Paid $90 + delivery for $35 worth of flowers. Appreciate the same day delivery, paid dearly for it. Will be very reluctant in the future to use this service again.
Like most florists, the service and delivery were great, but the arrangements never actually look like the pics you order them from online and definitely did not see $90 worth of flowers and greenery in the arrangement we sent to our boss on Boss's Day. Feeling very ripped off. Honestly, does the picture look like $90 worth? Flowers are notoriously overpriced, but this is embarrassing.
After reading many reviews online on multiple sites my expectations weren't very high but I have to be honest they definitely exceeded my expectations delivery was within reasonable time frame on my wife's bday which was next day delivery for me and very nice the card was nicely printed and setup for me the stuffed animal was decent size and the chocolates my wife loved them I have to say I hate chocolate but I even enjoyed them they were very tasty and unique and decent size also the balloon was pleasant all in all it was a great experience and I will def be using them again for my next floral needs thanks teleflora I just had to write this as there are a lot of people online bashing them because it's not exactly like the dam picture mine wasn't either but it was beautiful and very high quality flowers and my wife loved them. To me that's what matters did I get my money's worth and I fully believe I got my $143 dollars worth without a doubt thx again and god bless!
They said clearly that they deliver same day, and they lied. We ordered flowers for our daughter's birthday in Mt. Pleasant, SC and they took the order and promised it would be there. Then at 3pm far too late to do anything about it, they called and said they had too many deliveries and couldn't do it until tomorrow. Her birthday was today. Last time I will ever use these losers, I guarantee you that. RUN AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE CROOKS AND LIARS, PERIOD!

While the bouquet that arrived is pretty it looks nothing like the picture. I choose the bouquet because of the pretty pastel colors and received a bright pink bouquet. Additionally the bouquet was much much smaller than the picture of the deluxe bouquet I ordered.
Terrible company and horrible service. Don't waste you time and money with them. I ordered flowers for my mom's birthday to be delivered on a specific day (which they confirmed was ok during booking), then I got an email the day before delivery saying they cannot make the date and asked me to choose an alternative date. They said they would expedite it so it would get delivered for sure the next day. I believed them and said ok. The next day I got a second email saying they could not fulfill my order and that it was canceled. If I had known they could not make the date, I would have ordered from another company. And to make it worse, I also have to wait up to 10days for my refund. Worst company! Do not use!

I have used Teleflora several times in the past with always good results. When I can't use a local florist to actual see my order I want to use one I can depend on that will send the very best. They do not disappoint.
Having been frustrated over several days trying to locate a company to deliver a gift to a certain area, I was so pleased to be able to place my order with Teleflora. Even after I thought I had lost all the information I had entered, it was still in the cart with a couple of clicks.
I sent a flower bouquet to my aunt and it looked nothing like the photo from the picture. I realize local florists have the right to choose different flowers but I thought it was supposed to be as close to the photo as possible. They didn't put roses in the Pretty Please bouquet. This is disappointing.
Recipient said flowers were be beautiful, but no balloon included that I paid for. I went in to teleflora Canada and was still charged exchange for US funds. Nowhere in the ad did it say US funds.
I ordered a $74 arrangement for my friends birthday to be delivered on 10/2/20 (Friday). I called Friday late afternoon and said they are still not delivered. The rep said it was a mistake and they will give me a discount of 20% and promise to send the flowers first thing Saturday morning and will give me a call and email confirmation. Sunday afternoon, still no flowers, calls or anything. Call them, and they still want me to pay 50% of the bill to have it delivered Monday (now 3 days past the birthday). No offers on complimentary service for this horrible transaction and still expected me to pay. Poor customer service, will not be returning and making further reviews.
I ordered bouquet for my daughter's 30 years birthday and flowers did not arrive as they called and said: We just NOW received your order.
I dont need to know the process, but I ordered it paying the extra $15 USD for the morning delivery. The representative said they can deliver afternoon only and even didn't say SORRY. I'm not happy at all. Would NEVER order again.

Teleflora had a nicer selection and it wasn't a "busy" website. Easy checkout as well. Haven't received the order yet, but hope I am pleased with the outcome!
I picked out a lovely piece from your website, filled out a card to accompany it, gave the address for delivery along with the desired delivery date. The website then asked for payment which I gave. At this point I was excited the recipient would receive a wonderful birthday present. I logged into my computer late the next morning only to find a message from Teleflora that they could not fulfill my request. When I called the given number, I was told they could deliver it three days later. Now, this is after they received my payment, making the transaction binding. What kind of business are you running? I could take you to court and argue bad faith, fraudulent transaction, false advertising, and a host of other laws. At that time, I had to scramble and figure out what to do to send a gift. I will never count on you again and it is a matter of time before you are sued.
Order a boquete for my wedding anniversary using this service. I realize pictures are never reflective of an actual thing but should be at least 90% there and not have dead flowers. Either way I'll be going back to my local guy like I did before and pick my own boquete at a cheaper price. Lesson learned.
The variety was great, from flowers to plant arrangements, even succulents, and the prices were very reasonable, I recommend Teleflora!
Everytime I order from Teleflora it's a problem. I will never order from this company again. I sent flowers to a family member whose husband died and they were never delivered. I was told the florist didn't have that specific arrangement so no bouquet was made. The florist or Teleflora could've contacted me to ensure some type of bouquet was delivered. I contacted Teleflora when I found out nothing was delivered and was told they could have the florist make the arrangement of their choice and deliver it the next day. No other options were available and Teleflora offered me a $6 discount, which doesn't even cover the $17.99 delivery fee I paid for a bouquet that wasn't delivered.
Answer: Since December I have been trying to use my floral Groupon I purchased. 3 different transactions have happened since then to try and use the Groupon and their company NEVER delivered any of the flowers. 3 different birthdays I missed and they even transferred me to a supervisor who then charged my account $90 when the order was only $25 after using my $40 Groupon... And after the $90 charge, STILL no flower delivery. I had to get my money back from Groupon because I am never using this company again. I think 3 different times for 3 different occasions is a good enough try to fix the issue I had. I've had hours of phone conversations with this company and it still hasn't ben fixed. Now they charged my account again WITH an uncharge and no delivery. BUYER BEWARE! This company is garbage
Answer: My experience with customer service was very good. They understood my complaint about the horrible mess the florist had sent. They offered me a new arrangement to be delivered or a partial refund. I am accepting a partial refund. My complaint about telefloral is the Florist they used. A totally incompetent floral business and should never be used again.
Answer: I was giving a Groupon and decided to give Teleflora a chance, I've heard of the name before so I THOUGHT it was a reliable company. WRONG on so many levels, the worse experience I've had with their customer service representatives.
