Put in my details... to order tee vest. Prompt came up with 'sorry error' SO like an idiot I did it all again. Price showed £9.99 or near that. However on the second submitted order the same prompt came up. So I didnt bother again. Forgot about it. To my horrendous the cheap tee vests arrived after couple of weeks then my credit card bill arrived to show that the cheap things cost an horrendous £26.10 plus exchange rate. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Should have read the reviews before ordering. They have terrible customer service and they refused to honor a discount saying that it was not applied correctly, tried to cancel the order but they refused. Will never order again. Be warned and be careful

I ordered two Eclipse T-shirts from this company in a size women's 2x in the flowy tank top. I got them 2 days ago and they are so tiny they are probably a size medium women's at best. On top of that the material is so flimsy and cheap you can see right through it and the bottom of the shirt has just the binding stitch and no hem. I have been going back and forth with customer service all morning. They have been quick to respond to my emails but everytime I send them what they want they want more. The last email stated that they cannot or will not refund as it is a custom item. They will only send the correct size. Not sure how they going to do that as 2x with largest size listed and that is definitely not a 2X. I sincerely wish I had a read reviews first as I would not have purchased from this poor poor company. I recommend never using this company to anybody ever.

I ordered a poster of the Enterprise for my grandson's birthday. Debited my bank account on July 20,2017. It is now August 16 and no poster. Have sent emails, no response. Will report to my bank and BBB.

I purchased a shirt for the solar eclipse, took a long time to deliver, was delivered with the incorrect color, and they will not exchange/ there is not enough time for a replacement to be delivered. When I contacted them they said they gave me what I ordered, but my records do not show the documentation that they are showing me. Overall, it's not a huge deal I just don't typically wear the color they sent me as it doesn't look that good on me. I was disappointed, but the fact that they told me it was my fault and will not rectify the issue is why I will never order from them again.

Ordered a shirt, it took about a month to arrive, this I mostly expected. When it arrived it was the wrong size and the color which appeared online to to be a fall harvest soft pumpkin organge was really a hanes tshirt brand bright prison orange. The martial is rough, no soft and even the screen print ink was very crunchy. This was like a shirt you'd buy at your local drug store when you just needed a shirt right now, cause you spilt your coffee on yours. Don't waste your money!

Asked PayPal claims why they haven't parted ways with this company. They said if they recieve enough disputes, then they wouldn't have a problem removing them. After reading all of these reviews, I don't know how PayPal still allows this company to use their service.

I've been emailing them for nearly three weeks telling them I want my money back, tried their online chat, tried to contact them in Facebook, and they don't answer you with anything other than a generic script.

As like many others. My order started out with a RL then several numbers. The site they are using now on FB is Tshirts. Profile photo is a man and woman with lots of tattoos. Well a month after ordering. And it states all merchandise is shipped within the week. I kept on them. Asking for a tracking number. Person replying typed like someone in 1st grade. They tell me for 2 weeks after. Everything is fine. Will be shipped then. Then another week goes by. They tell me today. My order was wrong. Please submit a claim. I asked for a phone number or address to contact company as at this point. I just want my money back. Now, they won't reply. This place is a scam!
I have ordered twice from teechip. Both order experiences were great. I ordered t-shirts and a sweatshirt. The sweatshirts do run a bit smaller than a typical items, however I was aware of this and ordered a size up. T-shirts fit fine. I have ordered numerous times from teespring as well with no problems. They are similar setups. They basically take orders for a particular period of time. The end date is clearly identified before purchasing. Then at the end of that promotion they go into production. Production takes time. Then they set to ship. Shipping is through snail mail so I expect at least 7 days for that. I've read a lot of these negative reviews. I my opinion the reviewers may not understand the company's process (which IS explained if you take the time to look). Our society is so used to instant gratification and so many people have no patience. This is not a company to buy from if you want something fast. Read the information given to you, don't rush, educate yourself BEFORE you check out, slow down, make an informed decision. If you aren't willing to be patient then don't buy anything. All of the garments I have received have been good quality. I plan on ordering more when I'm done with this review.
Terrible communication, I made an error on my order and can be corrected if done within the 24hr purchase window, long story short they said they couldn't do it because it was too late even though it was in the 24hr window but after I made a dispute through PayPal they denied of not even receiving any request, but I had proof. Big Lying Company!
I ordered a t-shirt on July 19. Says it was delivered on July 26. Still waiting. And good luck trying to get a hold of them. There is absolutely no way. I've tried calling them and the menu asks for an 8 digit order number (my order number started with RL and is 10 digits long). Then I tried e-mail, and got a response with a link saying to go there. Then I tried there and can't send them anything because my order ID is invalid!
Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
