why are there so many bad reviews

I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

I have no idea. I have had the best service from this company! Customer service was excellent!

I genuinely don't get it. I've had only great interactions (not just good, great!) so I'm not sure what the bad reviewers are experiencing.

Bad customer service, it takes a week or more to get a response and it isn't germaine to your issue. Its like they select from one of three auto responses to respond to your email. They don't have phone support.

This may be a fine place to order some unique shirts… but there's lots to be leery of. Since they outsource the printing, you likely won't get the same quality and fitment from order to order. Huge question mark on every order. Expect all their merchandise to be that way. The need to create some quality standards. If your an artist thinking this could be a positive way to generate a revenue, think twice. They don't moderate their artwork, so any other submitting artist can flag your one-of-a-kind design and claim copyright infringement. They will instantly pull down your design and delete your account. No review. No trial. No real opportunity to justify and prove your art is yours. Basically, it's like high school all over again with the competition trying to sabotage your work so they can get a greater exposure, thus market share. Long story short, you're best to take your business and designs elsewhere.

It's gotta be malicious reviews. Every company has a few mistakes, and sometimes that customer goes nuts and posts tons and tons of negative reviews, getting friends and family to join in. Sad, because TeePublic is an amazing company!

I had the best customer service experience. I accidently ordered the same item twice. I sent an email and they responded almost immediately. I found them to be more than helpful! They explained exactly what they were going to do and refunded the purchase price of the accidental order. I will definately be ordering more items for Christmac.

I had excellent customer service from this company. The key is to contact them within a few days if you don't get your tracking info. Also, if your package gets stalled somewhere in shipping it's the fault of the carrier not Teepublic. Again, stay in touch with customer service and they will do everything they can to help you. If you were experiencing delays in responses to your email at any time after March 2020, remember that we were in the midst of a pandemic, which affected everyone.

Because they are a scam. Avoid.

Weeks go buy, no delivery. They say it shipped, but no shipper tracking info. THen they say it was lost. Then they say they will re-ship. No tracking information. Weeks go by. Nothing. Then they do not respond to emails. Repeat.
