Wish I read read reviews first but when I saw on Facebook a shirt that mentioned my college I couldn't resist. What a BIG mistake that was. Apparently their size chart does not match the size of the shirts. After submitting pictures twice to show the difference they offered a free replacement but don't have details as to the make and actual measurement of the shirt. Who knows i I ever get the "free" replacement or not. Not counting on it since this has been going on for a month now.

So i had seen a coffee mug on Facebook about a boyfriend and beings it's fitting and my boyfriend would've loved it I looked passed the high price for a coffee mug. I was so excited to receive it that I literally ripped the box apart. Not only was the graphic $#*!ty and almost too hard to read, but it was for a friggin husband. So $#*!ty price for a $#*!ty product (not even what I ordered) and no response from the stupid site afterwards... I'm just pissed and I would love to save all kinds of people from the same disappointment that I feel! Teechip is nothing but a money stealing scam! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM TEECHIP!

I ordered 2 hoodies one was 36 dollars and one was 45 dollars for a plus size. Both of the prints on them are pretty bad they are are not cleanly printed and on top of that the hoodies are gildan hoodies. YOU COULD $#*!ING GET GILDAN HOODIES AT A WAL-MART OR DOLLAR GENERAL AND EVEN ONLINE FOR 9.97. I had to wait 3 weeks for them. But out of all of this I'm just pissed off that I spent 80 $#*!ing dollars on 10 dollar hoodies it so ridiculous.

I ordered a t-shirt from TeeChip. I was delivered to me way too small. I have attempted to return it but I was told there is no return service. However, they asked me to take a picture of the shirt and send the measurements of the shirt. I wish that I had reviewed the comments before I spent $30.00 on a too small shirt... never again!

Very expensive for what you get and the T-shirt colors look totally different than what is shown on the Website. The material is stiff and rough -feels CHEAP. NO RETURNS. Buyer beware.

Order never came. Online tracking says delivery failed b/c "undeliverable address" (but address is 100% correct, I know it, and it's a normal address and house). USPS says item returned back to company long ago.

Company never informed me at all. I had to work backwards.

So I contacted them to follow up. Ha! Fat chance.

Customer service isn't bad - there simply ISN'T ANY. LITERALLY!

-- Company email: bounces over and over. (I've sent a handful of emails - all bounce.)

-- Website's chat function... doesn't work. Click on it... nothing happens. Nothing.

-- Phones aren't answered. If it does pick up, it says "phone service is not available." Gee, thanks guys!

-- Other times I've gotten through to electronic phone options: It requests an "8-digit" order # to proceed. Yah guys, but my order number is 10 digits. It rejects my order number... did this 3 or 4 times.

So... complete bullsh-t!

This company disrespects artists by selling stolen artwork on their site.

If you see something you like on the site, IT'S PROBABLY STOLEN. Do a quick reverse search to see where the source came from. Right click image, select "search google for image". Alternatively, go to https://www.tineye.com/.

AND WELL, if you buy from here and receive a blurry crappy quality print, it's because that image was taken from the internet at low resolution, so you're not going to get a 300dpi quality print.

Support independent artists, don't buy from this sorry excuse of a "company" that profits off the hard work of others.

They stole my credit card details... I had a bunch of transactions show up from California and so I checked my whole account history and I can only pin it down to these guys. Every other transaction I made was from a reputable company and I don't use ATMs so my card didn't get skimmed. These guys are the absolute scum of the earth and I hope they all get cancer. Do not do business with them unless you want to be defrauded!

Literally what everyone else has said. Total junk print, overblown, blurry, not at all what was pictured. Asked for a refund and they wanted pictures of the bad print. I sent them photos and they sent me THE EXACT SAME THING as a replacement. Been emailing them for over a month now to get a refund, and they just keep asking for more photos so they can "come up with a resolution". There's nothing to resolve other than giving me a refund. Still no resolution about 15 emails later. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

I bought art from a campaign advertised on Facebook. I received a blurry, discolored and hideous print. I researched it and found out that the artwork was stolen copy written IP from another artist. I contacted teechip to ask for a refund, showing them the print quality and informing them of the copyright infringement and providing them proof of it. They told me a reprint was all they could offer, and ignored the info about it being stolen. They sent me a copy of the same hideous print, again I contacted them letting them know I wanted a refund and that it was stolen IP, I attempted to work back and forth with their copy and pasted customer support. I reached no resolution and began an escalation through PayPal to achieve my refund. Stay away from Teechip, avoid them like the plague. They are a very bad bad bad business, with non-existent customer support for when you receive your sub par product.

Talk about scams. This one likely originates waaayyyy outside this country, and NO one can be contacted for problems with merchandise. I got stuck, literally, through their factory mistake, and they sent a small tee instead of a medium tee.

Problem was, I am 45 yrs old and 125lbs, and the teeshirt was a kids' small size. Nothing I could prove to them in photos worked and they need to be shut down. I threw it out, so NO one had to take it on (like a 10 yr old drinks coffee...?)

I ordered and paid for 4 mugs. Only one arrived. They were impossible to reach! The "transaction ID" on my receipt did not have the correct format to be an order number (there was no "order number" on my receipt) so I could not email them. They don't answer the phone without a correct order number. The online "support" site they give spits out a message that it is not monitored. The "chat" feature does not function at all.

Terrible customer service and I ordered a shirt for Father's Day and relied on it being shipped on time (ordered 1.5 weeks in advance) and when I realized production was taking too long I tried to cancel within the cancellation time but they refused to cancel. Now order has been shipped but will arrive 3 days late. These ppl do not care about getting things to you when they say they will. Totally unreliable

I have done 2 or 3 transactions with this site or portal whatever it is, and have only had an issue with the most recent. I ordered a poster which was delivered to me in a timely fashion, however it did not correspond to the image posted in their catalog and the deviation was quite annoying (basically there was some calligraphy and a chop in the picture which were partly cut off in the poster itself). Anyway, I tried contacting their customer support to see if we could do better and immediately got a bounce back stating that I had sent my email to an unmonitored queue. Not exactly confidence inspiring, but it did give me the 'correct' email address where I should send my correspondence. Supposedly they should have responded within 5 business days and anyway here we are 15 business days later and nary a word.
