These guys are the worst. Both the hoodie and poster I ordered was absolutely terrible quality and looked nothing like it was advertised. How are these guys not shut down by now?

SCAM STAY AWAY!

Ordered a shirt in May 2017, never received it. Filed a claim that it was missing in June 2017, received email stating someone would contact me in 72 hours. It's now July 2017, I've sent 4 emails and no one will respond. They did however take the money from my bank account. I'm sure I will never see the shirt or my money. Stay away from these thieves.

I ordered a t-shirt for my hubby for Father's Day. It did not arrive on time, so I decided to give it to him for his birthday instead - which was 2 weeks later. It never arrived... so I contacted the company MULTIPLE TIMES. Eventually, I received an email response saying that their inbox was full and they were not accepting email at that time. Weeks later, I received an email saying the company does not issue refunds. So, no shirt, but they still took my money. STAY AWAY - this company is not legit. I reported them to the BB and to PayPal.

I ordered two teeshirts off a post on Facebook on June 16. They arrived today (July 5). One was too small and the other is not the shirt I ordered. Went to their website and tried to file a claim. Website says the order doers not exist. I COPIED THE ORDER NUMBER FROM THEIR EMAIL! After 30 minutes of frustration trying to report my problem, and then finding this site (YIKES), I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Maybe I'll get their attention so I can return the shirts.

The poster I ordered was horrible quality. And they sent TWO of the same item, so I had to hassle with them to fix that error. Then I returned the original poster and after 4 months of trying to work with them and experiencing complete frustration, I gave up. I never received my refund. Save yourself the pain and don't order from them.

I ordered 4 mugs-- one of them was AWFUL -- sloppy coloration, smeared words-- illegible-- so I tried to contact them for a refund -- HAHAHA -- Their online email form keeps telling me that I have not entered the correct email address-- baloney-- it's the same email they used to contact me with. If they do not comply with my request then in essence they have STOLEN that money from me.

Hoping for the best for myself to get the full refund.

After waiting nearly 4 weeks for my order I sent them a message on FB. They answered quickly but they did not say what was wrong with my order. I have been offered a refund. I was a little bit rude with them in my first message.

Ordered one teeshirt and one hoodie from Sweden. It took some time to get them but I dont know if that is Teechips delay or the shiping company. What I got was two very nice pieces. Good quality cotton and very nice prints. Really made me happy.

I ordered a tshirt from this "company" a couple of months ago. The tshirt was too small, so I contacted them to see if I could exchange it for a higher size. The irony is they sent me an email to solicit feedback. I emailed them twice and they never replied. I would never order anything through this company. They don't honor their sales and they have absolutely no customer service. I wish I'd checked into them before I ordered.

Can anybody help me as to how to contact teechip? I ordered a month ago. And for some reason, my package still hasn't been delivered. I reviewed my transaction. I placed the right address but then it wasn't delivered and it said it was undeliverable. I have been trying to contact teechip but for some reason, the replies that I get from their emails are all the same. It's like they have an automated reply. Please, if anyone could help me.

Received my Pittsburgh Penguins Stanley Cup shirts the printing is very poor quality it looks like a 1st grader did it, I try to get ahold of the company and I'm able to. I will put the word out not to buy from teechip

They are quick to take your money I ordered two I love Manchester jumpers, as They said the money was going to the Manchester charity, after what had happened I wanted to give some back so I ordered the jumpers thinking the money would go to the charity. I have sent lots off messages they have all come back unread, iam now going through my bank trying to get my money back

Using their customer support phone number is a joke, they don't answer the phone. I received the wrong T-shirt, and even the size on the wrong shirt wasn't right. After emailing them, response was it had not been sent yet.( NOT TRUE) The wrong shirt was sent. Because I paid with my PayPay, I'm filing a claim with them to get my money back. Poor service, no one answers their support phone.DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Wrong Shirt

I ordered a shirt and not only did it take longer than it said it would take, but they sent me the wrong one. I tried contacting them (only available through email) and first I got a response saying they hadn't delivered it yet. I replied and then they sent me an email saying I needed to take a pic of the shirt, which I did, but never got a confirmation that they received it or that they would send me the original shirt I ordered. I'm still waiting on the shirt or a response. Never ordering through them again!

I ordered a shirt online and received it one MONTH after the date it was supposed to arrive. On top of that, my shirt referenced the month of April and I got the shirt in May, although I placed the order in March. By the time I received it, I couldn't wear it for the several events I had planned to wear it throughout April. I tried to return it and the company wouldn't accept the return. Then, several representatives I tried to get in touch with said that they wouldn't honor a return. When I paid for the shirt, I received a confirmation that I would get the shirt in 5-7 days. I think receipt of something well after 30 days of ordering is unprofessional and I feel truly taken advantage of as a consumer. I am calling my bank to report this company as fraudulent. Clearly, they have no concern for customer service or wish to maintain customers.
