought the same tickets direct for half the cost. It's my fault and maybe win the long run a cheap way to learn this lesson, but this crappy company provides no real value to the ticket market and exists only to extract money from you for nothing in return. There is a place for these people, and it is not the good place.
I'm very capable of buying tickets on-line and I can normally figure out what is secondary market. Not with Tickets-Center.com. As soon as I clicked "buy" at what I thought was Ticketmaster, I was sold 6 tickets, each at 3-x Ticketmaster price. I immediately called them and said I was linked by accident and they said "too bad," no refunds. Today, I spent an hour on the phone to retrieve my tickets only to be directed to my Ticketmaster app to collect them. Clearly hoodwinked by them.
I tried to purchase a set of tickets on their website, which was confusing and limited. When i went to purchase, I selected the wrong date. I noticed the error when I received a summary screen and tried to reach out to customer service immediate. They were only available certain hours CST and were unwilling to consider a fix. I only requested a change of date, but they would not adjust, would not give me tickets to resell, and would not issue a refund... all this conveyed in canned responses and zero specific interaction.
I requested a refund of $203.95 in March 2020 when Disney on Ice was cancelled. I received an email saying that my credit card account would be refunded on March 17,2020 stating in some cases tickets may have to be returned and refunds may take longer. I received a credit on April 20,2020 for a future Tickets-Center event for $224.34. On April 21, I received an email that Tickets-Center had revised their refund policy and would issue 110% credit instead of refund. I am elderly and have pre-existing conditions that impact my immune system. I let the company know that I will not be attending future mass events and the credit was meaningless. Feld Entertainment, the entity that markets Disney on Ice, gave full refunds to ticket purchasers, so this second market ticket seller was reimbursed, but will not reimburse me!
I purchased tickets for an event in Dec 19. Well covid hit and my event was cancelled. I waited to hear from ticket-center.com. Well season ended with no game. We were not offered replacement tickets after that. In Jan 22 an entire two years later they finally offered a full refund. Except they never have it. It is now Apr 22 and I'm out my money with no refund in sight and no fault of my own. Buyer beware.
So far, tickets have been ordered, app downloaded and, tickets received in under fifteen minutes and that includes searching for the tickets. Founds some wonderful seats (first row) at a very reasonable rate. Take me out to the ballgame, can't wait to show up and enjoy some baseball.
Answer: They will not refund your money. They are scam artists who mimic real ticket sites and venue box offices and take advantage of consumers. They are dishonest and horrible and should not be operating.

Answer: I was unfortunate enough to innocently purchase 2 tickets to a Broadway show through Ticket Center. I assumed I was purchasing tickets from the theatre not through this third party website. I asked for a refund and they said NO so I contacted my bank, the better business bureau, and getting a lawyer. This company needs to be shut down!
Answer: It is a problem they buy the cheapest seat they can find and when they send you the seat there isn't enough time to get it resolved or a refund. GET A REFUND if you can and go to Ticket Master or another real honest site. I paid 385.00 for a great seat yes one seat and deceived a 65.00 garbage seat in the back.
