Loved the wide range of choices, ability to narrow down the selections (thank goodness), and most importantly - ability to return items! ThredUp provides quality pre-owned clothing at reasonable prices. The return policy is excellent. The clothes come clean, wrapped nicely and in a fun box! The inventory is constantly changing and the rewards programs is legit with no hidden catches! I have been recommending them often and look forward to purchasing more in the future.

ThredUp merchandise is in good condition and I am happy with my purchases. Although, I will need to take note of those items that cannot be returned. The ExOfficio coat I bought is the BEST resale find of all time. Items arrived on time, and the return process is very easy. I am hooked.

I am so impressed with ThredUp! The only thing that needs improving is shipping time. It takes a week or a little more for the clothes to come. And it's not cheap to pay for faster shipping.

Recently ordered maternity and young girls clothing from thredUP for my daughter and granddaughter. I was so pleased with the condition of the clothing I received--the articles of clothing (mostly) looked brand new and both my daughter and granddaughter were thrilled with the items purchased. Hope to be purchasing more soon.
The clothing is in excellent condition and clean. I love the brand Athleta and this site allows me to enjoy my favorite name brands at a fraction of the cost.

DO NOT send your hard earned well taken care of clothes to these thieves! I sent in a bag of clothing that I know would have sold online for hundreds of dollars had I done the work and listed them myself. I saw this company on Good Morning America, and I thought "hey, why not?" and sent in a huge bag of clothing. All of my clothes are well cared for, no holes, no stains and they don't look like they have been worn at all in many cases. For all my efforts and a bag of clothing weighing in over 30 pounds, I was credited $1.00. That's right, you read that correctly, ONE DOLLAR! Horrible horrible horrible people, and if anyone starts a class action suit against them, please let me know, I am all in.
Love thredup! Have used them twice now selling items and several times buying great clothes! Getting a bag to fill and send is so easy and quick! Receiving my ordered items was easy and I received so nicely packaged and fast too!
