Ordered a shirt the material or type of cotton just was t quite what I was looking for. Sent an email off to customer service and we were able to work out a deal for another shirt with the same design but different cotton. They were very responsive and reasonable in addressing my issue. Would not hesitate to order from here again.
We ordered a shirt with a unique design that I couldn't find anywhere else. When it arrived, the cut of the shirt, quality of the fabric, and printing were all excellent. I was very pleased. However, the sizing seemed way off. It was for a person who usually is a women's small/medium, and the large was still too small. When I emailed to see if I could get an XL (expecting to just eat the cost and pay for a new one), they went ahead and sent a replacement in a larger size for free! Now THAT'S excellent customer service! I would definitely order from this company again.
I ordered a hoodie for a christmas gift. They sent me the wrong size, but the product is paper thin and will probably rip if you drop it on the floor. To top it off the printing is dull and wavy, the chemical smell that came off of this shirt not only caused a major headache but my eyes burned like crazy after opening the package.
Its absolute garbage. Oh and no refund or anything and i spent $50!
I've been purchasing t-shirts from TeePublic for about 6 years now. It's a great site to find really cool/quirky/unique designs that might be otherwise difficult to come across, with a stellar variety of materials and colors to choose from. The customer service is absolutely top notch, I recently received a sweatshirt that was too small and had a tiny hole in it, the response was exceedingly prompt, and the issue was resolved within the hour, in a kind and courteous manner. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a comfy cool shirt with a unique design.
I ordered 4 French Resistance shirts and they were well made but did seem to run small, especially the 2 women sizes. My niece and I usually wear men's L or ladies xl but exchanged to women's xxl. They were very prompt and helpful and even allowed me to keep the 2 smaller ones to donate to a homeless shelter. That's the type company I like to give my business to.
I had ordered 10 shirts for our graduating seniors. Typically we just do a small gift card for lunch for the students but I wanted something that would be a more permanent reminder of the positive parts of the past year since the pandemic changed so much of what would have been their high school experience. When the shirts arrived they were much smaller than the expected. I reached out and received an almost immediate response, they are sending me the next size up! I was actually moved to tears. There have been so many disappointments in the past year and a half, I am so greatfull.
I have been buying clothing from this site for several years now and I have never been disappointed. Every item has been exact to order, shipping is fast (when we aren't in the pandemic, can't fault the company for that) and I love their sizing chart. They even have models of different body types showing how each size and cut fits. They also advise if an item should be ordered up or down a size. Best part is you are buying from an independent artist and getting a one of a kind item. I am always getting compliments on the clothing I have from TeePublic. Also, the customer service is fast, accurate, and friendly.
After waiting over two weeks and no shirts I get an email with invalid UPS tracking #. Tracking # invalid for the next 3 days. Searched Google for phone # and found it disconnected. Did not return online attempt of communication. Called PayPal and attempted to cancel order. No forward movement for over a week. Finally shows up with no explanation. Can't trust this company. Dishonest. Will never order from them again. Too bad, the two shirts were nice. Came too late for a birthday and I had to buy a new gift at the last minute. What a waste of my time...
My t-shirt arrived with a slight problem on the image. I reported it and had a response right away. I was sent a replacement shirt, which arrived within a few days. No problem at all. Wonderful customer service!
Apparently their service has greatly improved since the negative reviews earlier this month.
The shirt fits perfectly, which in my experience is unusual. I'm curvy and ordered the relaxed fit for women. It's exactly the right size for me!.
I definitely recommend TeePublic and will give them my business again.

I'm a big fan of unique graphic tees and regularly order from several sites. TeePublic is definitely my favorite. Best features: wide variety of designs, shipping is prompt, more than just ONE option for a female style shirt. I prefer v-necks or scoop necks and TeePublic is one of the only sites that provides that particular cut. In the many times I've ordered from them, I've only had two issues. Both times I got a response within 24 hours and a new shirt was shipped to me. Excellent customer service!
Ordered four t-shirts 10 days ago which still has not been processed. Shipping would be another 7-10 business days. So expect about a month to receive your order. Needed these shirts for a present. What e-commerce company takes 20 days to complete an order nowadays?
I ordered 2 tee-shirts as Christmas gifts. They arrived within a week but were too small. I completed an online message form to ask for an exchange for a larger size for each. Within 10 minutes I had a email reply, confirming that they would send out the same products again, but in larger sizes. Even more amazingly, there was no charge and they said I could keep the original two tee-shirts to pass on to others or donate as I wished. I am so impressed with this company's efficiency and generosity.
Excellent customer service. Despite the appalling attitude from USPS United States Postal Service after losing the package, and their "non existent" customer service.

No company is perfect, everybody makes mistakes. My recent order of six t-shirts contained three mistakes and they were all meant to be Christmas gifts. Keeping a calm head I contacted customer support and explained my situation. Sandy and James went above and beyond in resolving my issue. I felt seen, heard, and understood. They were polite, respectful, and completely turned my experience around. What would have potentially been a loss of a customer has now become a guaranteed repeat customer, who will absolutely refer all of her friends to this website.
I recently ordered and received 3 T-shirt's. They ran a little smaller than I expected. I reached out to customer service and was responded to almost immediately. The amazing people over at TeePublic apologized for the inconvenience and let me know that they'd already placed my new order and had it ready to send out. Will definitely be ordering again!
Back in February I ordered two t-shirts thinking they would arrive in time for my boyfriend's birthday in March. It is now June, and there's still no sign of them. Needless to say my "birthday" gift is long overdue. I've very upset because I sent a complaint email via their "new website", which is now down, and never got a response. All of their websites are down, they don't respond to any questions, and I seriously think they stole my money. Never order from this website! (if it's even still around, which is questionable).

The Godzilla t-shirts we ordered are so much fun and the design was exactly as pictured. Shipping notifications were spot-on and timely. One t-shirt ran quite small, so I requested an exchange. Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
