I have so much frustration and disappointment in the unethical behavior of a company that targets individuals seeking therapy assistance and takes advantage of their vulnerable situation. It is truly despicable for any entity to exploit those in need of support and care. They give you a free assessment sends a fake leter and then charges you monthly unitl you have to cancel your entire card. THEY NEED TO BE CHARGED FOR STEALING

I purchased on Feb 5 and it's February 21 and still nothing! I should have read the reviews! I want my money back!

Since past month they are supost to refund for sets of 2 pets that never show up and they dont refund us.

I STILL have to tell my bank (Bank of America) EVERY MONTH that it's NOT ME!

My dog died last year. Therapy Pet has repeatedly charged my credit card for the last three months of $179.99.

I have tried calling and emailing them numerous times to stop charging my account but they continued to do so with the last charge on July 14,2023.

Their emails state that my account has been canceled which is a lie as another charge of $179.99 was placed on my card yesterday.

The only way to stop these guys is to file a credit card dispute and get a new credit card.

I have been dealing with this now for many months without success as it is causing me much pain and suffering because I am still grieving the loss of my dog.

Therapy Pet also has a method they are using so there isn't a way to block their repeated charges.

Please be careful with using this company.

This is a total scam and they will continually make unauthorized draws from your account by signing you up for a "subscription" you can't cancel. If you try to get a refund, they will tell you it's on the way, but you'll never recieve it. Do NOT give them your card info unless you want to give them unfettered access to your account.

They lied, their letter isn't a doctor in my state, which is required. On top of losing that fee, they hit me for 9.99 at least once a month on my card

This company continues to charge $9.99 per month on my card after I canceled the first month and have called multiple times requesting cancellation and my card to be taken off file. It has now been 6 months of charges on my card that I have to dispute every single month.

They are scammers. Do not use! They keep on charging my acct five months later. I just had 2 more charges on my acct. When you call they fix it but I worry about the people who don't check their acct often.

Every month this company has been stealing money from my account. When I call therapy pet customer support they tell me that a service ticket has been sent.

Be warned about Therapy Pet. Last year I signed up for my emotional support dog and everything went smooth. But in August 2022 the renewal cleared my credit card and I had to complete the questionnaire several times. Right now I need the certificate letter from them to renew with my Home owners association. It is now January 24,2023 with out the letter. When I call they always say it takes 5 to 7 business but still no reply. Ask for a supervisor no call back. You get a call center when you call them. The phone number comes on my caller id as Tremel Greenhouses. I think they are a scam. Next time I will use another company. Be aware of them.

They play games. Once they have your CC they will charge whatever they please even if you uncheck the subscription box. They barely speak english, harass you and will not resolve anything stolen from you. I am filing a law suit as this seems to be intentional and in purpose. Please Do Not Use them... Scam and Fraud.

In good faith I was trying to get my pet ESA registered and did not think to read reviews before hand. I was charged a fee for the registration of $249.99 then an additional charge of $29.99 which the rep told me was for the printed letter? Today, I was charged again for a subscription fee for $9.99! I called to inquire of all the charges and they told me that I checked the boxes for additional fees, which I did not. I have not received any products from them and told the rep to cancel everything and that I will go elsewhere. He then told me that I cannot get a full refund since they have scheduled a therapist to speak to me. Are you kidding me? The rep then told me that he would get a manager on the phone to speak to me regarding my cancellation. I sat on hold until finally disconnected. I have now contacted my credit card company to dispute on my behalf.

I paid priority shipping to have my order expedited and they keep trying to give me the run around. Every time I ask for a tracking number they say they'll get back to me and only provide excuses. It said I'll expect my order 3-5 days, now it's 5-8 WEEKS. I haven't spoken to a therapist. It said I'll receive my digital copy of my letter within 24 hours. Well it's been 4 days and still nothing. If I haven't received my letter by tomorrow I'm getting my money back. Waste of $#*!ing time and money. Not to mention whenever a representative calls it's 6 in the morning, probably aiming to hope you miss their call. The representatives also have dogs and babies in the background? Very unprofessional.

I purchased a letter in good faith, including the additional pet fee, which I believed would allow our two small dogs to be registered us (one for me and one for my wife). Immediately after purchase I received an email telling me I was subscribed to a monthly service with PawsX for $9.99. I instantly knew this was a fraudulent site scamming people. A complete bait and switch. My naivety was the result of a friend having gotten a letter from them. However, they weren't automatically subscribed to a monthly service, which tells me they (TherapyPet.org & PawsX.com) have evolved their scam to try and get you in an ongoing scheme.

I signed immediately signed into the PawsX account with the info they sent me included in the email to cancel the supposed monthly subscription. It will not let you cancel it. I then called them and spoke to someone that English is clearly not their native language. I requested immediate cancellation of all services including the letter. They started back pedaling and telling me it was too late and the letter was already completed. It had been all of 10 minutes and they were telling me my letter was already completed by a licensed therapist and that they couldn't cancel it. Liars. No other word for it. It's a SCAM. These websites and companies should be wiped from the face of the Earth.

I was told I would receive an email from a supervisor by the end of the day confirming my cancellation. Needless to say... I haven't received anything.
