$#*!ty grocery store flowers that are mostly dying, when I ordered specific tulips. Don't order from these people - you don't get what you paid for. Those don't look like tulips to me. One star had to be selected- but I give this place zero stars.
The site is easy to use but sometimes the delivered product is different from what is ordered. I wish the selected florist would contact you if what you ordered was not available and to substitute
A co-worker lost two family members. I used Teleflora to get something to the funeral short notice. The local florist Teleflora used, created a beautiful arrangement. The original arrangement called for daisies, but roses where substituted and I think it looks even better then the original one that I chose. I will use Teleflora again for sure.
I am extremely disappointed. When my friend sent me a pic of his orchid it was so different to the one I purchased online

I looked all over for a specific plant to send for a co-worker dad funeral am no one had it. Pulled it up online and there Teleflora had it!
I called at 8:30 AM for a same day delivery in a major city - Washington DC. At 5:30 PM I received an e mail informing me the flowers would not be able to be delivered as promised, and the e mail gave me options for redelivery but not for cancellation. Sat on hold for 20 minutes waiting for a human being to manually cancel my order. This is the 21st century. Should not be that hard. They tried to talk me into delivery the next day, at which point I said if your word was useless the first time, why should I assume it would be any different the second time. They have a lot to learn about the meaning of promises made to clients, and the impact of not being reliable. Too many other options. Never again. Buyer beware.
They delivered my birthday gift to my grandson a day after the birthday. They called me on delivery day saying they did not have a vase that I ordered. I told that they can use any vase of the same type. But it was 3 pm and they told they will deliver next day. For the birthday gift for a small kid it make no sense.
It was simple and user friendly. Although, I don't know if I would use it again only because it never indicated anywhere that the bouquet prices were I USD.

Pro: My order was delivered promptly and the recipient was happy with the flowers. This is why I gave it 3 stars.
Con? It's obvious, see the pictures below: 1st picture is what I ordered, 2nd picture is what was delivered: a messy bouquet with no "delicate purple orchids, and mini bamboo" as it was promised by Teleflora
It was my first and last experience with them.
I am not satisfied. I ordered a STRUCTURED floral arrangement and florals delivered were simply THROWN in a clear glass vase. Totally UNACCEPTABLE. In the pics attached the one in the clear vase was the one delivered. Other pic is what I ordered. They should at least have sent COMPARABLE value vase and floral arrangement. Teleflora only offered a 25% Credit instead of redelivering the arrangement I ordered. The only thing positive about this order is that they delivered on time. I ordered two other arrangements earlier this year for a memorial service at least a week in advance and they were not what I ordered & were even different colors. Will NEVER use Teleflora again. Will contact a specific florist for future orders.
The flowers were for our son and daughter-in-law for the birth of our newest grandson. The flowers were delivered on Monday September 15,2020. We were invited over to see the family on Tuesday September 15,2020. I ordered the largest arrangement and this arrangement was very tiny. I also ordered the elephant vase and they sent the old pickup truck vase. The arrangement was very disappointing and embarrassing. I want my money back or resend the correct arrangement.
Ordering the flowers online was pretty simple and easy. Didn't receive pictures of the item so I can only assume it was as described. What I didn't like is the 58 EMAILS I received this morning to do this review. Not very happy about that at all. That makes me want to rethink using them if this is what I can expect every time I do :(
I ordered flowers and a balloon. Balloon was not delivered. I have attempted to get a reponse about this and so far nothing.
I have used you before and you delivered what I ordered. This time however I ordered 2 dozen red roses and that was not delivered what was delivered was 18 red roses not the 24 I ordered. Don't think I will be using you again in the future.
Ordering on-line made it easy for me to order a beautiful bouquet during my very busy work day and have it delivered the very next day. I was able to make my choice of local florists (Bird's Florist - Riverside, PA), who, as always, provided a beautiful arrangement for a more than reasonable price.
Plant was only ok. Nothing special as the picture depicted. 63 survey emails were waiting for me this morning. What gives? I may not be using This website in the future.
I spent a lot of time choosing an arrangement that was unique and special, when my friend received the flowers, it was not even close to what I ordered.
Website didn't work. Had to call customer service and hold on too long. Finally got order placed. Agent had no way to access tech support. Just got 20 emails from Teleflora asking to complete this survey. This company needs to get with technology if they plan to do on on one business! I think I will look for another company to order flowers from!

Answer: Since December I have been trying to use my floral Groupon I purchased. 3 different transactions have happened since then to try and use the Groupon and their company NEVER delivered any of the flowers. 3 different birthdays I missed and they even transferred me to a supervisor who then charged my account $90 when the order was only $25 after using my $40 Groupon... And after the $90 charge, STILL no flower delivery. I had to get my money back from Groupon because I am never using this company again. I think 3 different times for 3 different occasions is a good enough try to fix the issue I had. I've had hours of phone conversations with this company and it still hasn't ben fixed. Now they charged my account again WITH an uncharge and no delivery. BUYER BEWARE! This company is garbage
Answer: My experience with customer service was very good. They understood my complaint about the horrible mess the florist had sent. They offered me a new arrangement to be delivered or a partial refund. I am accepting a partial refund. My complaint about telefloral is the Florist they used. A totally incompetent floral business and should never be used again.
Answer: I was giving a Groupon and decided to give Teleflora a chance, I've heard of the name before so I THOUGHT it was a reliable company. WRONG on so many levels, the worse experience I've had with their customer service representatives.
