We had a recliner delivered today and we had a great experience with them, very polite and helpful with a friendly attitude! We live in the woods and have a difficult driveway to drive on and they did it like real professionals!
Is there a NO STAR rating? There shouldn't be even one star. I waited for my delivery. They let me know that they can no longer deliver my stuff and it would be rescheduled…when, we don't know. The funny thing is it was still early that day so technically they can still deliver, whatever happened on their side, but I guess they just had enough that day and don't want to do a last delivery. Waste of my time waiting for them. All they said is that they couldn't do anything. Last time doing business with them.
Purchased a coffee table online and although I was forced to wait-out the pandemic timeframe, the customer service in the Midland store was second-to-none.
Dan, the Midland store's manager, and Susan, the store's Customer Service Rep, made the experience enjoyable and worthwhile. This is my first Brick purchase; I'm confident it won't be my last.
Purchashed a sofa in early Oct. Was advised delivery would be Nov 15 which was a Sunday and that we would be contacted prior to. The salesperson assured us that they delivery on Sundays. On Nov 14th we contacted Brick after not hearing from them and were told we need to arrange a date for delivery. All in all pretty low rate...
It's going to be FOUR MONTHS since we ordered our bed frame and we STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT. Why would you put something up on your site if you DON'T already have it in stock? And to keep blaming this on the pandemic is complete utter B. S. sorry. How come Wayfair and Amazon are able to deliver in a matter of WEEKS yet this company can't get their supply and distribution chain in order?! Terrible Service and LAST TIME ORDERING from this crappy company.
Bought a sectional on special with 5 yr extended warranty, 3 years after purchase I wanted to get it restuffed and repaired (there were tips on the seams). I was told unrepairable, because they dont deal with the couch manufacturer anymore. They offered me a percentage of what I bought the sectional for in compensation. Which would mean that I would have to pay over a 1000$ to replace my couch with a new sectional only 3 years after purchase. I refused all I want is my sectional repaired or a new sectional to replace what I have. Why should i have to pay for a new sectional. They were very unfriendly and unhelpful. NEVER AGAIN. I rather keep my broken sectional and get a tv or something with their stupid credit and then sell the tv to get some cash rather then give this company any more money. By the way this is the second time this happened in 6 years. After the first time I paid the difference but the same problem happened three years after purchase.
We too bought and paid for 2 recliners. We had to wait 6 MONTHS!
No phone calls to follow up either.
We cancelled and bought at STRUCTUBE, much better service too.
Many people cancelled the day we went in to actually find out what was going on.,
HOW do you sell and have a "sale "on furniture when you don't even have the furniture to begin with and can't even get it delivered to the store!

Operations Manager Mr Eller and his coworker staff in customer care were so unprofessional. I went about a complaint which I have been calling for 3 months. Instead of helping, he told he cannot do anything and asked me to leave the store or else he will call the xops. When I told him I want a solution as my sofa is still under warranty, he called the cops. I felt so disrespected and harassed. This was very traumatic for me as all I was asking was for solution towards a faulty piece of furniture which is still under the warranty. Extremely shocked and feel so low because of this experience.
My husband and I went to the brick at King George surrey and bought an oven and fridge, we were promised that it will be delivered 2nd week November and I will get a call by nov 9 or 10 when they get the stock and to arrange the delivery date. Guess what? Dec 5... still no fridge and oven and the worst part is... THEY NEVER BOTHERED TO CALL! Will be cancelling our order now and will go somewhere else. This is truly the worst customer service i have ever experience in my life.
I bought queen bad form Surrey central mall, it was broken foot board, I call them 10 times they always said they will call back but never did, I had to chat to call centre and it was lot of trouble to get it exchanged, totally and service, I would never recommend this store
In october I purchased an office desk. I was told that I would be able to collect it by the 2nd week in november. By the first week in november I was told I wouldn't get it till the 2 week in December. By the 1 week in December I got an email that I wouldn't get it till the 1 week in January. I clearly understand that the current world conditions is the reason for this so I opted for a replacement with a different desk. I was transferred to the most uninterested sales rep who could not care what my needs were or how this affected my job. He was rude and blunt. This experience has actually made me realize I will never shop at the brick again. I furnished my first home with the brick furniture. I recently bought a fixer upper in hamilton. But the brick will not get a penny from me

Back, never answer, delivery the wrong TV, need ro pay an extra 500$ to ger the tv i was suppose to getand i was lucky to get there cause it took me 16 hours of call, emails, chat etc et. In 2 weeks to have it. Grrrrrrrrrr

First of all, Brick is one of the best Canadian retailer of furniture, mattresses, appliances and home electronics. As a result, a lot of people across Canada trust this brand, however, I bought an expensive mattress from Brick store and the worker their she said that this mattress is the best quality. But, the mattress damaged after month from using it and I was disappointed about that.
Also the worker convinced me to buy a box with Metal Glide Bedframe and she gives me a discount and she asked me to try it. So after 4 days I received the items, but the Metal Glide Bedframe does not look good in my room, also its not comfortable to put the Metal Glide Bedframe and the box under a thick mattress.
So I called them in same day and I asked the customers serves to return the Metal Glide Bedframe or exchanged in any thing else. Unfortunately they did not accept as well, I lost my money for nothing!
I hope from Brick management remedy this situation and fixes the return policy.
Had four delivery guys tell me that my fridge wouldn't fit into my house. The manager at the brantford location pretty much tell me that it was all my fault and the fridge wouldn't fit. Guess what we got the fridge i and it only took me and my spouse half hour to get it in my house just over the top disappointed with the brick

I bought a mattress, and as soon as I paid, no one would help me further for delivery. I finally get through to book delivery and the woman was exceedingly rude and told me I couldn't book a time for delivery. It's whatever they have time for. I work and just cannot leave randomly any time of day.
I asked for a refund and she hung up on me. I've been a customer of the Brick for 30 years and this is what I get?
She wouldn't put me through to a manager, just hung up on me.
Buyer beware, once they have your money, they couldn't care less if you get what you paid for.

Terrible terrible service. Ordered a dishwasher September 2021. Told It would be here November, it wasn't. Then told December, still wasn't here. Both times they blamed the delay on the pandemic and the supply chain. They then told us our dishwasher would be in on December 22nd and ready for pick up. It wasn't. Surprise surprise. Not sure where it was because they told us it was on its way. Then they told us it would be Mid January 2022. Here we are in January 2022 with still no dishwasher. No one contacted us to mention the "delay" so I contacted them. Now i'm told May my dishwasher will be in. Which I highly doubt it will be in... No solutions other than waiting and waiting and waiting. Terrible disgusting service. Never order from The Brick unless you want to be robbed of your money and no product that you ordered.
I had been shopping around but when I went to the brick a lovely gentle lady came over to me and offered her assistance to help me.\i told her what my search was for and told her my want and budget and she went on a search and found the exact product I was looking for. While she was searching since it wasn't actually in the store, I went around and saw a couple other items that I will definitely be back to purchase. The showroom is large and just filled with gorgeous items for every room in your home. The very nice lady's name is KIM MARCHBANK and I will definitely be back to see her for another purchase or two. Answer: Brick has worst customer service. Their service department in New Market office are extremely pathetic.
Answer: They are a massive scam company. No customer service, no loyalty to their customers. Once you have paid, good luck receiving your merchandise on time, or getting replacements for the damaged goods. They lie through their teeth about timelines and promise things that never happen. They do not communicate amongst themselves, so one person will tell you one thing and the next has no idea and says it can't be done. I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service. Stay away!
Answer: Many furniture companies out there who are more reliable in shipping products on time. Amazon and Wayfair were good (although, I had one Wayfair order which had some damaged pieces that Wayfair has not been good at replacing).
