I ordered a couple t-shirts from Tee Chip, and then right after ordering I decided to look up reviews on the company. I saw the reviews on this site and instantly got panicked since they were mostly negative. I decided to wait it out and see what happened; after all, if I never received my order I could always have my credit card company dispute the charge. I live in Canada, and I placed my order on July 11 for a couple funny Rick Astley t-shirts. Today, July 28, I received my order. Both shirts are exactly what I ordered, and the print is great quality! Shirts are a good quality cotton, Fruit of the Loom brand. I'm glad I ordered from them! Only reason for me giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the tracking for international shipping wasn't up to date and wasn't giving accurate information; I would give 3 stars for the shipping because of the poor tracking. However, the product itself and how quickly the shirts were printed gets 5 stars from me!
This business is the worst. Do they even read the issues raised before sending a previously prepared, standard response. Clearly not.
Never buy anything off them. They lie and fail to engage with and offer assistance to the customer.
They advertised on Facebook (using a pic of Alicia Keys) and I bought a tee shirt. The quality was HORRIBLE. They wouldn't let me return it. Don't order from them. You will be very unhappy.

I saw an advertisement on Facebook with some adorable shirts. I happened upon this site while researching if the site was reputable or not. I posted a link to this page as a warning to others and they have subsequently blocked me from commenting or replying to others posts on their Facebook page. HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS! Beware and don't give these people your c. C. Number and don't pay them they will rip you off!
I wish I had read these reviews before foolishly placing an order. Teechip borders on the criminal. Back in mid June I place an order for SIX teeshirts for Canada150. The shirts were marketed under the name TruePatriots and were supposed to arrive in time for July 1 Canada Day. When I got a tracking number, I discovered that the idiots had shipped the order to Kuwait not Canada! DHL trackers were beyond useless because they can't track beyond the bulk order delivery point. Teechip agreed to redo the order and on the tracking URL I received along with a message I was told that the parcel had arrived on July 16 and would show up in my mailbox very soon. 9 days later - no shirts - they keep telling me to track the shipping message which says always that they arrived. The latest story is that I should submit a claim if I donot receive by August 2 (in fact - got 3 different answers with 3 different days. BEYOND angry.
They stole MY artwork and others artworks and are selling them for profit! They let you file a report to take it down, but they don't actually listen! They don't take it down. Don't buy from them!
This is a total scam, a money making company found with the sole purpose of robbing, stealing from you! I've ordered a 40th birthday present for my husband, over a month later, still no present, no money back, the website awesometshirt.com taken down, replaced by www.awesometshirtforyou.com and I was left with 10 days of frustrating and infuriating email exchanges.
My leggings came RIGHT ON SCHEDULE and they are just as described. It wasn't until after I ordered through TeeChip that I looked at reviews and honestly, after reading them, I didn't expect to see my order. But I had a terrific experience and just thought I needed to share this because of all the negativity. These guys do deliver!
Ordered 2 mugs in May. Incorrect mugs sent. Described error in email. Promised to resend correct. After 2 months received same incorrect order. Print unreadable. Their email response now is "your order hasn't shipped" I have had this same response twice. Just need to speak to a live person. It's impossible. Scam company.
Also wish I read the reviews before I ordered. Never received my products and you cannot get hold of anybody there. No tracking possible. TeeChip, go and f**k yourselves, hope you burn in hell!
Really wish I had read all of these negative reviews first! I ordered a tee shirt on 17th July was told it would arrive on 22nd July but has not come. Money was taken out of my account. Went to track my order but it says no orders found. I have no idea who to contact about this or how to get my money back. Reading all these other reviews it seems I have lost my money
I order two shirts by mistake so I went to the option to modify or cancel the order I sent the and email as did my son explaining the situation and then I went on a chat line and was on the chat for nearly an hour trying to sort it out only to be told there is nothing they could do as the orders where placed to far a part? I re did the order with 15 minutes as the conformation e mail went to my sons junk mail. Also when you go to modify or cancel if click on it its says sorry we are unable to cancel or modify any order as they are special orders. So why even have that option false information. Will never order from this web sit again its a rip off and no customer service at all
Ordered a shirt, was quoted a price in CAD, but my CC was charged in USD. Fortunately, my CC company refunded me the difference (about 30%). The shirt took 22 days to be delivered, and was of poor quality. BEWARE!
I was charged for something I never ordered. All they say is sorry we can't help you. This "company" needs to be looked into by authorities.
TERRIBLE, looks noting like pics! Terrible quality not even the correct color green... picture shows lime green I got fore the green :( AWFUL company and product stay away!
I WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS PRIOR TO ORDERING. I ORDERED ONE TANK TOP AND 1 COFFEE CUP. THE WORD "NEVER" WAS SPELLED WRONG ON BOTH ORDERS. YOU CANT SPEAK TO A REGULAR PERSON AND WHEN I FILED THEIR "CLAIM FORM" I RECEIVED A RESPONSE I WOULD GET BACK $0.00 - THEY NEVER OFFERED TO FIX THE PROBLEM.
Didn't catch the Supernatural phone case had O at the end of the list instead of an L. It spells "Supernaturao." The first word (Castiel) is half missing as it's printed where the camera is. Waste of money.
