They are a massive scam company. No customer service, no loyalty to their customers. Once you have paid, good luck receiving your merchandise on time, or getting replacements for the damaged goods. They lie through their teeth about timelines and promise things that never happen. They do not communicate amongst themselves, so one person will tell you one thing and the next has no idea and says it can't be done. I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service.
I've bought from them in the past (5+ years ago) and faced some delays but not significant delays. Unfortunately two purchases made in 2020 were delayed considerably (one by 1.5 months (couch), and the other (freezer) still not delivered (at least 1.5 month delay so far)). So they used to be legit - but I'm questioning how legitimate they are now - most companies (Amazon/Wayfair) charge you when product is shipped which is the correct way to operate. The Brick is just making money off customers who have to prepay and wait 3+ months for their product.
