I had to take the moment to comment on the excellent service of the Brick employees. From the moment Mansoora met me and helped me find everything I was looking for, to the young man at customer services who gave me an approximate delivery date, to the young men who brought up everything and assembled it all. I give the Brick a zero. I purchased a television. Took it home. Plugged it in. Doesn't work. Took it back less than 24 hours later. Manager of Huntsville Store indicated, "our problem". If you value your hard earned money, DO NOT PURCHASE ITEMS AT HUNTSVILLE BRICK. They have no customer service. SHAME ON YOU!
I have been having bad experiences with the brick since 2016 while buying furniture. I had the most recent one in 3025 Ridgeway Dr. Mississauga outlet. I bought two similar sofas on sale. I received two different sofas. One was taken back by the delivery men. The other was having plastic cover torn at a number of places. When I opened the wrapping, I found that the sofa was unacceptably damaged. I rang up the store and I was told by the lady manager that she will call me back in 30 minutes but the call was never made. After about four hours I went to the store and requested for the return. After arguing for more than one hour I was told that the sofa will be returned but I will receive the refund once they receive it back. It was picked up after about a week. I myself called the store to get the return confirmed and requested for refund. It's now about 15 days and I haven't yet received the refund.
The way the customer service deals with you is humiliating. They very very rarely attend your call and if they promise to call you back they never reply. They keep you standing at the counter, keep on gossiping with one another and you feel like you made a big mistake by going to that place.
Once they dropped a new broken bedside table at my home, complaint was launched in that branch but nothing happened. I would never recommend buying furniture from the brick.
Was told my sofa was sitting at a warehouse less than an hour away in Edmonton. Been waiting almost a month for it now. Customer service keeps saying "It will be on the next truck".
We spent good money for a 5 year warranty. Our leather couch ripped after 3 years. We were told no, the product is no longer available. Repair was not an option either.

The Brick has absolutely horrible customer service -- read non-existent. No one ever picks up the phone, nor replies to emails. When given this feedback in-person, they just shrug. Do not shop here!
Don't buy anything from this disgusting company. Incompetent staff and horrible customer service. They don't ever pick up calls or deliver appliances on time.

I had a disgusting experience with their two afro delivery men who were extremely rude and unprofessional. Right from the beginning they were constantly complaining and whining about everything like spoiled little j**ks, and one started cursing using God's name in vain when I wished to inspect the appliance. They almost roughly 'dropped' it from the truck but did not when they saw me watching, and did not use a ramp to unload and they dirtied my appliance on the slushy road. They rushed me to sign the paper, unwilling to give me a minute to check the appliance and started whining again, acting as if they were more important than the customers. Without us, these two entitled creeps would have no job.
Because of their crude behavior, I did not feel safe letting them enter my home but had them leave the appliance on my doorstep and dragged it in myself, despite my having paid the delivery cost. I wish I had filmed their bad attitude for social media. The Brick should be careful who they hire for deliveries. I will never again buy from them and am telling everyone I know about this.
The brick at galleries D'anjou is one of the worst brick ever, the cashier look very confused like she had no idea of what she was doing, the manager name Amir or Amid should never be in charge no management skills very rude guy is an $#*! hole, if you don't have patients don't waste your time to go there, I went there to change my mattress because of a factory default when I get there it was another story they want us to pay full price a for new mattress and pay for two bags while they only giving us one mattress, I feels like I was getting scams terrible business they deserve zero stars.
I purchased a mattress and boxspring and slats at the Brick in Pemboke. On delivery the slats were missing. I had called the day before the scheduled delivery and talked to Patty to ensure they were with the delivery. They were not so I called Nicole at the Brick who suggested I get and upgrade to a steel slats and said I could pick them up on Saturday as after spending $1500. They would not deliver them until the next scheduled delivery a week later. The original slats were on back order until June 2021. On Saturday they could not find the slats that I was promised. Thank God for Brian who works weekend only. He was nice and after 1/2 hour of search did find the proper stats( supposedly were on back order. Obviously The Brick does not read the reviews or they would try to improve their service. Thank you Brian. Not so much for Patty and Nicole. I woud not recommend this store.
Sales people pressured to sell at any cost, customers forced to buy additional products just to fix a problem and then they have issues with delivering as per customer availability.
A mattress purchased late December already has significant failed slide wall.

Once claim submitted we expected to be informed of the status. Heck no. Long

After an email to head office, a call back finally.

I wish I could give zero start they have very bad Sales management I purchased bed room sets and Two end tables and coffee table from them Every time they delivers to us it has damaged or missing pieces and when we went to talked to there manager he Lifted us and while we still talking how rude was that and we find out also they charged us for the Gift been sent to us when we purchased the sets and when they deliver the sets they made Damage on my door frame and they said they'll never going to come and fix that so please be careful when you guys purchased something from them Specially from the manager Jeff
We recently purchased 6 appliances from The Brick, when they delivered our appliances the delivery team scratched the side of our new fridge.
They said nothing about it, placed the fridge and they were lucky as the scratch did not protrude from where the fridge was placed in our kitchen.
Next our washing machine broke down, even after purchasing their extra warranty, which we were told would guarantee prompt service and speedy repair. Well apparently prompt service is to wait 3 days for a service technician to come out, diagnose the problem then give you an estimate of when they will return to repair the problem. Which he said was a common occurrence on these Samsung washers. So The Brick knew there were issues with the product.
In our case it seems you cannot get a washer repaired in less than 3 weeks.
No offers of a temporary replacement nothing to help anyone out, other than to bad.
I then called the Duncan BC store where we purchased the products and I spoke with Jim. He laughed shrugged me off and said it is what it is, nothing I can do about it. Then bragged that some people are waiting 3 to 4 months for repairs. I think that is ludicrous.
Long story short, their delivery people will hide their mistakes, their sales department will sell you faulty appliances and encourage you to spend extra money on a warranty the don't honour, then laugh at you when they break down.
Please do not shop at these stores.
Bought LG fridge, stove and dishwasher two years ago. Also purchased the extended warranty. Fridges freezer stopped working, lost all our frozen meat(estimated at around 700 dollars) ice maker ceased working as did the water dispenser. After waiting one week of trying to contact them a service person came to look at it, told us they would have to order the parts. It's been two weeks and it is still not been repaired. Now they have offered us a pro rated in-store credit towards the purchase of a new unit. I am confused as to why they think that this is a solution. Why would I have to purchase a new fridge when the one I purchased is less than two years old! To add insult to injury they told us to contact our insurance company to reimburse us for the spoiled food. This is the worst customer service i have ever endured. I would not deal with Brick ever again, all they do is pass the buck on. As for the extended warranty (king and state) it's a total waste of money, when you phone them make sure your phone is fully charged because you could be waiting for hours just to be told that it's unusually high call volume. It's been three weeks without a fridge, totally unacceptable and we should not have to spend hours of our time trying to get results! Would not purchase an LG appliance ever again and would not take my business to the Brick!
Don't shop at the brick they have very very bad customer service! They don't honour what they say they are only there for grabbing your money after they do you are garbage! I will never shop at the brick ever again! They are theives! I would rate them a big *******! I wouldn't even give them a star rating but it asked me tooo! How unfortunate!

While purchasing the washing machine, he was very knowledgeable and courteous, we are happy.
And, the delivery staff Martin and Shawn were very courteous, hard working, organised and fast with very good people skills.

We just came here in Calgary. We bought Headboard, Mattress Frames Queen and Dresser. They delivered it, but the problem are insufficient hardware attached with it. We called them, they don't have stock of these hardware. HOW WE CAN USE IT. Until now, these items were and they kept on delaying us to pull it out and refund our payments. This is really a nightmares... WE WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.
Answer: Brick has worst customer service. Their service department in New Market office are extremely pathetic.
Answer: They are a massive scam company. No customer service, no loyalty to their customers. Once you have paid, good luck receiving your merchandise on time, or getting replacements for the damaged goods. They lie through their teeth about timelines and promise things that never happen. They do not communicate amongst themselves, so one person will tell you one thing and the next has no idea and says it can't be done. I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service. Stay away!
