I ordered a cell phone case that was shown to have a silver horse applique on it and was sent a screen printed case instead. It was not at all like the picture or description. They refuse to do anything about it saying it was made or order so too bad. I plan on disputing it with Paypal but now I can't find the original picture anywhere on their website as proof of what they advertised. How convenient for them! Terrible company. I should have read reviews before I ordered from them.
Do not order from this company. I ordered a poster last month. I received an email saying that my order was delivered. My order was NEVER delivered. There is no phone number for customer service on their website, only an email address that they don't respond to. I paid them. I got nothing, and there's no way to reach them. Absolutely horrible! I'm reporting them to my bank, and the BBB for fraud. I'll also never buy anything from a Facebook ad again since advertisers aren't being screened to protect consumers.
I order a shirt and got it the first time and was very happy with it. The second time I ordered a shirt I wanted very badly. It's the devil whispered for an October woman and was sent a Winnie the pooh shirt and two pairs of stupid leggings which none of it was what I ordered, and it pissed me off because that's allot of money to be screwed out of when I work my $#*! off. So I am ordering this same shirt one more time, and I I took a screen shot of the shirt, receipt, and the order form, and we will see what happens this time.if the same thing happens I will turn them into the better business bureau. So I will let everyone know what happens. If everyone we're to turn them in to the better business bureau we could put a stop to all the scamming
Never again will I order from teechip, I ordered a t-shirt, way too big and you cannot exchange for another size. Poor quality t-shirt, wasted money! Don't buy from them!
My transaction was for the purchase of several items from Teechip and as far as I had been made aware the amount I paid was full payment for the goods plus delivery. Everyone of these items has been sent out but I have been left cards from Royal Mail saying they could not deliver them because there is a charge of £11.96 to pay for each package. I was not made aware that there could be extra charges before I ordered and as the goods, with delivery, initially cost app. £55 I am not prepared to pay an extra charge of almost £36 for 3 packages containing just 2 T-shirts and 2 mugs.
It has taken nearly 3 weeks to find a way to contact Teechip, as apparently, their email address does not exist and the complaints form on their website just sends you round in circles to different forms to complete until you get back to the one that you initially completed! When I finally got a reply it was from a guy called Calvin and this is what their reply was:
"Thank you for contacting Teechip Pro! I am happy to assist with your order RL*****_****6.
Unfortunately there is no way for us to assist in additional fees added by your country.
Thanks again for reaching out to Teechip Pro! If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us by responding to this email. ( Which, by the way, tells you that you have reached an unmonitored mailbox and sends you back to doing the rounds of completing form after form AGAIN!)

They steal art work from on line without the convent from the artist and try to sell it for a profit!

They didn't send my order and the Tracking number was non existent. Whenever I query the status they reply that it has been delivered. They took my money and I received nothing.
You get nothing but scripted email responses. The poster I ordered has terrible resolution for the size they offered. The image is blurry and pixelated. I've filed two claims, both to which I receive automated responses that "your order is on its way." No personalized response, same redundant BS responses. The replacement poster was just as terrible looking as the first but had also been bent so there was a ripple going down the entire length of the poster. I have since begun a dispute with PayPal. As of today I now have a 4TH POSTER on it's way to me! Screw these $#*!s. Their contact number requests your "8 digit order number" in order to move past the home menu, except their order numbers are actually a series of 2 letters and 10 numbers, so you can't get anywhere, it's a scam. I'd give negative stars if I could.
I'm sitting on a Warriors Championship tee shirt that I have no way of returning, I've tried! No humans when you call, no information about returns. The Men's Small that we got is tight on my son, while typically a Men's S is a little too big for him. I can tell by the quality that with one wash it will fit a toddler. Ordered from an ad on Facebook that featured Steph Curry wearing the shirt (photoshopped?)... he'd be ashamed to know his fans are being duped. Btw, probably will never buy from a Facebook ad again.
My order from DECEMBER 2016 never arrived. I call customer support, it tells me to file a claim. I can't talk to an actual representative. I file a claim, one has already been filed (and ignored) so I cannot file another. I can't even personalize an email to them. Teechip has STOLEN money from me and has yet to contact me EIGHT MONTHS LATER about it. Don't order from here. Just don't do it. You'll regret it.
Trying to return something is like pulling teeth! Ridiculousness! You have to send a photo with measurement across chest & a picture of the size tag! It goes to 2 different departments prior to this! Just to return for some size! I will not but from them again. It also took 3 weeks for delivery! Very poor customer service!
Bought the Sci-fi space classic ship montage.
The picture on the ad (facebook) was very good so ordered.
When it arrived I had difficulty seeing the individual spacecrafts as they were all blended in or blurry very different from the advert.
They should take actual photos of the finished product rather that photo-shopping an image onto a t-shirt
I ordered 3 T-shirts from TeeChip and afterwards i checked the reviews. To my surprise there were so many negative reviews I got kind of scared. My shirts ended up arriving 5 days too late (big deal), but they are of good quality, the right size and all in all i love them <3. Since this is my only experience with this company so far, i can't feel but having to give them a good review even though there are so many people that have a unpleasant experience with them.
Ordered from Teechip and I can honestly say I am surprised there is no legal action being taken against this company. Then again they have a lengthy disclaimer box you must check to shop and at the later part there is a section that basically says no changes, no returns... basically claiming that everything is "special order" even though none that I viewed were personalized in any way. Sadly I didn't see that in my cursory look at it.
When on their sight, specifically looking for pictures or posters of the navel ship Enterprise CVN-65. The poster I viewed was CVN-65 but when I clicked to purchase the list had, unbeknownst to me, another ship mixed in the list that wasn't pictured on the screen I had viewed... a CVAN-65. I realized the mistake when I viewed the purchase receipt and I tried to change the order, there is a button for that, but couldn't. As soon as they were open for business I tried calling but each time after a few rings I would be hung up on... never speaking to anyone. So the I tried email and, after a good while, was told I couldn't change it only a few hours after ordering it and it took days for it to be mailed. I explained how the error occurred but still no but never really addressing the issue that the list should have been only for what was being viewed. There are other places to shop and the "no changes, no returns " policy should be right where you order in plain view, not hidden in a stupid disclaimer. I guess I should have been suspicious when you must check a disclaimer to even shop... lesson learned. I shop online all the time and am happy that most companies are reasonably honest and straight forward doing business... Teechip, in my opinion, is not among those.

I ordered a tee shirt and it did come. I tried to contact them but i was unable to. I ordered a 2XL and what i received is no bigger than a Large. It may even be Medium. Being a big Walking Dead fan, i bought a Neegan saying shirt. I can't send it back or can't talk to anyone about it. Beware that what you order from them is not necessarily what you will get. Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
