Very pleased with my Christmas centerpiece sent to my daughter. Prettier than the picture, and delivered as promised.
Ordered a Birthday Cake design for $103 and received flowers in a cheap vase. I could have done better at Walmart picking out flowers. They cancelled the order and did Florists choice without asking or informing me. This was a huge disappointment. Big difference and they pocket the money and don't care who they hurt. Florist was given a $59 dollar option of their choice. So, Telefloral took their part. Shame on this business.

Ordered a plant arrangement for Valentine's Day shipped for 2/13 date. When received not only was it smaller but it was a different arrangement altogether. I tried to get them to rectify the situation since it was still one day before Valentines but all they offered was a $20 refund. I'm extremely disappointed with their service and will never order from them again. I don't recommend anyone else does either.

Horrible experience. Ordered flowers for my mother's birthday. Selected teleflora because they said they could deliver it on the same day. Paid for order and included tip. Later that day I get the following voicemail:
(direct excerpt from voicemail to text) "... unfortunately the shop messages and they said that they need an alternate delivery date to deliver the order since there is an eclipse occurring so the soonest date they can deliver is tomorrow..."
I was flabbergasted. What does an eclipse have to do with delivering flowers? I called customer support and after 11 minutes on the phone with the rep who kept repeating "will you accept the delivery for tomorrow?" They finally agreed to comp the order and deliver it on the day originally promised. It became clear he lied to me to get off of the call, as my mother informed me that not only did she not get the flowers on her birthday, she still has not received them a day later. Unbelievable and unethical. Will never order from them again.

It was very difficult to place an order with the phone representative due to a language barrier. The bouquet I ordered was significantly different from what I received, but at least my loved ones were happy with it.
What you get vs. what was ordered doesn't even compare. I wrote an email requesting a refund on a $90 bouquet and they refunded $27.
I will never try this place again, they charge for early guaranteed delivery and then just don't, the customer service is nonexistent, they have no idea what they're doing, for what the charge they should be stepping it up, buyer beware don't bet on them to get anything to you. Worst flower delivery ever, thanks for nothing you incompetent fools. SO JUST AN UPDATE THEY NOW REFUSE TO GIVE ME A REFUND. DO NOT USE THIS HORIBLE PLACE. YOU GET RIPPED OFF, AND NO ONE AT THE SO CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL EVEN TRY T HELP YOU.
The website is easy, went because of a groupon, there is a rather hefty service fee tacked on at the end, was a bit of a shock
I live across country from where I wanted a same day delivery to go. I chose Teleflora because I needed a cute get well bouquet with same day delivery. I first checked out a well-known florist in my hometown, but with Mother's Day tomorrow, they didn't have much of a selection, and I needed the vase to be cute, for my granddaughters. Teleflora had it! They had just the right bouquet at a reasonable price, with same day delivery. You just can't beat that.
Well, I spoke too soon. I just received an email saying that delivery couldn't be made today because of the weather. It's 55 degrees in the city where the flowers are being delivered. Lying doesn't sit well with me, because I received another email from a different customer service rep saying delivery will be delayed because it's Mother's Day tomorrow. And I do understand that florists are so busy for Mother's Day, but why offer same day delivery, and charge for it, if they're not going to be able to deliver the same day. That is something I don't understand. The delivery will now be on Monday, when no one will be home. It's being delivered to an apartment, and the bouquet will have to be left by the front door of the apartment. Hopefully no one will take it.
Needless to say, this will be my one and only time using Teleflora. I'm pretty disappointed, and for the little girls who needed to be cheered up today, they'll be disappointed, too.

Arrived on time but very disappointed in size and quality for a premium price. Not as pictures in ad. No pink roses, small bouquet of other flowers. I will not be ordering again.

I was able to pick delivery dates and that is helpful since my recipient is in a bigger town than I am in.
I ordered a casket spray well enough in advance for a funeral on a Monday. I paid extra for early delivery explaining what time the service was. I called and was told no problem they could do it. I got an email Friday afternoon saying that they would not be able to make the delivery time and could they deliver it to my house later. A casket spray, for THE CASKET. Delivered to my house AFTER the service? First of all you would think funerals would take time precedence over any regular flower deliveries. This came off as insensitive and downright ludicrous.

It would've been helpful to know they don't prioritize funerals above regular flower delivery. Alternatively they could have offered delivery to me on Sunday and I could have brought the spray to the church myself.. but no.

Along with an obit I received an electronic form to order flowers for the Memorial and Funeral Services. Since this was the dad of a long-time business partner, I placed the order. When presented for payment, there were multiple charges not mentioned but I OK'd them and placed the order 4 or 5 days before the services. On the morning of the services, 45 mins after the first service, someone who could not speak understandable English called and at my request transferred me to someone else who did not know why they were calling. Eventually, I was told that when they tried to place the order on the morning of the service, they couldn't find a florist. There was nothing they could do. This is not a reliable service and I will NEVER use them again.
I like the flowers, and I like the fact that they use local florists, but my goodness they are expensive!
Placed an order at 10 AM for evening delivery. Spoke with the manager to make sure they deliver it on time and get positive. At 5 PM they called me and informed that my order will be delivered tomorrow. They ruined my event (my wife's birthday party). Just horrible, absolutely irresponsible.
I have been getting the Thomas Kincaid buildings since they started for my anniversary as I was married at Christmas. This years sweet shop is the poorest workmanship of all the buildings so far. The detail is horrible compared to the earlier buildings. If this years looks as poor I will not purchase it. The sweet shop do even look like it belongs in the same collection.

I received a gorgeous bouquet of pink roses and carnations, plus lots of greenery and white flowers added to the mix. My party was "Victorian themed" so these flowers created the perfect centerpiece. Really made me feel like a princess from the olden times on my special day, thank you teleflora!

We found out the flowers are being delivered from the same town we wanted them delivered to. It is now 5 PM and the flowers were not delivered. They said delivery is from 11AM to 7PM. This is bogus and wrong. Worst place to buy flowers from. When we called to express our disgust all we got was we can refund you. They should put on their webpage, We don't just sell flowers, we can refund as well as we don't deliver on time.

Ordered flowers for funeral service to be delivered day before service knowing that they wouldn't make it by 9:00am in time for viewing. Ordered online on Friday as soon as I knew the day and time for funeral. Monday morning received email from Teleflora stating delivery wouldn't happen until Wednesday - which is day of funeral - but couldn't guarantee delivery by 9:00am in time for viewing. Cancelled the order immediately and called a local florist in the area directly who will ensure delivery occurs in time for viewing. I will NEVER use Teleflora or any online third-party florist again - always better to look up local florist in area and call them directly. It's also less expensive and customer service is fantastic - unlike Teleflora.
We ordered a matching corsage and boutonniere for my son's prom and paid extra to insure it would arrive before 1 pm. The corsage showed up seconds before my son left to pick up his date. It was not what he chose and was quite beaten up. The boutonniere never showed up. Customer service said they would "punish" the florist, which doesn't help anyone. Created enormous stress and in the end, we didn't get what we paid for and didn't get the boutonniere at all.

Don't use if you care about what you are getting and when you get it. You will get something random and may get nothing at all.
