I am very upset and have a complaint. I called TeleFlora, when I finally requested a supervisor, I was put on hold over 30" then disconnected. Never heard back, my flowers were never delivered. I'm researching where to complain. I'm considering posting my story / complaint on every social medial board site I can find

Since December I have been trying to use my floral Groupon I purchased. 3 different transactions have happened since then to try and use the Groupon and their company NEVER delivered any of the flowers. 3 different birthdays I missed and they even transferred me to a supervisor who then charged my account $90 when the order was only $25 after using my $40 Groupon... And after the $90 charge, STILL no flower delivery. I had to get my money back from Groupon because I am never using this company again. I think 3 different times for 3 different occasions is a good enough try to fix the issue I had. I've had hours of phone conversations with this company and it still hasn't ben fixed. Now they charged my account again WITH an uncharge and no delivery.

I wish I would've seen these reviews BEFORE I ordered funeral flowers through them. They told me there was a problem and have been SILENT since I requested more information. I'm annoyed and flabbergasted.

I got through in 15 min 3 days before mother's day... and I was NOT happy with them. The customer service agent stayed calm and was pleasant, in spite of me being furious, and he did what he could for me... but I will NEVER, EVER do business with them again!
