Horrible treatment of the artist designers. This company indiscriminately takes artist renderings of famous people down while leaving actual photos of famous people up by the other so called "designer" shops who they advertise and favor. They also take down entire stores, then pocket the sales you've made, no questions asked when they deem you in "violation" of copyright laws. A painting is protected under the "free speech" clause while a celebrity photograph is protected under the "free press" clause. Total bull$#*!!
I was very disappointed upon receiving my order today. The shirt fibers show through the ink badly, which means it would not withstand more than one or two washings. The colors look faded and it appears as if they were skimping on the ink used. It's terrible and I will be returning it immediately. I tried posting a picture but obviously the file was too large, which I don't quite understand with it being a single picture.
So long story short…. My package was supposed to be on its way but all the sudden all tracking info stopped at that time I didn't know it was FedEx site acting up so I contacted Public Tees within 12 hours they message me back offering to make things right. The next day my package was delivered it was a FedEx issue. I was surprised how fast they got back to me and their willingness to make things right. My shirt is great, customer service great, whole experience… Great
The shirt was not true to size and the quality totally not worth it I recommend never ordering this unless it's strictly for a gag gift and no one ever wears it…Ordered a 3X and the arms look like a T. Rex fit…. I know once I wash and dry it it will be trash…
I purchased a shirt as a gift for my sister. Skeptical about the sizing I blew the surprise and told her so to see if it fit her. Unfortunately it was too small. So I contacted TeePublic and they responded promptly with a warm welcoming email. Throughout the exchanges of emails the customer service was OUTSTANDING. Worried and bummed, however, on how the exchange would delay my sister's gift until after Christmas, this morning a miraculous surprise awaited when I opened my email inbox. They (Tori from TeePublic) handled the whole situation in MY favor. She went ahead and placed the order of the correct sizing I was making the exchange for and she even told me to keep the shirt I already possessed, and it doesn't end there; she upgraded the shipping speed to the fastest possible! Free of charge! I was sincerely grateful for the business ethic, friendliness, warmth and generosity from TeePublic, and don't get me started on the professionalism. Now my sister will get her gift, although no longer a surprise, (I let her choose the style, fit, color and size as courtesy for my mistake), by Christmas. Thank you TeePublic. I truly appreciate you all. Automatic 5 star rating.
One thing was to arrive 5 days ago, the other order 2 days ago. I was up charged special shipping of $15 per order to get it on the 13th & 15th. The 17th is here an the order hasn't even gotten close to my state according to UPS. So why charge me extra if you use a $#*! company like UPS that NEVER gets my orders to my house the day I paid for the arrival. Now my Christmas presents will be delivered after we leave town for 2 week's. Hopefully they won't get stolen. Thanks for nothing TeePublic. Never ordering for your company again.
Very slow delivery. My products have been stuck in Columbus Ohio for a week. Been waiting 20 days...
Update, got my merchandise and it was nice. Outside of the super slow delivery, I would give it more stars
Every time I have ordered from this company, it has been such a great experience! Whether it's been the products or their speedy costumer service reps - they are just my favorite. And now my 9 year olds favorite t-shirts only come from TeePublic. However, this is the first time I have ever written a review for them. I missed out on a special discount due to being international (a time change) -- They didn't hesitate to help me out. You definitely feel like you are writing to an actual person and not an automated response when you send them a message. And they are always so eager to help. Thank you!
I purchased 7 T Shirts for my black Friday shopping crew. The $#*!s I got we're in children sizes. 3 sizes too small. If you wear a medium order a Xl. My niece is a small and the large is very tight on her. These were Christmas Gifts. I am truly disappointed. It is very hard to get in touch with anyone to get this corrected. No number listed just an email address.

The customer service was great! I had an issue with one of my orders and they fixed it right away! The lady I dealt with was AMAZING! I ordered the premium long sleeve shirts for work and they are still soft and comfortable! The hoodies are cozy too! I recently ordered a shirt for my mom. I ordered a large, it looked more like a small. Once my package was scheduled to arrive I got an email from them asking if it's exactly what I wanted. I replied— not complaining as it was my fault for not checking the size chart - that I should have ordered a larger size. With no further questions they sent me a size chart, asked which size I need, and sent it out right away with no charge to me. They even suggested I donate the original one, I love this. Nothing but praise for this awesome company. I will be ordering many more items.
I bought some shirts on a sale and they arrived in a reasonable amount of time (I say that because if you are the type who expects free 2 day shipping then you would not consider 1-2 weeks wait to be reasonable), but a few of the shirts were smaller than expected. I should have done more due diligence to verify sizing but they were super cool about it and automatically sent me the requested size up. The rep. Even made recommendations that were helpful. All in all this company has me singing their praises and I will be a repeat customer for sure. Thanks peeps! <3
Ordered a size that turned out to not be a good fit. After a single email to their customer service I got a new order on its way with the correct size, and they didn't require sending them the old order back. 100% satisfied.
I received my order and one of the items was incorrect, so I sent an email via the 'Contact Us' link on the site. I got the obligatory 'Your email was received' and was absolutely gobsmacked about 10 minutes later when I received an apology for the misshipped item and they asked for a picture of what I received in error. 15 minutes after THAT, I got communication stating my item had been reordered and I was not required to return the incorrect one. This all happened on the Wednesday afternoon before Thanksgiving. Guys... I got the tracking number for the reorder on Thanksgiving Day. What?!? I have been in Customer Service for 20+ years and when I say OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE... you can believe it!

Shirt looks better in person than online - quality material and incredible customer service. Delivery was quick. My first shirt had a small ink blot from production and I was immediately sent another free of charge with a genuine apology, and able to keep the original. Would recommend!
I went to place an order earlier in the week while a sale was on but was having trouble getting the order to place. I reached out to customer service and heard back within about 12 hours. They recommended I try using a laptop/desktop and Chrome, which I did. I was able to place the order, but the sale prices were no longer valid. Customer service was made aware and they provided me with a prompt refund to match the sale price from the day before. Thanks TeePublic!
Teepublic has sales from time to time, but my wife happened to order me 2 tees in between sales. We reached out to customer service and within hours the honored the new sale price and refunded me the difference. They went above an led beyond! Great service!

Recently placed an order and half an hour later placed another order. My fault, should have checked with the wife before I placed the first order. Customer service refunded the shipping on my second order to save me some $$$. All of this on Thanksgiving day! Great service fantastic seller.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
