I had someone who ordered a ladies premium tshirt in size 2x and found that it fit more like an xl. I contacted teespring and had to send various EMAILS to talk as they don't communicate by phone. After they had me to take pictures of the the shirt, send emails, wait on them to respond, I was finally told that they would do a free digital print to correct the problem. Was told that we could keep the 1st shirt and gift it if we chose to. Cool. So my friend orders a 4x thinking ok, that might fit more like a 3x, and after washing it, it may shrink even more to her true size. So after about 3 weeks, they finally send the 4x and guess what? Its a different tag in the shirt from the 1st one, It's a deeper color red, it's a different cut, and the lettering is smaller. Furthermore more, we held the shirts up together, and they actually look the same SIZE. I contacted Teespring AGAIN, very furious because now I'm embarrassed about this whole ordeal. Thankfully it was only a friend of mine that experienced this disaster with me and not a stranger supporting my campaign. So, Teespring apologizes and says they can't send another free print, but will refund the money. Lol I'm thinking, do you really think I want ANOTHER screw up? No thanks, just send her money back. So yeah, that's my review. I absolutely hate them, their customer service sucks, and I will be joining the ecommerce world and do business in Shopify now. If there was a 0, that's the rating I'd give them.
I have ordered several tee shirts from this company but man when they mess up they try and pass it off as good work. They have been using Tombstone sayings to sell tee shirts but one in particular with a supose likeness of Kirk Russell NOT this is the worse tee shirt and the cost is unexceptable. I had to fight to get my money back for a Tee shirt that was not even finish the excuses were many when I did a screen shot of the shirt they were selling and the one they sold me I finally got a refund. But no luck on the current tee shirt.
I was so excited to order this shirt for my husband for Father's Day. However, the excitement turned to frustration and hostility. Teespring promised shipping withing 6 business days. After checking my "tracking number" repeatedly and seeing it continued in the printing phase I contacted customer service. I was assured it would be here by Father's Day. I continued to contact the "customer service" person, but she quit responding. So, then I did a live chat and was informed that the company had a problem with inventory and that I would receive the shirt by 6/26. The date came and went and still no shirt. Finally, 5 weeks after I ordered, the shirt arrived and it is HUGE. The size descriptions and pictures are ridiculously inaccurate. What is really funny is that just last week I received a 2nd shirt! I truly wonder if this "company" is a front for some type of criminal activity. I wish there was a minus star rating I could give them.
I ordered two sets of shirts (custom designed) and needed to arrive on time. The shipping was estimated 4-7 days. I was not happy but i had no other choices at that moment. I assumed it would be closer to 4 rather than the 7. After checking back in a few days, they decided to add another 4-5 days for shipping. They are suppose to come from USA. It shouldnt take 2 weeks to $#*!ing ship something from east coast, unless your using snailmail.
I have not received the product yet, but if this is how they ship, god knows how the end result will be.
Horrible! I contacted customer service to voice my complaint. All they did was apologize without any remorse. I asked for a supervisor to call me back to do better and no word! Useless crap company!

Teespring is a rip off. I ordered my shirt on 6/7 but expected delivery is 7/7 - are you serious? Get your act together and run a business better then how you are. What a joke. I will never order from this piece of crap website again. Lesson learned.

I just recieved my order. I usually wear an XL, but to be safe I ordered a 2x in case they run small. Boy... the 2x fits like a medium or large. Part of what is so upsetting is that you have to wait for freaking ever to even get the dang shirt and then you get it and realize that it doesn't even fit! The bottom hem is barely hemmed and rolls up on you so you constantly have to fix it. So annoying. I will never, EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER order from Teespring again. Did I say that clearly enough? I wil never do business with this company again.
It really shouldn't be this difficult. You order a t-shirt, the order is acknowledged, and a few days later you're told it's shipped. You wait a week, and you get the t-shirt, right?
Wrong, at least if you're dealing with Teespring. They confirm an estimated delivery date, which comes and goes. So you email them, and they say orders actually may take up to 45 working days to be delivered. Pretty unlikely, but hey, they've already got your money.
So after the 45 working days have expired, and the item has not arrived (did they ever send it?) you send another email which receives exactly the same response, i. E. they didn't bother to read your email.
Then they just stop replying. It's like Nigeria, but in US dollars.

Ordered t shirt paid over $30.00 in costs and shipping. Shirt arrived one month later and is very thin material, had a hole in the center chest part of shirt.
I ordered a shirt for my wife and it arrived. It was way too small, contacted customer service and they said that shirt runs small and asked what size I thought she'd need. It is being shipped next week! No hassle, don't even have to send the old shirt back. I can donate it to charity or something.
I have used tee spring before and have always had great service. The print on the shirts is clear and sharp.
Their sizing is wildly inaccurate, their product is shoddy and there is absolutely no customer service connected to this site. Don't buy these t-shirts because you'll come to regret doing business with them.
I have charges from teespring.com on not one, but two different credit cards for purchases that I did not make: one charge on March 31,2016, in the amount of $104.71 on one credit card and another charge on April 5,2016 for $121.75 on a different credit card... very strange. I bought one t-shirt from this site and that was two years ago using PayPal as my method of payment. I have tried calling their customer service number numerous times over the last few days and keep receiving a recorded message saying that "our phone support is currently experiencing much higher volumes than normal", and suggesting that I contact them via online chat, after which they disconnect the call with no opportunity to leave a message. I tried contacting them via online chat on their web site and received no response whatsoever during the chat session; the chat session was active, but no one responded. I have since had to contact the credit card companies to dispute the charges, and cancel and replace my credit cards. What a hassle.
Update: Teespring subsequently reversed the charges on both cancelled credit cards after I was able to contact them via email. The charges had been made by persons using stolen credit card information. The whole thing was weird though, since this involved two separate credit cards with Teespring charges. The Teespring representative was polite and helpful; I just wish it had been easier to get in contact with them to resolve this issue in a more expedient manner.
Why do all these manufacturers only cater for midgets. What about us people who are 4X - 5X or even 6X. A limit of 2X is simply not good enough. They simply do not listen and do not realise how much they lose out by only catering for the smaller person. Saying this. The prices are far to high, especially the "Crusader" Tee Shirt... £12.99 is more like it. Then they would sell more. Why can't they understand this or are they blinded to a quick sale to compensate for their greed.
I received my tank top within about 3 weeks but would have been really nice to know that sizes run extremely small. So small that it looks like I ordered a kids XL. The material seems really cheap and flimsy too. Not at all what I was expecting. :(
When I read all these bad reviews on this company it saddens me. I have found so many Long sleeved Equine Tees to wear riding and they are made of a nice thick tee - shirt material. My orders are always right on time like I ordered one last Thursday and I will get it Tuesday of this week. If I were you, I would just buy a tee and make your own opinion before going by what you read, what have you got to loose. The customer service has always answered my questions with no problems, And No I'm getting paid for this review, its just how I feel
Wish I had never ordered they won't tell me where my order is and on the live chad Rachel said sorry I can't tell you anything, and wouldn't answer any of my questions at all, no way to do business. Someone claiming to be them trying to get more money out of me without even the correct info and Teespring won't even respond to my inquiry about that.
I ordered a t-shirt in the beginning of December. The offer was for free shipping and the estimated delivery was December 28th. Even though it was a Christmas present I told my husband one of his gifts would be a few days late. Well its January 4th and I still haven't received the shirt. Every time I track the item, the estimated delivery date is later and later. Not only that, but they charged me for shipping when it clearly said FREE SHIPPING! I wont order from here again.
They sent me an e-mail advertising a tee shirt that was for Christmas, so I ordered it for one of my Grandsons, sent them an E-mail asking where the tee shirt was. There answer was they advertise a shirt, take orders for a period of time, then print the shirts, it is now December 24,2015 and still no tee shirt. How stupid to advertise a Christmas Tee Shirt, knowing that it won't arrive so it can be worn before Christmas!
Ordered the Great White Christmas Sweater-Style T-shirt and they sent me some "airline pilot" shirt instead. No packing slip, no nothing. Really sketchy. I almost feel like they sent me the wrong shirt on purpose in hopes that I wouldn't demand a refund. Eck. Never again.
For $25 plus shipping you would think you would get a quality shirt, but no these are thin cheap $#*!ts, probably cost them about $2 each, and then when you do pay the price for the shirt you are lucky if you get it in the next 2 months or so, was promised the latest shirt before Christmas of course tracking says Christmas eve but not one of the other shirts I ordered had an accurate shipping arrival time on it so I don't expect this one will either
