I've ordered several things from the site and while $60 for a hoodie is okay I can't rationalize paying $40 for a tank top. I was also gifted a tshirt and i probably have to get it tailored as I would never wear the style as-is which is even more expensive.
Photos don't provide anywhere near enough detail. The tshirt is virtually see through it's made with very poor quality materials! Wouldn't buy from here again. Took over a month to arrive and pretty much zero shipping info other than shipped but it showed shipped for 3 weeks. Total delivery time from ordering to receiving was just over 5 weeks!

I just received my order (10 days after ordering) and am really disappointed with the tee shirt. It is an XL that fits like a large and I think it can maybe be washed once. The sleeves aren't short they are cap sleeves and look terrible on my saggy arms. Hanes Nano must be the bottom of the Hanes line and the total price was very high.

8 business days in transit and still waiting on my order. For the premium price I paid for the shirts, I expected a much quicker delivery, and regret not purchasing items from a local store, which I could have been enjoying two weeks ago. My two items made it to print then were shipped on May 9th. It took 8 business days for them to travel 311 miles from Kentucky to Illinois compliments of the USPS using rail, and they are due by tomorrow May 19th, but will have to travel another 446 miles to get here from Chicago where they are currently sitting.

I placed my original order 6 weeks ago. The 1-st t-shirt took 3 weeks, and it was tiny - short and tight and didn't match to the sizing chart provided. The company promised to re-print on a bigger size. Still waiting for this to happen. Will not order again; difficult to deal with company; shipping is expensive.

I've always been artistic and consider myself a decent but starving writer as English degrees don't go as far as they used to and they used to go nowhere. I've used CafePress before to make my own bumper stickers and t-shirts for my own use and when I heard about Teespring I decided to give selling instead of buying a try. It's been 4 weeks since I first started designing with Teespring and I have yet to have a t-shirt appear correctly online. I have done the same t-shirts over up to 25 times and still every time I post it when I go back 10 minutes later it's missing a sentence or it's missing a letter or it's missing words or it's missing a picture. I think you get the drift. And try finding a human being the help you. They don't give a crap about anybody as long as they can sell enough t-shirts to make money they don't care if you're pulling your hair out day and night struggling to get one of your artistic ideas out there. Some people are allowed to have fun and express themselves and apparently others like myself are not. Some people have made t-shirts that are repulsive, racially motivated, and completely inappropriate and they get posted correctly yet I can't get a Support Your Troops type t-shirt on there without them erasing the word Troops. When I asked customer support for help they told me to send them screenshots of the misprints but unfortunately they gave me an invalid email address. Now they don't seem interested in giving me a valid one. To add insult to injury they shipped out one of my t-shirts to me with a typo. They erased the top of a capital letter i so it looks kind of like an L but it's not legible. Do you think I got the $7 I should have gotten for selling one of my t-shirts? Of course I didn't. Do you think they should have even printed the t-shirt when my campaign goal was 3 t-shirts and as far as I knew I hadn't sold any? I don't have a chance of selling one if it looks like I can't even spell the word I. So I didn't reach my campaign goal, it had a typo, and when I immediately ended the campaign due to the mistakes they charged me 30 bucks and shipped it out. Since I mentioned this I have not gotten any response on the chatline. I can't believe they have a decent reputation and that other people are satisfied with the site in general. I myself am completely appalled by how I have been treated over the last four weeks. I am appalled at T Springs apparent greed and disregard for professional business standards. Whatever the owner is doing with his 37 million he is certainly not spending it on customer service, quality control, or basic competence. It seems that his quote "live people here to help you twenty-four hours a day seven days a week " might just be him and his pile of money which he can roll around in like a dog does $#*!.

My son wanted a hoodie from Teespring in United States while we are living in a Southeast Asia country called Malaysia. Internet has made it possible for us to order online but I was quite skeptical if I would ever receive it. The order from Teespring said it would arrive on 1 May. Quietly, I let the deadline passed and continued to wait. I started to send an email to track the parcel few days later and was told it could be late. I waited for a week and decided to ask again. This time Teespring told me to check with local post office. I turned to DHL as it was the courier. The Malaysia DHL was quick to tell me that the parcel had not landed in Malaysia and when I forwarded the email to Teespring, the later proceeded to have a reprint for me. The parcel actually arrived the day when reprint was ordered. I was more than happy to accept it and cancelled the reprint! 1, DHL Malaysia actually has misled me here. 2. I should have faith with the local post office. 3 It is possible to buy something from United States.
Never recieved my package, contacted teespring and got a new one send to me without any problems, very happy with service i got.
I was quickly able to create a design. The shirt is made from high quality material and the design printing is top notch. Even better, I paid less than I would for an off the rack printed T-Shirt in a department store.

Image states it is cut out vinyl graphics NOT A STICKER. I did not want a giant rectangular sticker. I wanted what the image showed. CUT OUT VINYL!
It'd be nice if I could track an overseas item that I ordered. Other items that I ordered came in a timely manner, but the items I ordered from overseas had no tracking #!

Placed order within minutes the back sent a fraud alert because the company had charged my credit card 6 times. (once for each shirt) so looked at my bank and sure enough my card had been charged. So i looked back at my order and noticed that each item has an additional $ 4.99 shipping charge. I rad the site it said 2.00$ per shirt for shipping. It felt shady to me at this point. I canceled all the orders as none are more than 20 minutes past the time i ordered them. I emailed them and have not been refunded and now i have to go down to the bank to unlock the fraud alert on my credit card. Waiting for refund it took all of 2 minutes to charge me why cant i get a refund as fast? Waste of time now i have to bank and stand around there too! Dont use this company waste of time and money!

Once a campaign ends, our Production Department assigns the campaign to the printing facility which best suits the needs of the design. Order was placed on April 4th. Was sent a notification on April 5th that my order was printing. Then was told my item would arrive between April 12 and April 17th. It is now May 2nd and I have not received my shirts or received any response from either Teespring or DHL other than automated responses from my emails. Hoping this matter is addressed. If so, I will change my review, but until then...
UPDATE: May 9th, 2017
Teespring contacted me after I messaged them on Facebook. They researched and found that DHL Delivery had lost the package. This is not the first time I have had a product lost by DHL Delivery. Teespring reprinted my shirts and they just arrived today.
I changed my 1-Star review to a 3-Star review based on the following:
NEGATIVES
*Did not like the fact that my messages weren't replied to when I contacted Teespring or DHL through their customer service numbers and emails.
*Didn't feel too comforted in the fact that whoever was running their Facebook page was 1000 times more responsive than anyone else.
*Will have a hard time trusting any business that works with DHL Delivery.
POSITIVES
*Whoever is running Teespring's Facebook page should get a raise. I'm confident this matter would never have been resolved had they not put the ball in motion.
*The quality of the shirt and printing were top-notch. High-quality (soft) shirts tend to run a size smaller, so I took that into consideration and got what I expected in terms of size.
I wish Teespring just went through UPS, FedEx, or USPS for their products. I would feel so much more confident in their service if they did. It's an amazing service that they provide, but their customers need to feel assured that their products will get their when promised.

TeeSpring left me stranded on an island of sadness when the t-shirts I ordered for the March for Science for me and my son, Wilson, did NOT arrive in time for the March (and they STILL have not arrived). Do I need to run across the country to get the t-shirts myself? I expected a Fed Ex box on my front porch! Why would you make such a promise Tom*? I had to scold poor Wilson, whose eyes filled with tears when I told him he wouldn't be able to wear the Lorax shirt to the March, "There's no crying in the March for Science!" TeeSpring sure was quick to charge my credit card, though, so somebody knows how to get the job done, right Sully? But where is the merchandise? I guess you never know what you're gonna get with this company. TeeSpring, we have a problem.
*Obviously, I don't hold Tom responsible, as I'm a BIG fan. Plus I found out after the order failed to arrive that the photo of him in the shirt was photoshopped, so he got duped by this company too.
