“Automatically renewal without permission?”

I paid for this letter for my emotional dog last year and they automatically charged me again this year without my approval. I wasn't going to travel this year because of Covid 19 so I didn't need a renewal. But they want their $120 even though I never asked for a letter and never received one either!
