A family members 50th wedding anniversary and ordered a special heart shaped bouquet- not only did they receive the flowers a day late, it was not heart shaped- wrong bouquet delivered! See photos below- I ordered the heart shaped bouquet and the other picture is what they received (late)
I would give zero stars if I could. I have spent more than 4 hours on the phone with them over the last week trying to get a resolution to an order that was never delivered. They promised 4 times to redeliver (which I had to fight for) and each time it didn't happen with no communication - they would just cancel the order. When I would follow up they said their local florists "couldn't fulfill the order" even after I agreed to let it be "florist's choice." You're telling me no florist has a plant they can send over the course of a week? The customer service is ABYSMAL even at the management levels - they just don't care and want to rush you off the phone. I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THEM.
I ordered gorgeous unique arrangement for $80 for my daughter's Birthday...but Teleflora delivered trashy looking something... hard even call it arrangement.
I ordered the pink flowers. They sent to purple ones. Obviously not worth my $65. Will not use teleflora again. They get1 star for finding the hospital
We had placed an order from Teleflora for funeral services and were guaranteed delivery. However, I was shocked when I got to the funeral home and realized no flowers had arrived. I quickly called Teleflora and the representative told me no local florist could fulfill my order. I was devastated and fuming at this point. Teleflora never contacted me to tell me the order was not going to be delivered and left us powerless on such a sensitive day. Please dont order from these terrible people that dont know how to professionally run a business, especially when it involves sensitive occasions such as funeral services.
Ordered a Birthday Cake design for $103 and received flowers in a cheap vase. I could have done better at Walmart picking out flowers. They cancelled the order and did Florists choice without asking or informing me. This was a huge disappointment. Big difference and they pocket the money and don't care who they hurt. Florist was given a $59 dollar option of their choice. So, Telefloral took their part. Shame on this business.
I live in Texas & ordered online flowers for my sister's funeral in Miami, FL from Teleflora. I ordered Premium because it displayed the most flowers. Must to my disappointment when I actually saw what they sent they should have been embarrassed because it was no where near what was advertised. Very few flowers the vase wasn't even full. Shameful display especially since this was for a funeral. I expressed my disappointment & received a response with no acknowledgement for charging for a standard arrangement. I will never use Teleflora again & warn everyone to be aware of their false advertising
Ordered a plant arrangement for Valentine's Day shipped for 2/13 date. When received not only was it smaller but it was a different arrangement altogether. I tried to get them to rectify the situation since it was still one day before Valentines but all they offered was a $20 refund. I'm extremely disappointed with their service and will never order from them again. I don't recommend anyone else does either.
If I could I would give this company 0 stars. I ordered flowers on a Tuesday to be delivered on Friday. I got a call Friday at 4pm that my local florist can't deliver them. (They knew damn well before 4pm they wouldn't make the delivery day) so they give me a credit and I agree to have them delivered Monday. They just called me (Monday morning) saying the florist wants to deliver them Tuesday instead. At this point the event they were to be for was on Friday, I placed the order well enough in advance that this is unacceptable. Absolutely not. And they will not give me the florists name that they used in my area. Which I find BS because now they are getting this negative review from me. That's on them. I absolutely would NEVER spend my money at Teleflora ever again. What a waste of my time and money.
Along with an obit I received an electronic form to order flowers for the Memorial and Funeral Services. Since this was the dad of a long-time business partner, I placed the order. When presented for payment, there were multiple charges not mentioned but I OK'd them and placed the order 4 or 5 days before the services. On the morning of the services, 45 mins after the first service, someone who could not speak understandable English called and at my request transferred me to someone else who did not know why they were calling. Eventually, I was told that when they tried to place the order on the morning of the service, they couldn't find a florist. There was nothing they could do. This is not a reliable service and I will NEVER use them again.
Today is june 10 2024. Delivery is for today june 10th 2024. My girlfriend got horrible roses that cost total of $175. There black and cotton on the outside of the roses. Florists at teleflora. Ordered them from fingerhut account to teleflora Delivery flowers. Horrible horrible horrible horrible Florists at teleflora. And yes I have proof of purchase on my fingerhut account,,,
If I could I would give them a big ZERO. I ordered a centerpiece to be sent to my family for Christmas and what arrived...a vase of carnations and one rose. I will NEVER use them again!

Husband ordered roses for anniversary. Within 24 hours they were pathetic looking-sagging, petals falling off etc. they offered a 30% refund. Sad to spend that kind of money and get poor quality like that

First time using this service. Regret doing so. I ordered flowers for my mother who is in a nursing home for rehab. I paid for flex delivery dates. Didn't care when they arrived as long as it was by Valentine's Day. I ordered them early morning 2/12/2021. $80 total for flowers, balloon and candy. No flowers were ever delivered. No email or call notifying me there was a delay or even an issue with the delivery. Just decided to take and keep my money. I am so angry. They offered me $23 back. The thought, gesture, gift... RUINED. You can't put a price on that. Don't use this service. Based on the previous reviews this is their norm and customary way of conducting business. What a rip
Horrible first time buying experience. Let me know by email 2 days before Mother's Day they can't fill my request. Didn't see email till too late to get anything for mother sent to her. Will never use this site again.
Terrible, over priced. The bouquet they delivered doesn't even look close to what they offer in the picture. It was an absolute embarrassment, Im very disappointed, I would never order from them again. Don't recommend it at all.
Shameful. $100 anniversary gift was delivered. 7 roses, some carnations and daisies. Twice I reached out to customer service with no response. Bought thru Chase shopping portal to teleflora site. Customer service then sent me email with discount for future purchase. Their arrogance to consumer is remarkable. No ownership for poor product. Image below does not show the dirty water they were delivered in or past fresh state of some of the roses.
Horrible customer service. Ordered 2 dozen roses and got 16 with 3 broke. No supervisor will call or answer that just hang up on you. Total waste of money. Looks nothing like what you order. Paid 200$ for flowers I could have bought at the gas station for 8$. DO NOT use them. A waste of money and time and you will not be happy.
I placed an order on 2/13/2023 for the delivery of flowers for Valentine on 2/14. Nothing has been delivered and when I contacted them without even saying sorry, they said we will re-deliver the next day. I don't know how this company do business.- zero review
After much debate, I selected to send my mother the 'Warm Embrace' bouquet on 10/19 for her birthday on 10/20. After reading the reviews I was apprehensive of spending $70 on the flowers + delivery - especially when one never really knows if the pictures are truly indicative of what will actually be sent. The bottom line is whoever made the arrangement hit the ball out of the park. My mother told me hands-down this was the biggest\best floral arrangement she has ever received. Thank-you Teleflora!
Answer: Since December I have been trying to use my floral Groupon I purchased. 3 different transactions have happened since then to try and use the Groupon and their company NEVER delivered any of the flowers. 3 different birthdays I missed and they even transferred me to a supervisor who then charged my account $90 when the order was only $25 after using my $40 Groupon... And after the $90 charge, STILL no flower delivery. I had to get my money back from Groupon because I am never using this company again. I think 3 different times for 3 different occasions is a good enough try to fix the issue I had. I've had hours of phone conversations with this company and it still hasn't ben fixed. Now they charged my account again WITH an uncharge and no delivery. BUYER BEWARE! This company is garbage
Answer: My experience with customer service was very good. They understood my complaint about the horrible mess the florist had sent. They offered me a new arrangement to be delivered or a partial refund. I am accepting a partial refund. My complaint about telefloral is the Florist they used. A totally incompetent floral business and should never be used again.
Answer: I was giving a Groupon and decided to give Teleflora a chance, I've heard of the name before so I THOUGHT it was a reliable company. WRONG on so many levels, the worse experience I've had with their customer service representatives.
