Like most florists, the service and delivery were great, but the arrangements never actually look like the pics you order them from online and definitely did not see $90 worth of flowers and greenery in the arrangement we sent to our boss on Boss's Day. Feeling very ripped off. Honestly, does the picture look like $90 worth? Flowers are notoriously overpriced, but this is embarrassing.
This was an extremely disappointing experience. Spent over $122 USD for two arrangements. The "How Sweet it is" bouquet and "Sunny Smiles" bouquet. Neither look as advertised and second one has cheap generic seasonal flowers when roses are advertised. Extremely unsatisfied! Will never use this service again and warn others not to do so! The value of flowers received is like $30, when $122 was spent. One vase also not as advertised
I ordered Mother's Day flowers from Teleflora for my daughter. The flowers arrived on time, but they were in horrible condition. As my daughter put it, "they looked like they had been microwaved". When I complained to Teleflora, they offered to refund less than a third of my cost and a discount on my next order. As if I'll ever use this company again.
I understand that substitutions need to be made at times so this was likely my fault for not just buying what I wanted to begin with. I'm not sure what the point is in ordering purple tulips that are listed in the website when the florist can give you what they have in stock without a phone call or anything. Learned my lesson. I won't pay this kind of price for something I'm not sure of in the future
They did not deliver the flowers I ordered for my wife's birthday (ordered three weeks in advance). Some bot emailed me at 2 pm on the delivery date and said they cannot fulfill the order. They still haven't refunded my money either and I may have to go through my bank. Scam company.
The pictures speak for themselves. The actual arrangement was nothing like the one I ordered (wrong flowers, wrong colors, etc.) and there were only flowers in the front of the basket. The back half was noting but brown moss. They did end up giving me a partial refund, but I still way overpaid for what my Mom received!
I ordered a plant for my daughter in laws new salon. I picked this out specifically because of its sleek modern black planter with moss and river rocks. It was delivered in a CHEAP clay pot with NO mulch. Normally I would not go out of my way to write a review. But the response from Teleflora via email after I let them know I was dissatisfied was— Due to the unavailability of some items they substituted for similar style/theme/color.
Today my wife and I celebrate 21 years of marriage. At 10 am I completed an order to have flowers sent to her job and I paid the extra fee for the "by 1 pm" option because my wife gets off at 3 pm. At 1:30 the flowers had not been delivered and I contacted their customer service. I was told the flowers would be delivered within the hour. Well, just finished up with their customer service again and it's now 2:58 pm. Most guys send flowers not only for their wives' joy of the flowers themselves but also for the joy they get from the attention received after receiving flowers. There is much more that goes into giving and receiving flowers than just flowers showing up at any time... timing is everything! Teleflora was a complete failure! This was my first time using their service and it is absolutely the last!
I ordered a casket spray well enough in advance for a funeral on a Monday. I paid extra for early delivery explaining what time the service was. I called and was told no problem they could do it. I got an email Friday afternoon saying that they would not be able to make the delivery time and could they deliver it to my house later. A casket spray, for THE CASKET. Delivered to my house AFTER the service? First of all you would think funerals would take time precedence over any regular flower deliveries. This came off as insensitive and downright ludicrous.
If you are looking to be swindled look no further. This company is a joke. I selected a beautiful sympathy basket with plants accented with small magenta flowers intended to express my sympathy for a lost loved one. What was delivered was a cacophony of garbage stuffed into a container likely used as a waste basket. The "florist" used whatever left-over pieces they could find and considered it an arrangement. The result was a menagerie of vegetation barely suitable for a gay pride parade participation prize. On top of this I paid a ridiculous price hoping to show my condolences but, wound up sending a very special person something that expresses contempt and disdain. How do these people keep the doors open by providing such inept and pathetic products and service? Save your money and time and purchase something from Walmart or your local grocer. You'll easily come out ahead.
Went through the process of ordering and paying for flowers to be delivered. Got an email saying my order was cancelled. No reason stated. Refund will take 2-10 days. I thought a large well known flower delivery company would do a good job with no problems. Valuable lesson learned.
I was just a little shocked to see a twenty dollar service charge. During this stay at home shut down it seem like my best choice. Flowers gave not been delivered as yet. Hard to give a review. Really hoping all goes well. Sharyn

My 91 year old mother must spend her birthday today in hospital. I just found out that no one can visit her on her birthday or speak with her as her hearing aides have gone missing. Thank goodness Teleflora has same day delivery and beautiful arrangements to choose from. Since our family cannot share a birthday cake with Mom today, we ordered a floral one and balloons for her. May Teleflora and their deliverers be healthy in these terrible times, they are doing a great service.

I spent 30 minutes trying to find a bouquet to send for a birthday gift today. This morning received an email stating that "No florist in the state of MA delivers flowers on the weekend!
Don't use Teleflora... I think it was because I didn't pay the $18 fee to have them delivered before 1 pm.
I ordered the beautiful Enchanted Cottage (premium) bouquet to be sent to a friend who lost her Mom. What you delivered was very inferior! Not the same flowers or colors! You charged me $77. I would like my money refunded to Costco Citi Card. Will never order from you again! Mary Bryan
I ordered the special of the day for $80 (total $101) and received a floral arrangement with the roses that were already turning brown the same afternoon. It was supposed to be the freshest the florist had per the ad but instead, it was their old flowers. The ones from her yard last two weeks, these lasted a few days. This picture is less than 24 hours after the arrival.
I ordered a Mother's Day arrangement from this Company a six rose bouquet. They sent my mother a three floral arrangement and instead of trying to make things right all they offered was an $8 refund. Please save yourself a headache and your money. Don't use teleflora for any flower needs.
Placed my last couple of orders from Teleflora mom loved them!
It's hard sending flower to family members in other states when you don't get to see what the flowers look like.

I will never use you guys again... I'm embarrassed to have sent these to my mom. With not being able to see my mother for the first time in my life for Mother's Day because of the coronavirus, I thought it would be nice to send her some flowers. I usually buy them from Loblaws which are WAY nicer and cheaper that what Teleflora sent to her. Huge disappointment!

Answer: Since December I have been trying to use my floral Groupon I purchased. 3 different transactions have happened since then to try and use the Groupon and their company NEVER delivered any of the flowers. 3 different birthdays I missed and they even transferred me to a supervisor who then charged my account $90 when the order was only $25 after using my $40 Groupon... And after the $90 charge, STILL no flower delivery. I had to get my money back from Groupon because I am never using this company again. I think 3 different times for 3 different occasions is a good enough try to fix the issue I had. I've had hours of phone conversations with this company and it still hasn't ben fixed. Now they charged my account again WITH an uncharge and no delivery. BUYER BEWARE! This company is garbage
Answer: My experience with customer service was very good. They understood my complaint about the horrible mess the florist had sent. They offered me a new arrangement to be delivered or a partial refund. I am accepting a partial refund. My complaint about telefloral is the Florist they used. A totally incompetent floral business and should never be used again.
Answer: I was giving a Groupon and decided to give Teleflora a chance, I've heard of the name before so I THOUGHT it was a reliable company. WRONG on so many levels, the worse experience I've had with their customer service representatives.
