Ordered a size that turned out to not be a good fit. After a single email to their customer service I got a new order on its way with the correct size, and they didn't require sending them the old order back. 100% satisfied.
I shopped with this company before. Their merchandise is very comfortable, on time, and the print is exactly the way it shows in fact even better in person. So this year 2020 I'm shopping here again. I highly recommend this company. Money well spent!
I placed an order at the end of December and from my understanding, it would be shipped out as late as a month from when the order was placed. I was stupid. I didn't read any reviews, because I thought a friend of mine had ordered something from them before. I was wrong! Here it is March. I've received one email from Dusty. I was told they were working to fix the problem (a problem with the ink company) and he assured me he would send tracking info once it was sent. I've since then sent 2 more emails, even opened up a brand new ticket and still have yet to hear anything back from them. I understand this might be a smaller company, but they need a better customer service representative. I'm very disappointed and asked for a full refund. The amount was charged immediately after I placed the order. Nothing should be charged until it's shipped. This is ridiculous and annoying!
Teepublic call themselves an open platform where anyone can host and sell art from their own storefront.
But when in reality your store or arts wont show up if any one searches for it or your store. I contacted there support but they don't even consider to review my arts even if they are very high quality neither they have any good reasons for not letting me or new designers to apply. Please don't support or buy anything from such marketplace.
Exemplary customer service with true personal connection. They went above and beyond to help us get the perfect shirt when my husband was picky about the fabrication of the shirt we received. We will continue to order our printed tees from here without hesitation as they were so helpful in making the experience so easy. Ordering all my future gifts from here! The shirt I ordered was a little smug. I requested via email an exchange. The response was immediate which is uncommon in this wonderful world of ours nowadays! Not only are they sending a larger size, I can pay the smaller one forward to a fellow Scorpio! Thanks Andrei and Tee Public!
They just delete your account without any warning or explanation why. My designs were designed all by myself. I emailed them and they totally ignored me and after reading the reviews from other designers that had the same unpleasant experience as me, now I know this is something common that they do.
They must be making them in Mars because that's how long it takes to get what you paid for 3 weeks ago. For 1 mask and 3 T-shirts' does NOT take 1 month or more. Horrible. -1 star would be my rating if available.

Ordered a large T-shirt but found it too big. Emailed asking for exchange and got reply very quickly saying new size requested was already being sent out and to just keep first shirt. Received new one within a few days and it's better size.
Really disappointed with the quality of the products. After 3-4 weeks I got them delivered (2 t-shirts) and noticed that the prints on the t-shirts were smudged and doubled. They also had a strong smell of vinegar which was super awful.
Also, If you're an artist t-shirt designer and want to make t-shirts and sell them, I recommend you to order from a local company and do bigger batches to buy them at a lower cost. Lower cost, better quality.
Not worth selling them on this site when you get only like 5% by item sold.
Today I experienced the best customer service I have seen in years from TeePublic. My wife had ordered a t-shirt (from Dark Shadows!) and requested a size larger as advised. She received the t-shirt but it was still a little small. I went online and ordered two replacements as they we on sale. At the same time I contacted TeePublic about exchanging the first shirt. In roughly an hour I had an email from Mihaela letting me know she credited me with the first shirt and told me to donate the one that was too small to another person. Wow! What an unbelievable decision that also makes perfect common sense. I thanked her in a reply and then in five minutes got an email from Samuel. No arguments, no excuses, no blaming the customer. You can be sure I will purchase more products from them and brag all over social media. Great people and a great company attitude.
My order had an issue and sent them an email with low expectation (it's just a shirt). But response was prompt, professional and resolved immediately. I don't normally write reviews but this company really impressed me. Buy with confidence!
I was Leary at first due to the shipping prices but in the end, great customer service as well as quality material used. I had a problem with accidentally placing an extra order. I contacted customer service. With in 24 hours I had a response and refund. You really can't beat that. I'll keep coming back mainly because of the customer service.
Can't say enough about the great customer service! I ordered some T-shirts for Christmas and they arrived quickly. Two of them were really large so I contacted customer service to inquire about an exchange. I typically dread making a return from online purchasing as it seems to be more trouble than it's worth. I emailed about an exchange and received an immediate response from customer service. Not only have they already shipped my replacement sizes, I was totally shocked that they said I could keep the items that are too large and donate or give to a friend. WOW! Talk about making it easy to get the correct size AND hassle free! I have ordered from them before and I will certainly order again.
I happened to see a shirt that I thought was perfect for my husband. I'm always hesitant to purchase from some place that I've not heard of before because I've been scammed. HOWEVER... TeePublic had something I really wanted so I ordered it. I did pay for quicker shipping because of the pandemic slowing things down, and the shirt arrived in record time. Customer service is super friendly and helpful.
Since stumbling upon Teepublic and buying my first shirt in their Tri-blend material 6 months ago I have probably bought 50 of them at this point and almost every one has been amazing and the number of designs is endless.
I had one issue with a T-shirt being changed to a different supplier for my last 3 shirts I ordered and reached out to customer service and they got back to me in an incredible manner and resolved the issue and sent me out 3 replacement shirts immediately without any hassle.
This company's quality of product and selection is amazing!
The only area that is a little behind is the search window on their website as you will search for something specific and get a ton of results that may not be related to what you typed but just click through the pages and you will find it, a small adjustment to the filter would fix this but otherwise, perfect!
I placed an order for 2 shirts over 1 month ago and it still hasn't shipped and at this point I doubt that it ever will. I have emailed them 4 times to try to find out the status of my order and have received no reply whatsoever. I've emailed again but do not have any hope that they'll respond to this latest email either. Save your money and go elsewhere. Lesson learned I guess.

I ordered a tee and mug from Tee Public with matching design. They arrived when promised, were exactly as shown in promo materials, and at a very reasonable price. I had to contact customer service because of a mistake I made when ordering. Tee Public responded right away and were exceptionally helpful. Great company with great products and a corporate mission that deserves support!
Tee public is a good site overall. Prices are great, and quality is excellent. But apparently they are using some sketchy shipping providers. I live an hour north of Atlanta GA. My package has been in Atlanta for a week, and the tracking hasn't been updated since the 17th. Absolutely inexcusable.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
