Scam. Paid more than $200. Never received letter and never filled out my American Airline form.
They are a scam. Find another service. I filled out all the forms and paid the $100 and never received anything.
Questionable. They are real in the sense they send products but not in a timely effective manner and they have people who fill out the letters for you but not effective because they don't match the states from which costumers are in.
