My original order from Teespring had a couple of issues. I emailed my concerns to them and received a very prompt response from them. Francis quickly apologized and had me send photos the shirts. Again, a quick response and apology, followed by an immediate reorder. The replacements arrived without delay and are exactly what I wanted, very unique shirts with good quality, backed with excellent customer service.
I don't have a problem with Teespring.com or the cool shirt graphics. What I have a problem with is the thick, stiff quality of some of the shirts. Some are cardboard stiff hard cotton shirts that must be worn and washed a hundred times to soften up. That will wear the graphics out pretty fast. The description should include what type of material the shirt is made of. For the price being charged, a softer, ring spun cotton shirt could be made available. Just for the record, Hanes tagless shirts are very stiff.
So I accidently hit the go back button when ordering and I didn't even notice.
So I check my email the next day and seen I was charged for 2 shirts instead of one.
So I email them and tell them what happened.
They emailed me right back and say someone will be in contact within 24 hours but that orders can only be changed within 2 hours of ordering.
Well I wait but someone emailed me back about an hour later saying they are giving me a refund for the shirt I accidently ordered.
I AM VERY SATISIFED!
I HAVE ORDERED OTHER SHIRTS FROM THEM AND I HAVE ALSO BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THEM!

I ordered a shirt over two months ago. The company will not provide a refund nor have they sent the shirt. I have attempted to call them during business hours and am directed to email contact only. The emails promise a shirt is on the way but when I purchased the shirt it was with the promise of 2 week delivery. Now 10 weeks later I am out of the money without product.

I was excited to use Teespring, but my sister ordered one of my designs and each of the 3 shirts she ordered arrived with various degrees of distortion. When they sent replacements, those shirts arrived in different colors with yet more distortion on the design. She now has multiple shirts for her kids, but not one has the correct shape of the design. Customer service hasn't been helpful to her as now they want her to pay to send the shirts back if she wants to receive a credit for the poorly printed shirts. As an artist, I know my customers are willing to pay a little more for a custom tshirt, but I will not sell my designs here anymore because I believe my customers deserve to receive the design they see online, and they should get a high quality product. They also shouldn't have to pay for Teespring's printing errors.
I love the teeshirt! Excellent design and great quality that matches the price. I would buy again. Only downfall is it took a long time to receive the shirt.
The shirt I ordered was a 2 xl men's shirts I got 2 xl women's shirts and the print was smaller than the pics online

For the cost the quality of the tee was poor. Shrank quite a bit and after the 1st washing began to pill. Not likely to make another purchase... would recommend you all regroup and think about a higher end tee - heavier weight quality tee. Maybe pre-washed / faded/ vintage..

LOVE my shirt and color is just what I was expecting. The material is soft and comfy! But size seems to run large. I ordered an XL because I like loose and comfy and this is for sure that! A bit too big - but I love it and will wear it. Just giving a heads up to those wanting a closer fit.
