Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441

Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees

I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.

This may be a fine place to order some unique shirts… but there's lots to be leery of. Since they outsource the printing, you likely won't get the same quality and fitment from order to order. Huge question mark on every order. Expect all their merchandise to be that way. The need to create some quality standards. If your an artist thinking this could be a positive way to generate a revenue, think twice. They don't moderate their artwork, so any other submitting artist can flag your one-of-a-kind design and claim copyright infringement. They will instantly pull down your design and delete your account. No review. No trial. No real opportunity to justify and prove your art is yours. Basically, it's like high school all over again with the competition trying to sabotage your work so they can get a greater exposure, thus market share. Long story short, you're best to take your business and designs elsewhere.

I used the contact link on the home page and had an answer and my issue resolved within a couple of hours. I've had nothing but FANTASTIC experiences with this company.

BlueBoxtees have changed management they say and I finally got the t-shirts I ordered 6 months before. But for your information, they have started a few more shirt sites as the BlueBox name is more than a bit dirtied by their horrible service. They are also under the name of WhovianShirts.com and GeekTees. All are from Oklahoma City. I filed a complaint against BlueBoxTees with the Oklahoma City Better Business Bureau and they could not get the business to reply. But lighting a fire under them seems to have helped them reorganize and finally get those blasted tees sent to me. I have one address as follows:

TeeHappy
2236 NW 10th Street
Suite 109
Oklahoma City, OK
73107

The WhovianShirts is under a different address which I do not have at the moment. I never want to go through anything like this again so I have deleted all of their business names from my files and will not buy from them again. I would recommend Red Bubble for sci-fi tees from now on. They are very reputable. I hope I have been of help. I will continue to look for my notes on the different company names this organization sells under. But the three above are what I have found so far.
