How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Teleflora?

My experience with customer service was very good.
They understood my complaint about the horrible mess the florist had sent.
They offered me a new arrangement to be delivered or a partial refund. I am accepting a partial refund.
My complaint about telefloral is the Florist they used.
A totally incompetent floral business and should never be used again.

I waited about 15 minutes...3 days before mother's day....but I will save you some time....order elsewhere.....ANYWHERE....Worst experience ever with what I ordered....EVER and I will NEVER do business with them again!
